A high-strength low-elasticity base cloth film capable of prolonging weather resistance and resisting wicking is characterized by comprising a polyester silk base cloth layer subjected to anti-wicking treatment and a PVC surface layer, wherein the PVC surface layer comprises 130 parts of PVC paste resin, 7-10 parts of metallocene polyethylene, 55-65 parts of a plasticizer, 3-6 parts of a stabilizer, 1-3 parts of a flame retardant, 0.5-1.5 parts of a mildew preventive, 0.2-1 part of an antioxidant, 0.5-1.2 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 1-1.8 parts of nano nickel hydroxide, 0.8-1.2 parts of a lubricant and 1-2.5 parts of a curing agent.

The high strength, low elastic substrate film of claim 1 having extended weatherability and resistance to wicking, wherein: the stabilizer comprises a barium-zinc composite stabilizer and a light stabilizer, and the mass ratio of the barium-zinc composite stabilizer to the light stabilizer is 1: 1-1.5.

A high strength, low elastic substrate film having extended weatherability and resistance to wicking according to claim 2, wherein: the light stabilizer is hindered amine and comprises a polymer of succinic acid and (4-hydroxy-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinol) and bis (1,2,2,6, 6-pentamethylpiperidinol) sebacate 1- (methyl) -8- (1,2,2,6, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidine) sebacate.

The high strength, low elastic substrate film of claim 1 having extended weatherability and resistance to wicking, wherein: the antioxidant is hindered amine, and comprises 2, 8-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and 3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-iso-octyl phenylpropionate; the lubricant is sodium stearate; the curing agent is self-emulsifying polyisocyanate; the flame retardant is antimony trioxide; the mildew preventive is MSK-NE 150; the plasticizer is acetyl tributyl citrate.

5. The high strength, low elastic substrate film of claim 1 having extended weatherability and resistance to wicking, wherein: the metallocene polyethylene is LL6201 RQ.

The high strength, low elastic substrate film of claim 1 having extended weatherability and resistance to wicking, wherein: the polyester yarn is subjected to water-blocking treatment and then woven to form a base cloth layer, and the coating for water-blocking treatment comprises 12-15 parts of Ethylene Bis Stearamide (EBS), 6-8 parts of 2- (diethanolamino) ethanesulfonic acid (BES), 2-4 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 5-8 parts of polybutylacrylate and 0-1 part of xanthan gum.

7. A method of making a prolonged weather resistant, wicking resistant high strength low elastic fabric substrate film according to any of claims 1-6, wherein: comprises the following steps

1) Mixing the nano silicon dioxide, the nano nickel hydroxide and the lubricant, adding the antioxidant, the stabilizer, the flame retardant and the mildew preventive, and uniformly stirring to form a first mixture; uniformly mixing and stirring PVC paste resin, metallocene polyethylene, a plasticizer and a curing agent to form a second mixture, mixing and uniformly stirring the first mixture and the second mixture, then adding the mixture into a reaction kettle, and reacting for 1-2h at 50-65 ℃ to form a coating liquid;

2) coating the coating liquid which is heated to more than 140 ℃ on the polyester silk base cloth layer subjected to anti-wicking treatment and drying.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the high strength, low elastic fabric film having extended weatherability and resistance to wicking is prepared by: in the drying process, the temperature is kept at 60-65 ℃ for at least 3min, at 85-92 ℃ for at least 5min, and at 120-130 ℃ for at least 10 min.

Background

According to statistics, the conventional building membrane is not subjected to anti-wicking treatment. If the conventional polyester industrial filament yarn (without anti-wicking treatment) is processed into the framework base cloth, after the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coating fabric is prepared, in the using process, because the splicing seams of the cutting pieces or the base cloth at the positions of the rope buried at the outer side are exposed outside, under the influence of rainwater and humidity, the lamp absorption effect can enable the base cloth to absorb moisture and absorb water to be gradually wetted until the whole base cloth surface of the membrane material is permeated, the surface pollution of the membrane material can be finally caused, the tensile strength of the membrane material can be reduced, the attractiveness and the service life can be finally influenced, and besides, according to the using range, the building membrane material also needs to have the performances of strength, weather resistance and the like.

The patent with the publication number of CN106319987B discloses a flame-retardant anti-wicking PVC membrane material, wherein polyester yarns are treated by a water-blocking coating, then a base cloth layer is manufactured by a machine, and a PVC coating liquid is coated on the base cloth layer, so that the coating liquid has anti-wicking performance, but the defects of poor strength, poor weather resistance and the like of a membrane layer formed by the PVC coating liquid are found in the using process, and the improvement is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

Further, the stabilizer comprises a barium-zinc composite stabilizer and a light stabilizer, and the mass ratio of the barium-zinc composite stabilizer to the light stabilizer is 1: 1-1.5.

