Technical Field

The invention relates to a platform device (Tischvorticichung) for a vehicle interior, comprising a platform element that can be positioned from a non-use position into a use position.

Background

DE 102014207451 a1 discloses a rack device for a motor vehicle interior. The table device comprises a table part which can be moved or transferred by means of an adjusting mechanism from a non-use position, i.e. a stowage position, into a use position, i.e. a working position. Furthermore, the rack device has an interior trim part of the interior of the motor vehicle, wherein in the non-use position the rack part is a visible flat component of the visible outer contour of the interior trim part.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the invention is to indicate a table device for a vehicle interior which is improved in comparison with the prior art and has a table element which can be positioned from a non-use position into a use position.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features specified in claim 1.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims.

In a rack arrangement for a vehicle interior with a rack element which can be positioned from a non-use position into a use position, the invention provides that the rack element fastened to the pivot arm forms, in its non-use position, a trim part of the center armrest, wherein, by means of the first drive unit, the frame element guided by the guide element and to which the pivot arm is fastened is raised according to a predefined path of movement such that the rack element pivots out of the housing formed by the center armrest at a predefined angle; and a second drive unit for lifting the stage member to the use position is provided.

The carriage part of the carriage arrangement thus designed can be used not only by the vehicle user, i.e. the driver, but also by the passenger car, wherein the carriage part is positioned for this purpose in the use position set for the vehicle user and passenger car, or in one of the two lateral use positions.

By means of the movement mechanism for adjusting the position of the gantry part, which is automated by means of the drive unit, the comfort during operation of the gantry device is significantly improved. By the console element being hidden in particular on the central armrest end side (front side) in the non-use position, the vehicle user and the rider are not obstructed when positioning from the non-use position into the use position and returning, wherein the console element can be used for the vehicle user and the rider.

Since the mechanism of the stand arrangement for adjusting the position of the stand elements is arranged more forward, i.e. in the area of the stand elements in the non-use position in the central armrest, further installation space at the side of the passengers, in particular of the vehicle occupant and passenger compartment, can be utilized.

In one embodiment, the side swinging movement of the stage member causes a forced actuation movement between the swing arm and the stage member and locks the stage member together with the swing arm in the side use position. The table element can thus be fixed in the lateral position of use with a movement, i.e. by means of a lateral pivoting movement of the table element, without further manipulation being required for fixing the table element.

Another embodiment provides that the toothed belt unit is designed to perform a positive drive movement. The toothed belt unit is a relatively simple device for effecting the positive drive movement without further manipulation being required to secure the carriage member in the lateral use position as described above.

In a further possible embodiment, the toothed belt unit comprises at least one gearwheel which is mounted rotatably about a rotational axis, a further gearwheel which is mounted rotatably about a further rotational axis, and a toothed belt which mechanically meshes with the two gearwheels. A simple connection is thus established for fixing the trestle member in one of said lateral use positions by means of a lateral swinging movement of the trestle member.

In a development of the platform arrangement, the further actuating element is designed to release the locking between the platform part and the swing arm, wherein the locking is released and the platform part can be positioned into a non-use position, which can also be referred to as a stowage position, by the passenger exerting pressure on the actuating element.

One possible embodiment of the table arrangement provides that the table part comprises two parts which can be folded out, so that the resting surface can be enlarged and accordingly a plurality of and/or large objects can rest on the table part.

In another possible embodiment, at least a portion of the stage member and/or the swing arm is at least partially hollow. In particular, the stand member and the swing arm are hollow, so that, for example, cables for USB interfaces and/or other wiring members can be integrated into the stand member through the swing arm.

In order to be able to pivot the platform part laterally, in a possible development of the platform arrangement at least one hinge is arranged on the pivot arm and/or the platform part. By means of the at least one hinge, a lateral swinging movement can be achieved, wherein the gantry part is also connected to the swing arm by means of the at least one hinge.

Furthermore, the platform part is formed in one design of the platform arrangement from metal and/or plastic, wherein the plastic may be fiber-reinforced to increase the rigidity of the platform part. In this case, a comparatively light-weight metal and/or plastic is selected, so that the weight of the platform part is correspondingly light.

In addition, the resting surface of the platform part can have a non-slip coating in one possible embodiment, so that slippage of the object placed on the platform part, in particular during driving of the vehicle, can be prevented to a maximum extent. The object or objects on which they rest adhere to the rest surface, so that the risk of falling and the risk of damage caused thereby is at least significantly reduced.

Detailed Description

Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a central armrest 1 of a vehicle, not shown in detail, which vehicle can be a wagon as well as a passenger car. The center armrest 1 is arranged in particular between a driver's seat and a passenger seat of the vehicle.

In order to allow a vehicle user, in particular a vehicle driver and/or a passenger drive, to place at least one object, for example during driving of the vehicle, a stand arrangement T is provided which is described below and shown in detail in fig. 2 to 11.

