Background

The circuit breaker is a device capable of automatically breaking a circuit under a specific condition, and the function of the device is equivalent to the combination of a fuse type switch, a relay and the like, and in an intelligent power grid, the circuit breaker is often arranged for providing reliable protection for the circuit;

the traditional circuit breaker comprises components such as an indicator light, a test button, a screw, a positioning buckle and the like, and has the advantages of convenience in disassembly and assembly and certain damping effect;

however, the circuit breaker is lack of a fixing structure for the electric wire, so that the connection part of the electric wire and the wiring terminal is easy to loosen due to the shaking of the electric wire, and the use of the circuit breaker has potential safety hazards.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a smart grid circuit breaker which solves the problem that the connection part of a wire and a wiring terminal is easy to loosen due to the shaking of the wire because the circuit breaker is lack of a fixing structure for the wire.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

the invention provides an intelligent power grid circuit breaker which comprises an installation bottom plate, a switching-on and switching-off device, a circuit breaker main body and connecting terminals, wherein the circuit breaker main body is arranged on the side surface of the installation bottom plate, the switching-on and switching-off device is arranged on the side surface of the circuit breaker main body, the connecting terminals are arranged at two ends of the circuit breaker main body, fixing mechanisms corresponding to the connecting terminals are arranged at two ends of the installation bottom plate, and each fixing mechanism comprises a locking assembly and a reset assembly, wherein the locking assembly is used for fastening electric wires connected with the connecting terminals, and the reset assembly is used for unlocking the locking assembly.

Referring to fig. 1, the smart grid circuit breaker provided by the embodiment of the invention includes an installation base plate 1, a switching-on/off switch 2, a circuit breaker main body 7 and a connection terminal 8, wherein the circuit breaker main body 7 is arranged on a side surface of the installation base plate 1, the switching-on/off switch 2 is arranged on a side surface of the circuit breaker main body 7, the connection terminal 8 is arranged at two ends of the circuit breaker main body 7, fixing mechanisms 3 corresponding to the connection terminal 8 are arranged at two ends of the installation base plate 1, and each fixing mechanism 3 includes a locking assembly for fastening an electric wire connected with the connection terminal 8 and a reset assembly for unlocking the locking assembly;

referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, in order to make the use of the closing assembly more convenient, in the embodiment, preferably, the closing assembly includes a winding rod 5, a pulling rope 4 and a driver 6, the pulling rope 4 corresponding to the opening and closing switch 2 is disposed at two ends of the winding rod 5, and the driver 6 for driving the winding rod 5 to rotate is disposed at a side surface of the circuit breaker main body 7;

the material of the pulling rope 4 is not limited, in this embodiment, preferably, the pulling rope 4 is a steel wire rope, a driver 6 for driving the winding rod 5 to rotate is arranged on the side surface of the breaker main body 7, and the driver 6 is a stepping motor or a pneumatic motor;

The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the circuit breaker is used, an electric wire penetrates through the limiting frame 32, then the electric wire is fixed on the wiring terminal 8, after wiring is finished, a user presses the locking box 33 downwards, at the moment, the locking box 33 slides downwards, when the second locking plate 34 is in contact with the first locking plate 31, the second locking plate 34 is accommodated in the locking box 33, so that the locking box 33 can continuously move downwards, when the second locking plate 34 wants to move upwards, the first locking plate 31 plays a role in fixing and locking the second locking plate 34, the locking box 33 is prevented from moving upwards, therefore, the cable is quickly and reliably fixed through continuous sinking of the locking box 33, the electric wire is prevented from shaking when being used, the circuit breaker is prevented from being damaged due to poor contact between the wiring terminal 8 and the electric wire due to shaking of the electric wire, and the circuit breaker is safer and more reliable to use;

when the user need carry out the unblock to the electric wire, press the pressing part 383 downwards, stripper plate 387 moves downwards this moment, makes two drive plates 36 be close to each other, and the inside of entering locking case 33 is accomodate to second lock plate 34 this moment to remove the fixed to locking case 33, the user can operate the electric wire this moment, makes the user fixed and release convenience more of electric wire, and labour saving and time saving is worth promoting and using.
