(A) positioning the pipe fitting: the pipe fitting to be cleaned is horizontally placed on the two fixed jackets 13, the fixed jackets 13 are arranged into a C shape, the pipe fitting can be placed from a gap at the top of the fixed jackets 13, the pipe fitting clamping efficiency is improved, the movable jackets 15 at two sides of the fixed jackets 13 can be driven to be far away from the fixed jackets 13 by rotating the screw rods 19, at the moment, the movable jackets 15 pull one ends of the movable rods 18 to be far away from the ejector rods 14, the other ends of the movable rods 18 pull the ejector rods 14 to move towards the inner sides of the fixed jackets 13, so that the clamping blocks 17 at one ends of the ejector rods 14 extrude and clamp the pipe fitting, the ejector rods 14 are radially distributed about the central axis of the fixed jackets 13, and meanwhile, the ejector rods 14 synchronously move under the driving of the movable jackets 15 and the movable rods 18, and the center of the pipe fitting is coincided with the central axis of the fixed jackets 13;

(B) and adjusting the rotating shaft: a hand crank 25 drives the screw rod 24 through a bevel gear, so that the sliding table 4 slides along the screw rod 24 to a direction close to the bracket 2, and one end of the rotating shaft 3 close to the baffle is inserted into the limiting hole 21;

(D) adjusting the fixing strip: with the continuous movement of the sliding table 4, the fixing strips 5 and the rotating shaft 3 penetrate through the limiting holes 21 to enter the pipe fitting, when the fixing strips 5 are completely inserted into the pipe fitting, the two fixing strips 5 can be rapidly ejected out under the action of the two springs 11 to be separated from the fixing groove 6, so that the abrasive cloth on the outer wall of each fixing strip 5 is pressed in the pipe fitting;

(E) cleaning the pipe fittings: starter motor 22, motor 22 output shaft rotates and drives pivot 3 and rotate, and then the emery cloth that drives 5 outer walls of fixed strip rotates the clearance to the pipe fitting inner wall, the back is accomplished in the clearance, the counter rotation crank 25, make slip table 4 to the direction of keeping away from support 2 slide, and then make fixed strip 5 leave inside the pipe fitting, expand once more and reset, thereby accomplish the cleaning process of pipe fitting, accomodate fixed strip 5 through spacing hole 21 inside fixed slot 6, then at the inside release of pipe fitting, can be according to pipe fitting internal diameter size automatically regulated, it is more convenient to use.