The gantry device T comprises a foldable two-piece gantry part 2 which in the non-use position forms a decorative part for the end side of the central armrest 1, wherein the gantry part 2 is arranged partially concealed within the central armrest 1, as shown in fig. 1. In the collapsed state, the two parts forming the stand member 2 abut against each other.

The gantry means T further comprises a swing arm 3, which is shown in the following figures, to which the gantry part 2 is fixed, wherein the swing arm 3 is coupled at the end opposite the gantry part 2 with a movably mounted frame part 4. The path of movement of the frame element 4 is set and defined by means of a guide element 5 having two recesses a, wherein the frame element 4 is partially inserted into the opposite recesses a, so that the connection between the frame element 4 and the guide element 5 is reduced.

The gantry device T is designed such that the gantry part 2 is automatically moved from the non-use position into the use position and back, wherein two drive units 6 and 7 are provided for this purpose, which are designed in particular as linear motors.

Fig. 4 shows the table arrangement T in a side view in a non-use position, wherein the side trim of the center armrest 1 is not shown, but the frame 8, which is arranged on the end side and is also shown in fig. 2 and 3, is shown.

In order to position the stand element 2 in the use position, the vehicle user or rider operates an operating element, not shown in detail, which is arranged, for example, on the center armrest 1.

By operating the operating member, the first drive unit 6 can be activated such that the table member 2 is partially turned outwards at a predetermined angle from the housing formed by the center armrest 1. The stand element 2 is thus positioned relative to the frame 8, wherein the stand element 2 is adjusted to be tilted.

In order to adjust the gantry part 2 to a tilt, the frame part 4 with the swing arm 3 fixed thereto is lifted by means of the first drive unit 6, thereby causing a tilting movement of the gantry part 2.

If the second drive unit 7 has not been activated, it is activated after the stage part 2 has been adjusted to the inclination, so that the swing arm 3 with the stage part 2 fixed thereto is lifted, as shown in fig. 6. The stand member 2 swung into the use position or initial position is shown in fig. 7. In the use position, the frame element 4 is located at the upper stop of the guide element 5, wherein in the use position the stand element 2 can be used as a shelf resting object by both the vehicle driver and the rider. In order to increase the resting surface of the platform element 2, it can be folded out.

In particular, the platform element 2 is made of a metal material and/or of a plastic-based material, which can be designed as a fiber reinforcement, wherein the respective resting surface or at least the resting surface which is present in the everted state of the platform element 2 can have an anti-slip coating, so that the resting object adheres to the platform element 2, so that slippage during driving operation of the vehicle can be prevented to the greatest possible extent.

As non-slip coating, rubber, grained plastic, film and/or other suitable coatings may be used.

To adjust the position of the carriage member 2 in the direction of the vehicle user or rider, the carriage member 2 is manually rotated horizontally into the corresponding direction. For this purpose, for example, two relatively large hinges, not shown in detail, are provided, by means of which a part of the pivoting arm 3 can be pivoted with the platform part 2.

The side-swinging movement causes a forced driving movement between the gantry part 2 and the swing arm 3, so that the gantry part 2 is locked in the lateral use position shown in fig. 9 and is thus fixed in this use position.

Fig. 10 shows the table arrangement T when the table element 2 in place in one of the lateral use positions is folded out, so that the resting surface is enlarged, in particular multiplied, as shown in fig. 11.

Fig. 12 shows a toothed belt unit Z for locking the gantry part 2 integrated into the swing arm 3.

The toothed belt unit Z comprises two toothed wheels 9, 10, a toothed belt 11 and four deflection members 12 (according to the embodiment of fig. 12). The two toothed wheels 9, 10 are in operative engagement by means of a toothed belt 11, so that when the gantry part 2 swings and thus causes a rotational movement of one of the toothed wheels 9, 10, the respective other toothed wheel 10, 9 rotates.

If the toothed wheel 9 is rotated about its axis of rotation towards the vehicle user or rider by the horizontal swinging movement of the carriage element 2, the other toothed wheel 10 is also rotated at another rotational speed depending on its size by the rotational movement transmitted to the toothed belt 11.

If the stand member 2 is in the final lateral use position, the stand member 2 is locked together with the swing arm 3 so that the stand member 2 is fixed in the lateral use position.

A further actuating element 13 is arranged on the swing arm 3, which, when actuated, releases the locking of the platform part 2 with the swing arm 3, so that the platform part 2 can be positioned in the use position or in the opposite lateral use position.

In one embodiment of the gantry apparatus T, the gantry part 2 and the swing arm 3 are hollow, so that at least one cable, for example for a USB interface, can be integrated into the gantry part 2 and the swing arm 3, so that the cable does not rest loosely on the gantry apparatus T and interfere therewith.

With a gantry device T of such a design, the gantry part 2 can be positioned in a motorized manner from its non-use position into a use position or initial position.
