1. A novel handle panel production process is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step 1: selecting a plate, wherein the panel is made of a metal material, and the thickness of the metal material is 0.5-2.0 mm; the lining plate is made of metal materials, and the thickness of the metal materials is between 0.5mm and 3.0 mm;

step 6: removing dirt, namely putting the product obtained in the step 5 into an ultrasonic cleaning machine, and removing oil and dirt at the temperature of 50-100 ℃;

and 7: performing color plating treatment, namely performing color plating on the product obtained in the step 6 through a spray plating machine, and putting the product subjected to color plating into a dryer to be dried at the temperature of 80-150 ℃ for 1-3 hours;

and 8: drawing, namely drawing the surface of the product obtained in the step 7 by a drawing machine;

and step 9: cleaning, namely putting the product obtained in the step 8 into clear water for cleaning;

step 10: performing paint spraying treatment, namely performing paint spraying treatment on the surface of the product obtained in the step 9 by using a paint spraying machine;

step 11: and (3) assembling, namely assembling the panel and the lining plate processed in the step (10) and connecting the panel and the lining plate by using a locknut, thereby manufacturing the novel handle panel.

As shown in fig. 1, a novel handle panel production process comprises the following steps:

step 1: selecting a plate, wherein the panel is made of a metal material, and the thickness of the metal material is 0.5-2.0 mm; the lining plate is made of metal materials, and the thickness of the metal materials is between 0.5mm and 3.0 mm;

The polishing treatment in the step 5 can also be carried out by a sander and a water mill, wherein the materials of the sander are 150#, 240#, 400# sandpaper or abrasive belts; the materials of the water mill use 60#, 80#, 100#, 120# sandpaper or abrasive belts.

Preferably, the metal material in step 1 may be stainless steel (201, 304), or cold-rolled steel strip (Q-stock, C-stock), or galvanized plate, or stainless iron, etc.
