1. An automatic bathtub polishing turntable is characterized by comprising an automatic turntable, a tray positioning device, a bathtub tray and a control terminal;

the tray main frame is fixedly connected with the supporting plate through the positioning base;

the positioning block is arranged on the supporting plate and is positioned with the inner edge clamping edge of the bottom of the bathtub;

the tray main frame is provided with a second positioning hole;

when the bathtub tray is combined with the tray positioning device, the positioning base is connected with the tray guide strip in a sliding manner; and after the assembly is finished, the second positioning hole and the first positioning hole are positioned through a bolt.

Preferably, a U-shaped limiting block is arranged on the tray main frame; the bottom plate is provided with a limiting column;

The application designs an automatic change revolving stage of polishing of bathtub, including automatic revolving stage 01, tray positioner 02 and bathtub tray 03. The bathtub tray 03 is used to fix the bathtub 04.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic turntable according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The automatic turntable 01 includes a rotation drive 101 and a rotation drive motor provided on a backing plate 108 and the backing plate 108. The rotation driving motor is controlled by a control terminal (not shown) and drives the rotation driving unit 101 to rotate. The backing plate 108 is used to support and secure the entire device and the slew drive motor is used to power the slew drive 101 for rotation. The tray positioning device 02 includes a bottom plate 201 and two tray guide bars that are axisymmetrically disposed on the bottom plate 201.

The base plate 201 is fixedly connected with the turntable of the slewing drive 101. When the rotary driven turntable rotates, the bottom plate 201 is driven to rotate the whole tray positioning device. Preferably, in order to further improve the stability between the base plate 201 and the swing drive 101, a connector fixing plate 111 may be disposed on the pad 108 via the gas-electric rotary connector 105, the connector fixing plate 111 is located in the middle of the swing drive 101, and the connector fixing plate 111 is fixedly connected to the base plate 201. The synchronous rotation of the connector fixing plate 111 and the swing drive 101 is achieved by the gas-electric rotary connector 105.

The bottom plate 201 is further provided with a first positioning hole 210. The first positioning hole 210 functions as a positioning with the bathtub tray 03.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a bathtub tray according to an embodiment of the present application.

The bathtub tray 03 includes a tray main frame 301, a support plate 304, a positioning block 305, and a positioning base 307 provided axisymmetrically. The tray main frame 301 is fixedly connected to the support plate 304 via a positioning base 307, and when the bathtub tray 03 is combined with the tray positioning device 02, the positioning base 307 is slidably connected to the tray guide bar.

The positioning block 305 is disposed on the supporting plate 304 and positioned with the inner edge of the bottom of the bathtub 04. It will be appreciated that the bottom of the bath 04 is concave since the bottom is typically supported by a rim loop. The combined shape of the edges of the positioning blocks 305 is consistent with the inner edge of the bottom of the bathtub, so that the bathtub 04 can be clamped and positioned, the translation and the rotation of the bathtub are limited, and the bathtub 04 can rotate together with the bathtub tray 03. Preferably, the positioning block 305 is a nylon block, and the nylon block has a guiding edge. The tray main frame 301 is provided with a second positioning hole 302. After the bathtub tray 03 and the tray positioning device 02 are assembled, the second positioning hole 302 and the first positioning hole 210 are positioned by the latch 303. Optionally, a plug placing barrel 209 for placing the plug 303 is further disposed on the bottom plate 201, and is used for placing the plug 303 before and after the bathtub is installed and disassembled, so as to avoid loss.

When the bathtub polishing process is carried out, the rotary driving motor rotates corresponding revolution according to the motion instruction of the control terminal, and the bathtub 04 is driven to rotate to the angle set by the system, so that the bathtub 04 is polished by the polishing manipulator. After the polishing procedure of the current position is finished, the automatic rotary table 01 rotates the bathtub to another polishing angle so that the polishing manipulator continues to polish, and the production is carried out according to the steps. After production, the plug 303 is removed, and the bathtub tray 03 is carried with the bathtub 04 by a forklift and pushed out of the workstation. The whole production process is completed.

The automatic revolving stage of polishing of bathtub that this application embodiment provided has realized the rotation of the appointed angle of bathtub through automatic revolving stage, only needs to set for appointed procedure to control terminal, adjusts the angle of bathtub after the certain time, can cooperate the manipulator of polishing to carry out the omnidirectional and polish to the bathtub. In the polishing process of the bathtub, the rotation of the bathtub is not required to be manually operated, so that the time and the labor are saved, and the harm of dust to a human body can be avoided.

Therefore, the automatic bathtub polishing rotary table provided by the embodiment of the application is important equipment for realizing automatic bathtub polishing operation.

On the basis of the above-mentioned embodiment, this application has still carried out further optimization to automatic bathtub revolving stage of polishing.

Considering the problem that it is difficult to align the first positioning hole 210 with the second positioning hole 302 due to limited field of view when the bathtub tray 03 is combined with the tray positioning device 02, it is preferable to provide a U-shaped stopper 306 on the tray main frame and a stopper post 211 on the bottom plate 201. With respect to the structure of the tray guide bar, specifically, the tray guide bar includes a guide bracket 203 and a guide roller 204. The guide roller 204 is disposed on the guide bracket 203. The positioning base 307 is located inside the two tray guide bars. The guide roller 204 acts to reduce friction, so that the movement of the positioning base 307 can be smoother.

Further, in order to facilitate better alignment when the bathtub tray 03 is combined with the tray positioning device 02, each tray guide strip further comprises a guide plate 202; the two guide plates 202 are obliquely arranged on one side of the guide bracket 203 at the inlet and outlet of the bathtub tray in an opening way.

Because the automatic bathtub polishing turntable provided by the embodiment of the application is automatically controlled through the control terminal, and the automatic equipment is difficult to avoid the situation of inaccurate positioning, the automatic turntable 01 further comprises a zero sensor 106 and a zero scale 107 (refer to fig. 5 specifically). The zero point sensor 106 and the zero point scale 107 are provided on the backing plate 108 via a bracket. The part sensor 106 is used as the origin of the automatic rotary table, so that the mechanical error accumulated by the rotation of the rotary table and the error accumulated by the electrical rotation of the rotary table can be eliminated, and the positioning precision of the automatic rotary table is ensured. When the motor is powered off or the electronic origin stored in the system is cleared or mistakenly deleted.
