Background

The flexible composite high-pressure delivery pipe (hereinafter referred to as flexible composite pipe) has the performances of corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, swelling resistance, good flexibility, long single pipeline, less used pipe fittings, simple construction, long service life and good economy, and is widely applied to oil and gas fields.

The flexible composite pipe adopts a multilayer composite structure and comprises an inner liner layer, a reinforcing layer and an outer protective layer. The inner liner layer is made of high molecular polymer resin materials, and has a gas permeation characteristic due to the molecular structure characteristics, when acid natural gas is conveyed, if conveying media contain more small molecular gases such as CH4, CO2 and H2S, the small molecular acid gases can enter the flexible composite pipe interlayer through a permeation effect, a large amount of permeation gases in the interlayer are gathered, when the conveying is stopped, the permeation gas pressure in the interlayer is larger than the pressure bearing capacity of the inner liner layer, the inner liner layer is caused to collapse, and the composite pipe is made to fail.

In order to prevent the accumulation of gas in the pipe clamping layer of the flexible composite pipe, an exhaust valve is usually arranged on the end joint of the pipe body of the flexible composite pipe, the exhaust valve is directly communicated with the interlayer, and the exhaust valve is automatically opened under the preset pressure of 0.2-0.3MPa to exhaust the gas accumulated in the interlayer.

At the present stage, the exhaust valve is directly screwed on the internal thread on the outer surface of the joint sleeve, but when the joint is installed on the composite pipe, the sleeve needs to be sleeved on the composite pipe for buckling, if the internal thread is prefabricated on the outer surface of the sleeve, the internal thread deforms after being extruded during buckling, and the exhaust valve cannot be screwed on.
