Technical Field

The present invention relates to an extraction bag (extraction bag) in which an extraction material filled in a bag main body made of a water-permeable filtering sheet is immersed in hot water to obtain an extraction liquid.

Background

Conventionally, tea bags in which a water-permeable bag body with a hanging string is filled with green tea, black tea, oolong tea, or the like have been widely used in order to infuse beverages such as these. As coffee, in addition to a drip filter (clip) type extraction bag for injecting hot water into coffee powder, a tea bag type coffee extraction bag in which a bag body filled with coffee powder is immersed in hot water is also used. However, even if a tea bag type coffee extraction bag is immersed in hot water, since carbon dioxide is contained in the coffee powder, the bag body filled with the coffee powder easily floats in the hot water, and it is difficult to sufficiently extract coffee. Therefore, the following structure is proposed: a hook piece formed of a thin plate-like member is attached to one surface of a bag body filled with coffee powder in advance, and the hook piece can be hooked on the edge of a cup so that the bag body filled with coffee powder does not float in hot water (patent document 1).

Further, the following structure is proposed: a handle portion having a structure in which a thin plate-like member is bent to expand and contract like a pantograph (pantograph) is attached to a bag main body filled with coffee powder, and the extraction of coffee is promoted by moving the handle portion up and down in hot water immersed in the bag main body (patent document 2).

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

However, in the conventional coffee extraction bag in which the bag body filled with coffee powder is immersed in hot water, even if the bag body to be floated is forcibly submerged in the hot water, only the surface layer of the entire coffee powder filled in the bag body is swollen by the hot water, and the hot water hardly permeates into the entire coffee powder, which takes time to extract coffee. Even if the bag body filled with the coffee powder is moved up and down in the hot water in order to promote extraction of coffee, the hot water does not sufficiently pass through the bag body, and the hot water flows over the entire surface of the coffee powder filled in the bag body. Therefore, it is difficult to extract coffee liquid at a sufficient concentration by swelling the whole coffee powder.

In contrast, the present invention addresses the problem of being able to easily obtain an extraction liquid of sufficient concentration in a tea bag-type extraction bag in which an extraction liquid is obtained by immersing a bag body filled with an extraction material such as coffee powder in hot water so that the hot water spreads over the entire extraction material in the bag body.

Means for solving the problems

The present inventors have conceived that in a tea bag type extraction bag in which a sheet-like member is attached to a bag main body filled with an extraction material, if a sufficient head space is secured in the bag main body when the bag main body is immersed in hot water by forming the sheet-like member into a specific shape, when the bag main body is moved up and down in the hot water, the hot water flows downward with respect to the upper surface of the extraction material in the bag main body, and the hot water easily penetrates into the extraction material, and have completed the present invention.

That is, the present invention provides an extraction bag comprising a bag main body formed of a water-permeable filtering sheet, a pair of thin plate-like members provided on outer surfaces of both opposing surfaces of the bag main body, and an extraction material filled in the bag main body, wherein the thin plate-like members comprise, of the outer surfaces: an upper edge part mounted on the upper part of the bag main body; a handle part which is continuous with the upper edge part through a folding line and extends from the folding line to the lower side of the bag main body; and a leg extending from an upper side of the bag body to a lower side of the bag body; the upper edge of the upper edge part is aligned with the upper edge of the bag body; the holding part can be folded at the folding line, so that the front end part of the holding part is protruded from the upper side of the bag body.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, since the sheet-like members are provided on the respective surfaces of the opposed two surfaces of the bag main body filled with the extraction material, the pair of sheet-like members includes: an upper edge part arranged at the upper part of the bag main body; a holding part which is continuous with the upper edge part and can be folded; and a leg extending from an upper side of the bag body to a lower side of the bag body; therefore, the entire bag body can be easily immersed in hot water by folding up the grip portion, gripping the grip portion, and pushing the bag body into the hot water in the cup, and the speed of immersing the extraction material in the bag body with hot water can be increased by moving the bag body up and down in the hot water. Further, according to the present invention, since the pair of thin plate-like members are attached so that the upper edges of the upper edge portions of the pair of thin plate-like members are aligned with the upper edge of the bag main body, if the leg portions of the pair of thin plate-like members come into contact with the bottom of the cup when the bag main body is pushed into the hot water in the cup, the leg portions are supported by the pressing force applied when the bag main body is pushed in uniformly, and the body portion of the bag main body is raised. In this case, since the bag body does not bend or curve toward one of the two opposing surfaces and the body portion rises, a large head space is formed above the extraction material in the bag body. Thus, hot water is immersed into the head space, and the hot water flows downward from the upper surface of the extraction material within the bag body. Therefore, by moving the bag body up and down, the hot water flows not only on the surface of the extraction material filled in the bag body but also penetrates into the interior of the bag body to swell the extraction material as a whole, and the extraction liquid can be obtained from the extraction material as a whole. Therefore, an extract liquid having a sufficient concentration can be obtained in a short time.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals denote the same or equivalent components.

