The press mounting machine is driven by a servo motor, so that the press mounting machine can be ensured to have good precision, rigidity and operation stability; the pressure head is connected at the lower end of the pressure sensor, and in the press-fitting work, the press-fitting machine can output press-fitting power, and meanwhile, the press-fitting power can be monitored in real time, and a press-fitting curve is displayed in the upper computer.

According to the auxiliary frame threaded sleeve/steel sleeve press-fitting machine, the integration level of all parts is high, the parts are convenient to replace, meanwhile, the press-fitting process is automated, the production efficiency is improved, and the reliability of connection between the auxiliary frame and a vehicle body is improved.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the subframe threaded sleeve/steel sleeve press-fitting machine of the present invention is a vertical structure, is mainly used for automatic press-fitting of a subframe threaded sleeve or a steel sleeve, and mainly comprises the following components: the device comprises a press-fitting working device 1, a press-fitting clamp 2, a base 3, a base 4, a press-fitting clamp driving device 5, a rack 6, a first safety grating 7, an electrical control cabinet 8, a control panel box 9, a second safety grating 10, a switch 11, a second bottom plate 12, a switch bracket 13, a forklift connecting frame 14, adjustable feet 15, a first bottom plate 16 and an upper computer.

Two forklift attachment frames 14 are mounted on the bottom of the base 3.

A plurality of adjustable feet 15 are mounted on the bottom of base 3.

The first base plate 16 is installed at the left side of the base 3, and the second base plate 12 is installed at the right side of the base 3.

The press-fitting jig driving device 5 is installed in the middle of the base 3, that is, the press-fitting jig driving device 5 is located between the first base plate 16 and the second base plate 12.

The frame 6 is formed by welding a plurality of rectangular steel pipes, and the frame 6 is arranged around the base 3. The base 3 and the frame 6 together form a workbench of the press-mounting machine.

The first safety grating 7 is arranged at the front end of the left side of the frame 6, and the second safety grating 10 is arranged at the front end of the right side of the frame 6. The first security barrier 7 is arranged opposite to the second security barrier 10. The safety of operators and other related personnel can be effectively protected by the first safety grating 7 and the second safety grating 10.

The electrical control cabinet 8 is mounted on the rear end of the second base plate 12.

The control panel box 9 is installed at the front end of the right side of the frame 6.

The switch bracket 13 is installed on the outer wall of the right side of the base 3.

The switch 11 is mounted on a switch bracket 13.

The lower end of the base 4 is arranged on a press-fitting clamp driving device 5.

The press-fitting working device 1 is mounted on the upper end of the base 4.

The press-fitting jig 2 is mounted on a press-fitting jig driving device 5.

The control panel box 9 is connected with an upper computer, and the press-fitting working device 1, the press-fitting clamp 2, the press-fitting clamp driving device 5, the first safety grating 7, the second safety grating 10 and the switch 11 are all connected with the control panel box 9.