1) Mixing the nano silicon dioxide, the nano nickel hydroxide and the lubricant, adding the antioxidant, the stabilizer, the flame retardant and the mildew preventive, and uniformly stirring to form a first mixture; uniformly mixing and stirring PVC paste resin, metallocene polyethylene, a plasticizer and a curing agent to form a second mixture, mixing and uniformly stirring the first mixture and the second mixture, then adding the mixture into a reaction kettle, and reacting for 1-2h at 50-65 ℃ to form a coating liquid;

2) coating the coating liquid which is heated to more than 140 ℃ on the polyester silk base cloth layer subjected to anti-wicking treatment and drying.

The preparation process is correspondingly improved according to the formula, the lubricant is mixed with nano silicon dioxide, nickel hydroxide and the like, functional additives such as an antioxidant, a stabilizer, a flame retardant and the like are added, and then the mixture is mixed with the main component PVC paste resin and the like to be uniformly mixed, so that the film layer has balanced performance.

Further, in the drying process, the temperature is kept at 60-65 ℃ for at least 3min, at 85-92 ℃ for at least 5min, and at 120-130 ℃ for at least 10 min.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples.

Firstly, preparation

Materials used in the following examples:

PVC paste resin: chemical PVC paste resin P450 in Tianjin Bohai sky;

metallocene polyethylene: LL6201 RQ;

plasticizer: acetyl tributyl citrate;

a stabilizer: CRV-201 barium-zinc composite stabilizer (jia zu kou co., ltd.), succinic acid and (4-hydroxy-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinol polymer), sebacic acid bis (1,2,2,6, 6-pentamethylpiperidinol) ester 1- (methyl) -8- (1,2,2,6, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidine) sebacate; in the implementation, the mass ratio of the barium-zinc composite stabilizer to the light stabilizer is 1:1.3, wherein the mass ratio of the succinic acid to the (4-hydroxy-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinol polymer) to the sebacic acid bis (1,2,2,6, 6-pentamethylpiperidinol) ester 1- (methyl) -8- (1,2,2,6, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidine) sebacate is 1: 1;

No. 2: 12 parts of Ethylene Bis Stearamide (EBS), 6 parts of 2- (diethanolamino) ethanesulfonic acid (BES), 2 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 5 parts of polybutyl acrylate and 0.5 part of xanthan gum.

No. 3: 15 parts of Ethylene Bis Stearamide (EBS), 8 parts of 2- (diethanolamino) ethanesulfonic acid (BES), 4 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 8 parts of polybutyl acrylate and 1 part of xanthan gum.

The water-blocking paint types and the formula parts of the PVC surface layer in the following examples are shown in the following table:

the preparation procedure of the examples is as follows:

step 1), soaking polyester fiber in a water-blocking coating solution, and mixing the water-blocking coating and deionized water to form the coating solution, wherein the mass ratio of the water-blocking coating to the deionized water is 10: and 1, drying and weaving a forming base cloth layer.

Step 2), preparing PVC coating liquid, mixing nano silicon dioxide, nano nickel hydroxide and a lubricant, and then sequentially adding an antioxidant, a stabilizer, a flame retardant and a mildew preventive and uniformly stirring to form a first mixture; and mixing and stirring the PVC paste resin, the metallocene polyethylene, the plasticizer and the curing agent uniformly to form a second mixture, mixing and stirring the first mixture and the second mixture uniformly, then adding the mixture into a reaction kettle, and reacting for 1h at the temperature of 60 +/-2 ℃ to form a coating liquid.

Step 3), coating the coating liquid which is kept at the temperature of 140 ℃ for 5min on the anti-wicking polyester silk base cloth layer, wherein the coating amount is 6g/m2Oven drying at 60 + -2 deg.C for 3min, heating to 88 + -2 deg.C for 5min, heating to 125 + -2 deg.C for 10min, and naturally cooling.

Meanwhile, a comparative example is set, and the formula of the materials in the comparative example is shown in the following table:

comparative examples 1 and 2 were in accordance with the production method of example 1.

The preparation method of comparative example 3 differs from example 1 in that: preparing PVC coating liquid, directly mixing all the ingredients together, then adding the mixture into a reaction kettle, and reacting for 1h at the temperature of 60 +/-2 ℃ to form the coating liquid.

Secondly, detecting the membrane material

The film prepared as described above was examined, and as shown in the following table, it was found that the film layer was excellent in performance.

Ultraviolet aging resistance: the ultraviolet wavelength is 280-400nm and the time is 100 h.

And carrying out weather resistance test on the film layer, and carrying out temperature cycle: the samples of examples 1 to 3 were substantially uniform in appearance and color change occurred in the comparative example, after 25 cycles of 12 hours each at 50 ℃ to 20 ℃ (10 ℃/h rise and fall).