(Overall Structure)

Fig. 1A and 1B are front and rear views of an extraction bag 1A according to an embodiment of the present invention in a state where the grip portion 12 is not folded, fig. 1C is a rear view of a state where the grip portion 12 of the extraction bag 1A is folded and engaged, and fig. 1D is a perspective view of a state where the grip portion 12 of the extraction bag 1A is folded and engaged, and the hanging portion 15 protrudes. Fig. 2 is a development view of the bag body 3 provided with a thin plate-like member of the extraction bag 1A.

The extraction bag 1A is a tea bag type extraction bag in which an extraction material is filled and a bag body is immersed in hot water to obtain an extraction liquid, and as shown in fig. 1A to 1D and 2, is a beverage extraction bag having a flat bag-shaped bag body 3 formed of a water permeable filtering sheet 2, a pair of thin plate-shaped members 10A and 10B provided on the outer surfaces of the opposite surfaces of the bag body 3, and an extraction material M filled in the bag body 3. In fig. 1A to 1D, the region filled with the extraction material M in the bag body 3 is indicated by a dotted region, and the region filled with diagonal lines indicates the region where the thin plate-like members 10A and 10B are bonded to the water-permeable filtering sheet 2.

The pair of thin plate-like members 10A, 10B each have an upper side portion 11, a grip portion 12, and a leg portion 13.

In each of the thin plate-like members 10A, 10B, the upper side portion 11 is attached to the upper portion of the bag main body 3. The upper edge 11a of the upper edge portion 11 is aligned with the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3, and this is one of the main configurations of the present invention. In other words, the upper edge 11a of the upper edge 11 of the thin-plate-like member 10A on one surface of the bag body 3 is in contact with the upper edge 11a of the upper edge 11 of the thin-plate-like member 10B on the other surface. In the present embodiment, the upper side 11a of the upper side 11 of the sheet-like member 10A on one side of the bag body 3 and the upper side 11a of the upper side 11 of the sheet-like member 10B on the other side are continued via a folding line Lb (fig. 2), and the folding line Lb is overlapped with the upper side 3a of the bag body 3, which is a fold (mountain fold) of the water-permeable filter sheet 2, so that the upper side 11a of the upper side 11 is aligned with the upper side 3a of the bag body 3, and the upper sides 11a of the upper sides 11 of the pair of sheet-like members 10A, 10B are brought into contact with each other.

The fold line in the present invention means a line formed to fold a sheet-like member, and may be formed by a perforation line, a half-cutting line (half-cutting), a crease (scoring), or the like. Therefore, even if the above-described folding line Lb is constituted by only the cutting line and the upper sides 11a of the pair of upper side portions 11 are cut away from each other, the cutting line is included in the folding line described here when the upper sides 11a of the pair of upper side portions 11 that are cut away and the water-permeable filtering sheet that is the base thereof are bonded so that the upper sides 11a of the pair of upper side portions 11 can be maintained in a state of being in contact with each other.

When the bag main body 3 is immersed in hot water in a cup by folding up the grip part 12 and gripping the folded-up grip part 12 as described later in a state where the upper edge 11a of the upper edge part 11 of the thin-plate-shaped member 10A on one surface of the bag main body 3 is in contact with the upper edge 11a of the upper edge part 11 of the thin-plate-shaped member 10B on the other surface, the bag main body 3 can be pushed into the hot water without bending or meandering the bag main body 3 toward one surface side, and the gap between the opposed surfaces of the bag main body 3 can be widened to raise the trunk part of the bag main body 3 (fig. 4A). In addition, in the production of the extraction bag-producing sheet 20 (fig. 5) for producing the extraction bag 1A, the pair of upper side portions 11 abutting each other can be prevented from being displaced from each other.