As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the base 4 mainly includes: the device comprises a base upper plate 4-1, a base upper plate mounting hole 4-2, a second sliding groove 4-3, a base side plate 4-4, a first sliding groove 4-5, a base front plate 4-6, a base lower plate 4-7 and a base front plate 4-8. The two base side plates 4-4 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the base lower plate 4-7. The base lower plate 4-7 is provided with a light-weight hole. The base upper plate 4-1 is installed at the upper ends of the two base side plates 4-4. The base upper plate 4-1 is provided with a base upper plate mounting hole 4-2. The base front plate 4-8 is arranged at the front end of the base lower plate 4-7, and two ends of the base front plate 4-8 are respectively connected with the front ends of the lower parts of the two base side plates 4-4. The two sides of the front base plate 4-6 are respectively connected with the two side base plates 4-4. The front plate 4-6 of the base is provided with a first chute 4-5 and a second chute 4-3.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the press-fitting work device 1 mainly includes: 1-1 part of servo motor, 1-2 parts of locking nut, 1-3 parts of rotary oil seal, 1-4 parts of precision planetary gear reducer, 1-5 parts of double-diaphragm expansion coupling, 1-6 parts of angular contact ball bearing, 1-7 parts of pressure sensor fixing seat, 1-8 parts of pressure head, 1-9 parts of servo motor shaft, 1-10 parts of reducer bracket and 1-11 parts of reducer bracket bottom plate, the device comprises end covers 1-12, angular contact ball bearing mounting seats 1-13, ball screws 1-14, first movable plate side plates 1-15, displacement sensors 1-16, first sliding blocks 1-17, second movable plate side plates 1-18, second sliding blocks 1-19, manual bolts 1-20, pressure sensors 1-21, limiting blocks 1-22 and driving nuts 1-23. The speed reducer support bottom plate 1-11 is fixed on the base upper plate 4-1 of the base 4. The speed reducer support 1-10 is fixed on the speed reducer support bottom plate 1-11. The precise planetary gear reducer 1-4 is arranged on the reducer bracket 1-10. The servo motor 1-1 is connected with the precision planetary gear reducer 1-4. The servo motor shaft 1-9 passes through the reducer bracket 1-10. The upper end of the ball screw 1-14 passes through the base upper plate mounting hole 4-2 of the base upper plate 4-1. The locking nut 1-2, the rotary oil seal 1-3, the angular contact ball bearing 1-6 and the end cover 1-12 are sequentially sleeved on the ball screw 1-14 from top to bottom. Angular contact ball bearing mounts 1-13 are nested outside of the angular contact ball bearings 1-6, and the angular contact ball bearing mounts 1-13 are mounted in the base upper plate mounting holes 4-2 of the base upper plate 4-1. The upper ends of the ball screws 1-14 are connected with servo motor shafts 1-9 through double-diaphragm expansion sleeve couplings 1-5. The left end of the pressure sensor fixing seat 1-7 is connected with the first sliding block 1-17 through the first movable plate side plate 1-15, and the right end of the pressure sensor fixing seat 1-7 is connected with the second sliding block 1-19 through the second movable plate side plate 1-18. Meanwhile, the first slider 1-17 is installed in the first runner 4-5 of the front base plate 4-6, and the second slider 1-19 is installed in the second runner 4-3 of the front base plate 4-6. As shown in fig. 16, the driving nuts 1 to 23 are connected to the ball screws 1 to 14, and the pressure sensor holders 1 to 7 are fixed to the driving nuts 1 to 23 in a fitted manner. The limiting blocks 1-22 are fixed on the front base plate 4-6 of the base 4. The pressure sensor 1-21 is fixed at the lower end of the pressure sensor fixing seat 1-7. The pressure head 1-8 is connected with the pressure sensor 1-21 through a manual bolt 1-20. The displacement sensor 1-16 is mounted on the left side of the front plate 4-6 of the base. The moving positions of the pressure sensor fixing seats 1-7 are limited through the limiting blocks 1-22. When the pressure head 1-8 needs to be replaced, the manual bolt 1-20 is pulled out manually. Wherein, the servo motor 1-1, the precision planetary gear reducer 1-4, the displacement sensor 1-16 and the pressure sensor 1-21 are all connected with the control panel box 9.

The servo motor 1-1 is used as a power source of the press-fitting working device 1, and is decelerated through the precision planetary gear reducer 1-4, so that the press-fitting speed can be met, and the driving torque can be improved. Starting the servo motor 1-1 to drive the precision planetary gear reducer 1-4 to enable the ball screw 1-14 to rotate, enabling the driving nut 1-23 to drive the pressure sensor fixing seat 1-7 to move up and down, enabling the first movable plate side plate 1-15 and the first sliding block 1-17 to move down along the first sliding groove 4-5, enabling the second movable plate side plate 1-18 and the second sliding block 1-19 to move down along the second sliding groove 4-3, enabling the pressure head 1-8 to press the threaded sleeve or the steel sleeve into the workpiece 17, after the threaded sleeve or the steel sleeve is pressed in, reversing the servo motor 1-1 to enable the press-fitting working device 1 to move up, then manually taking down the workpiece 17, and entering the next working cycle. In the press fitting work, the press fitting force is detected through the pressure sensors 1-21, the displacement is detected through the displacement sensors 1-16, meanwhile, the press fitting force and the position are monitored in real time through the control panel box 9 and transmitted to the upper computer, and the press fitting curve is displayed through the upper computer.

