The spray drying mainly comprises three modes of centrifugal spraying, pressure spraying and airflow spraying, wherein the current common mode is the pressure spraying, the molecular sieve material in the airflow spraying head is sprayed out by utilizing high-pressure airflow, and the high-pressure airflow can effectively prevent high-viscosity materials from being adhered in the spraying head.

However, when the high-pressure airflow enters the airflow atomizing head, the internal pressure of the airflow atomizing head is greater than the external atmospheric pressure, so that feeding is difficult, and the material can be fed into the airflow atomizing head only by providing the pressure greater than the high-pressure airflow from the outside, so that the drying process is complicated, a large amount of energy is consumed, the processing cost is increased, and further improvement is needed for overcoming the defects in the prior art.