The grip portion 12 is continuous with the upper side portion 11 via a fold line La, and extends from the fold line La toward the lower side 3B of the bag body 3 (fig. 1A and 1B). The grip portion 12 can be folded at the folding line La, and in the folded state, the tip end portion of the grip portion 12 protrudes from the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3 (fig. 1C and 1D). On the other hand, the upper part 11 and the leg part 13 cannot be pulled up from the bag body 3.

At the end portions of the gripping portions 12 of the pair of thin plate-like members 10A, 10B, engaging portions 14 are formed, with which the pair of gripping portions 12 that are folded up engage with each other. The engaging portion 14 may be formed with a notch such as a V-shaped notch (notch) or an I-shaped notch. This makes it easy to grip the folded-up grip portions 12, and makes the folded-up grip portions 12 hard in a single bar shape, so that the bag body 3 can be easily immersed in hot water by pushing the grip portions 12 into the hot water.

Further, the end of the grip portion 12 where the engaging portion 14 is formed is separated from the leg portion 13 by forming a notch between the end and the leg portion, and the end of the grip portion 12 is directed to be a portion to be gripped.

The hanging parts 15 are formed on both side parts of the grip part 12 of one thin plate-like member 10B of the thin plate-like members 10A, 10B provided on the opposite surfaces of the bag body 3, and the hanging parts 15 can hang the grip part 12 on the opening wall of the cup in a state where the grip part 12 is folded. More specifically, in one of the thin plate-like members 10B, the grip portion 12 is formed with a notch and a fold line Lc so that the hook-shaped hanging portion 15 having an inverted L shape can be pulled up from both side portions of the grip portion 12. In particular, in the present embodiment, since the hooking portion 15 partially protrudes from the side edge 12a of the grip portion 12 (fig. 1C), after the grip portion 12 is folded, a finger can be hooked on the protruding portion of the hooking portion 15, and the hooking portion 15 can be folded at the folding line Lc, so that the hooking portion 15 can be easily pulled up from the surface of the grip portion 12 (fig. 1D).

In the present invention, the hanging portion 15 is provided as needed, but if the hanging portion 15 is provided, the bag body 3 is immersed in hot water in a cup, and the extraction bag is hung on the cup, so that the lifting of the bag body 3 can be suppressed to advance the extraction, and the extraction bag 1A can be taken out by hand during the extraction operation. Further, the extraction liquid can be drunk from the cup with the extraction bag suspended from the cup.

The leg portion 13 extends from the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3 toward the lower edge 3b of the bag body 3. In the present embodiment, the upper portion of the leg portion 13 is continuous with the upper side portion 11, and the leg portion 13 is provided so as to extend downward from the upper side portion 11 without a fold line, a notch, or the like therebetween. Therefore, the upper edge of the leg portion 13 is also aligned with the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3, similarly to the upper edge 11a of the upper edge portion 11.

In the present embodiment, the legs 13 are provided on both sides of the grip portion 12, the lower ends of the legs 13 of the pair of thin plate-like members 10A, 10B are positioned at equal distances from the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3, and the legs 13 extend from the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3 toward the lower edge 3B of the bag body 3 so long that the lower ends thereof are positioned closer to the lower edge 3B of the bag body 3 than the upper surface P (fig. 1D) of the extraction material M in the case where the bag body 3 is suspended with the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3 set to be upper. Thus, when the bag body 3 is pushed into the hot water while being gripped by the grip portion 12, the bag body 3 can be pushed easily, and the body portion of the bag body 3 can be raised by widening the interval between the opposite surfaces of the bag body 3 without bending or meandering the bag body 3 to one surface side.

(extraction Material)

Examples of the extraction material filled in the bag main body 3 include tea leaves such as coffee powder, black tea, and green tea, and Chinese medicines. In general, if coffee powder is filled in the bag body 3 and immersed in hot water, the bag body is likely to float due to carbon dioxide contained in the coffee powder, and thus extraction is difficult. However, according to the present invention, it is easy to push and sink the bag body 3 into the hot water in the cup by gripping the gripping portion 12, and further, by moving the bag body 3 up and down in the hot water, not only the hot water penetrates into the surface layer of the whole coffee powder in the bag body but also the hot water penetrates into the inside, so that the extraction liquid can be efficiently obtained from the whole coffee powder.

In the extraction bag of the present invention, since the extraction material is used in a state in which the extraction material is sealed in the bag body 3, the extraction material does not scatter outside the bag body when the extraction bag is used.