The lower base plate 4-7 of the base 4 is fixed on the bottom plate 5-1 of the press-fitting fixture driving device. The number of the side support plates 5-7 is 3, the first side support plate 5-7 is connected with one end of the second side support plate 5-7, the other end of the second side support plate 5-7 is connected with the third side support plate 5-7, and the first side support plate 5-7 and the third side support plate 5-7 are both arranged perpendicular to the second side support plate 5-7. The upper supporting plate bracket 5-31 is fixed on the pressing fixture driving device bottom plate 5-1. The rear ends of the upper support plates 5-9 are fixed on the three side support plates 5-7, and the front ends of the upper support plates 5-9 are fixed on the upper support plate brackets 5-31. As shown in FIG. 15, the first sliding table slider groove 5-8, the cylinder mounting groove 5-11 and the second sliding table slider groove 5-10 are sequentially arranged on the upper support plate 5-9. The sliding table limiting blocks 5-18 are arranged on the adjusting pins 5-19 and the fixing pins 5-20. The linear guide rails 5-17 are fixed on the right sides of the sliding table limiting blocks 5-18. The second limiting blocks 5-22 are arranged on the upper supporting plate 5-9, and the second limiting blocks 5-22 are used for determining the inward position of the press-fitting fixture driving device 5. The left sides of the lower surfaces of the sliding tables 5-25 are fixed on the first sliding table connecting seats 5-23 and the second sliding table connecting seats 5-3, and the right sides of the lower surfaces of the sliding tables 5-25 are fixed on the third sliding table connecting seats 5-16 and the fourth sliding table connecting seats 5-14. Wherein, the oil cylinder 5-15 is connected with the control panel box 9, the oil cylinder 5-15 is started to drive the sliding table 5-25 and the press-fitting fixture 2 to move backwards to the press-fitting position to start the press-fitting work, after the press-fitting work is finished, the sliding table 5-25 and the press-fitting fixture 2 are driven to move forwards by the oil cylinder 5-15, and the next press-fitting operation is continued.

The press-fitting clamp 2 adopts one-side double-pin positioning and adopts pneumatic clamping. In the press mounting work, the press mounting force is detected through the pressure sensors 1-21, the displacement is detected through the displacement sensors 1-16, meanwhile, the press mounting force and the position are monitored in real time through the control panel box 9 and transmitted to the upper computer, and a press mounting curve is displayed and automatically stored through the upper computer; the data and the state of the press-fitting machine after operation and completion can be displayed on the control panel box 9, namely, the press-fitting force, the displacement, the total press-fitting number and the qualified number can be displayed on the control panel box 9, and the unqualified part is automatically alarmed and prompted.

The auxiliary frame threaded sleeve/steel sleeve press-fitting machine also has a safety protection function, when foreign matters enter a working area, the foreign matters are detected through the first safety grating 7 and the second safety grating 10, detection signals are transmitted to the control panel box 9, a working starting button of the control panel box 9 is started inefficiently at the moment, the press-fitting machine stops working immediately, meanwhile, the alarm is given through the control panel box 9, after the fault is relieved, the alarm is relieved through a reset button of the control panel box 9, and the press-fitting work is continued. Meanwhile, an emergency stop button is further arranged on the control panel box 9, so that the press-mounting machine can be stopped emergently in emergency.