(bag main body)

The bag body 3 is shaped into a flat bag sealed at the upper side in 3 directions with a fold in the present embodiment. In the present invention, the shape of the bag body 3 is not limited to a flat bag, and for example, a gusset bag (gusset bag) having a triangular plate at the bottom or side may be formed.

The net plane size of the bag main body 3 can be set as appropriate depending on the size of a cup or a container used in the case of obtaining an extraction liquid using an extraction bag. For example, the bag body 3 may be sized to fit a commercially available coffee cup.

(Water-permeable Filter sheet)

As the water permeable and filtering sheet forming the bag main body, various materials having water permeability and filtering property can be used so as to be used for extraction of the extraction material, and the structural material of the water permeable and filtering sheet can be appropriately selected depending on the kind of the extraction material. For example, as a water-permeable filtering sheet generally used for extracting beverages, woven or nonwoven fabrics composed of synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene and vinylon, semisynthetic fibers such as rayon, natural fibers such as paper mulberry and knot incense, woven or nonwoven fabrics composed of single or composite fibers of natural fibers such as paper mulberry and knot incense, mixed paper composed of manila hemp, wood pulp, polypropylene fibers and the like, and papers such as tea bag base paper are known, and these can be used in the present invention. In view of the disposability of the extraction bag after use, it is preferable that the water-permeable filtering sheet contains biodegradable fibers. Examples of biodegradable fibers include polylactic acid, polybutylene succinate, and polyethylene succinate. In addition, from the viewpoint of making the water-permeable filtering sheet transparent so as to know the state of the extraction material in the bag main body, it is preferable that the content of the inorganic pigment is reduced or the inorganic pigment is not contained.

(sheet-like Member)

The sheet-like member is preferably hydrophobic and may be formed by punching a sheet-like material such as a cardboard or a plastic sheet having a resin laminated on the surface thereof.

(method of use)

As a packaging form of the extraction bag 1A, it is preferable that the whole of the sheet-like members 10A and 10B is on the surface of the bag main body 3 as shown in fig. 1A and 1B. Therefore, as a method of using the bag from this state, first, as shown in fig. 1C, the grip portions 12 on both sides of the bag body 3 are folded at the folding line La, and the engagement portions 14 of the folded grip portions 12 are engaged with each other. Next, the hooking portion 15 provided in the grip portion 12 is bent at the fold line Lc, and is pulled up from the surface of the grip portion 12 (fig. 1D). Then, the hook 15 is hooked on the opening wall 101 (fig. 3) of the cup 100, and hot water is injected into the cup. Since the hanging portion 15 is hung on the cup 100, the floating of the bag body 3 can be suppressed, and therefore, even if the extraction bag 1A is hung on the cup 100, the hot water is less likely to penetrate into the extraction material.

However, when the extraction material is coffee powder, if the bag body 3 is simply immersed in hot water, the extraction liquid from the surface layer of the entire coffee powder in the bag body 3 is easily obtained, but the hot water is less likely to penetrate into the entire coffee powder. Therefore, in order to facilitate extraction of the entire coffee powder, the bag body 3 is pushed into the hot water W in the cup 100 as shown in fig. 4A, and the bag body 3 is pulled up as shown in fig. 4B, while the grip portion 12 is gripped. At this time, since the leg portions 13 are provided on the opposite surfaces of the bag main body 3, and the lower ends of the leg portions 13 are preferably located closer to the lower side of the bag main body 3 than the upper surface P of the extraction material M of the bag main body 3, the entire bag main body 3 can be easily immersed in hot water. Further, as shown in fig. 4A, the bag body 3 may be abutted against the bottom 102 of the cup 100. Even if the bag body 3 hits the bottom 102 of the cup 100, the force pushing the bag body 3 from the grip portion 12 is equally transmitted to the pair of leg portions 13 on both sides of the bag body 3, and the pair of leg portions 13 spread and support to the same extent, so that the bag body 3 does not bend or bend to either side, the body portion of the bag body bulges, and the head space S in the bag body 3 expands. Next, if the bag body 3 is pulled up from the hot water W with the grip portion 12 held, the hot water immersed in the head space S flows downward toward the surface of the extraction material M in the bag body 3 as indicated by a downward arrow in fig. 4B. Thus, even if the extraction material M is ground coffee, the hot water penetrates not only the surface layer of the whole ground coffee in the bag body 3 but also the inside. Therefore, by repeating such pushing and pulling, the hot water can be forcibly brought into contact with the entire coffee powder in the bag body 3 in a short time. Thus, even if the extraction material is coffee powder, the extraction liquid can be quickly obtained from the whole extraction material. This can be confirmed by thickening the concentration of the extract liquid each time pushing and pulling are repeated.

On the other hand, if the upper side 11a of the upper side portion 11 is separated from the upper side 3a of the bag main body 3 as in the extraction bag 1X of the comparative example shown in fig. 15A and 15B, when the bag main body 3 is pushed into the hot water in the cup 100, the pushing force is not easily transmitted to the opposite surfaces of the bag main body 3 uniformly, and therefore, as shown in fig. 15C, the bag main body 3 bends toward one surface side of the bag main body 3, the head space S in the bag main body 3 becomes narrow, and the hot water cannot be sufficiently accumulated in the bag main body 3. Therefore, if the bag body 3 is pulled up as shown in fig. 15D, the hot water flows on the surface of the bag body 3, but the hot water is less likely to penetrate into the entire coffee powder filled in the bag body 3. Thus, even if the bag body is repeatedly pushed in and pulled out in hot water, it is difficult to obtain an extract liquid of a sufficient concentration in a short time.

After the extraction liquid is obtained by using the extraction bag 1A of the embodiment of the present invention, the grip portion 12 can be gripped, and the extraction bag can be easily discarded. Alternatively, the hanging part 15 may be hung on the opening wall 101 of the cup 100, and the extracting solution in the cup may be drunk in this state.

As a method for manufacturing the extraction bag 1A, for example, as shown in fig. 5, an extraction bag-manufacturing sheet 20 is prepared in which a pair of thin plate-like members 10A, 10B are integrally formed on a long water-permeable and water-filtering sheet 21 at a predetermined interval, and a thin plate-like member 10C is bonded to the long water-permeable and water-filtering sheet 10C via a folding line Lb. In the figure, the area sandwiched by the thin dashed lines is used for the manufacture of 1 extraction bag.

By using the extraction-bag-producing sheet 20 in a filling and packaging machine, the extraction bags 1A can be continuously produced. In this case, first, as shown in fig. 6, the extraction bag-producing sheet 20 is folded in two so that both sides in the longitudinal direction overlap, and the longitudinal seal portion 22 is formed by welding the sides in the longitudinal direction to each other, thereby forming a cylindrical body. Then, the formation of the lateral seal portions 23 in which the tubular body is welded in the short-side direction and the filling of the extraction material M into the bag main body 3 are alternately repeated to produce a continuous body of extraction bags in which the extraction bags 1A are connected up and down at the side edges of the bag main body 3 of the extraction bag 1A, and the extraction bags 1A are separated into individual extraction bags. Alternatively, the extraction bag 1A is continuously manufactured by fusing the lateral seal portions 23 in the short-side direction of the tubular body at the same time, and then cutting the extraction bag.

(modification)

The extraction bag of the present invention can have various change points. For example, as in the extraction bag 1B having the expanded view shown in fig. 7A and the front view shown in fig. 7B, the upper edges 11a of the upper edge portions 11 of the pair of thin plate-like members 10A, 10B may be cut away from each other. In this case, as shown in fig. 7B, the upper side portions 11 are bonded to the water-permeable filter sheet 2 as the base thereof in the vicinity of the upper sides 11a of the both upper side portions 11, and when the bag body 3 is pushed into hot water by folding up the grip portions 12, the contact state between the upper sides 11a of the both upper side portions 11 is maintained.

In the extraction bag 1B, the hooking section 15 is omitted. In the present invention, the hooking section 15 is provided as needed according to the kind of extraction material and the like. For example, in the case of extracting green tea, a shorter time is sufficient for immersing tea leaves in hot water than in the case of extracting coffee, and the bag body may be immersed in hot water previously poured into a cup, so that the hanging portion 15 may be omitted.

The extraction bag 1C having the expanded view shown in fig. 8A and the front view shown in fig. 8B is configured such that, in the extraction bag 1B shown in fig. 7A and 7B, the upper edge portions 11 of the pair of thin plate-like members 10A and 10B are connected to each other via a folding line Lb, the leg portions 13 on both sides of the grip portion 12 are separated from the grip portion 12, and the leg portions 13 are brought closer to the side edge 3C of the bag main body 3. If the leg portions 13 are excessively brought close to the side edges 3c of the bag main body 3, the head space formed in the bag main body 3 becomes narrow, and when the bag main body 3 is immersed in hot water, the hot water hardly permeates into the extraction material, but the leg portions 13 may be brought close to the side edges 3c of the bag main body 3 as long as there is no obstacle to the permeation time of the hot water into the extraction material.

The extraction bag 1D shown in fig. 9A and 9B has a structure in which the top part 11 and the leg part 13 are cut off from the extraction bag 1A shown in fig. 1A to 1D. As described above, in the present invention, the upper edge 11 and the leg 13 may not be formed continuously as long as the upper edges 11a and 13a thereof are aligned with the upper edge of the bag body 3 a. From the viewpoint of reliably preventing the bag body from bending or meandering toward one surface side when the bag body 3 is pushed into hot water while the grip portion 12 is gripped, it is preferable that the upper side portion 11 and the leg portion 13 are formed continuously.

The extraction bag 1E having the expanded view shown in fig. 10A, the front view shown in fig. 10B, and the folded-up grip portion 12 as shown in fig. 10C is configured such that the engagement portion 14 at the end of the grip portion 12 is formed by an I-shaped notch, the lower end of the leg portion 13 extending from the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 toward the lower edge is positioned closer to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body than the lower end of the grip portion 12, and the hanging portion 15 is omitted, with respect to the extraction bag 1A shown in fig. 1A to 1D. Thus, even if the extraction bag 1A has a simpler shape and can be manufactured at a lower cost than the extraction bag 1A, the upper edge 11A of the upper edge 11 is aligned with the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3 on both sides of the bag body 3, and the leg portions 13 extend from the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3 toward the lower side, so that the hot water can be caused to permeate into the entire extraction material in the bag body 3 in a short time to obtain the extraction liquid by repeating pushing and pulling up of the bag body 3 in the hot water.

The above-described extraction bag 1E has the leg portions 13 provided on both the left and right sides of the grip portion 12, but has the configuration in which the leg portions 13 are provided only on one side of the grip portion 12 with respect to the above-described extraction bag 1E, having the expanded view shown in fig. 11A, having the front view shown in fig. 11B, and having the extraction bag 1F in which the grip portion 12 is folded as shown in fig. 11C. However, in order to stably obtain a shape with a raised head space without bending or meandering the bag body 3 toward one surface side when the bag body 3 is pushed into hot water while the grip portion 12 is gripped, the leg portion 13 of one surface of the bag body 3 and the leg portion 13 of the other surface are formed symmetrically with respect to the center 11ap of the upper side 11a of the upper side portion 11.

The leg portion 13 may be provided inside the grip portion 12 as in the extraction bag 1G having the expanded view shown in fig. 12A, the front view shown in fig. 12B, and the folded grip portion 12 as shown in fig. 12C.

The extraction bag 1H having the expanded view shown in fig. 13A, the front view shown in fig. 13B, and the hanging portion 15 formed by a notch is provided on both sides of the grip portion 12 by enlarging the width of the grip portion 12 of the extraction bag 1G as shown in fig. 13C. As described above, in the present invention, the hooking portion 15 is not limited to the inverted L-shaped hook shape pulled up from the grip portion 12, and may be configured such that the grip portion 12 is hooked on the opening wall 101 of the cup 100 through the notch. The extraction bag 1H has the engaging portion 14 that engages with each other at the end portions of the pair of gripping portions 12, but the engaging portion 14 may be omitted because the pair of gripping portions 12 are maintained in an overlapped state in a state where the gripping portions 12 are hooked to the cup by the hooking portion 15.

The extraction bag 1I having the expanded view shown in fig. 14A and the pair of gripping portions 12 folded and engaged with each other as shown in fig. 14B has an intermediate portion 16 between the upper side portions 11 provided on the opposite surfaces of the bag main body 3, and the upper side portions 11 are respectively continuous with the intermediate portion 16 via fold lines Ld. Therefore, in the extraction bag 1I, the thickness d is formed at the upper end of the bag body 3 by the two folding lines Ld, and the position of the folding line Ld is the upper side 3a of the bag body 3. By forming the thickness d in the upper end portion of the bag body 3 in this way, a head space is more stably formed in the bag body 3. In addition, from the point of storing the extraction bag 1I in the outer bag, it is preferable that the thickness d is equal to or less than the thickness of the bag bottom portion raised by the extraction material.

Various embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the various embodiments of the present invention may be modified in various ways.
