Background

The excessive obesity not only affects the personal image, but also induces various complications, such as hypertension, diabetes, fatty liver and the like, and threatens the physical and psychological health of human beings. Among the factors that cause obesity, unreasonable diets dominate. Therefore, people are aware that the obesity can cause adverse effects, and then look at food which can replace high-calorie food, and the convenience of the meal replacement food is also the preferred food for many single-person families. The meal replacement food is developed to the present, not only is a food for reducing weight, but also plays a great role in clinical medicine, and can assist in treating diseases such as diabetes, obesity and the like. In recent years, under the guidance of some enterprises, people gradually improve the understanding and the demand of meal replacement food, and meal replacement powder with the characteristic of fat reduction is rapidly developed. Most meal replacement powders have high protein and low fat, and are more suitable for energy supplement or snack after body building. The meal replacement has the characteristics of low calorie and easy satiety, so the meal replacement can reduce energy intake and achieve the purpose of losing weight. Meal replacement powders contain various dietary fibers.

Inulin, also called fructan, inulin, is a mixture of natural fructans that are linked by D-fructofuranose via β -2, 1 glycosidic bonds. Inulin, as the best natural prebiotics and water-soluble dietary fiber double-supplement food, has the functions of controlling blood fat, reducing blood sugar, regulating intestinal microbial flora and the like, and is approved as a nutritional supplement of food by more than 40 countries in the world. Inulin has also been identified as a new resource food in China. Chia seed is rich in fatty acid, protein, mineral, vitamin, polyphenol, dietary fiber and other active substances, and plays an important role in oxidation resistance, blood fat reduction, cardiovascular improvement and other aspects.

Plantago ovata husk contains 11 kinds of trace elements essential for human body. The contents of the trace elements are decreased in the following order, K > P > Na > Mg > Ca > Fe > S > Mn > Zn > Li > Cu, wherein the contents of potassium and sodium are the highest. Contains 17 amino acids, and the 17 amino acids contained in the plantain seed have different biological activities because of the highest content of glutamic acid and aspartic acid, and the unique drug property and function of the plantain seed are not the effect of a certain component, but the synergistic effect of a plurality of components.

Dietary fibers such as konjak in meal replacement have the effect of water swelling, are not absorbed and utilized by human bodies, and have the effect of satiety. Dietary fiber also adheres to certain fats during intestinal transit, thereby reducing energy intake.

The additive is added into meal replacement powder, so that the meal replacement powder has the effects of lubricating intestines, losing weight and the like, and has the auxiliary treatment effect on hypertension, high cholesterol and cardiovascular diseases. Konjac glucomannan is an excellent water-soluble dietary fiber, has the functions of cleaning intestinal tracts, improving sugar resistance, preventing obesity, improving cholesterol metabolism and the like, can prevent excessive absorption of sugar, fat and cholesterol by human bodies, and has excellent health-care effect. The konjac refined powder mainly contains glucomannan, is natural plant soluble dietary fiber, has strong water absorption, can expand 80-100 times of volume after absorbing water, and is widely used as a raw material of meal replacement powder.

Alpha-linolenic acid belongs to polyunsaturated fatty acid, is essential fatty acid for human body, cannot be synthesized by human body itself or by other nutrients, and must be obtained by means of diet. Alpha-linolenic acid is an important component constituting brain cells and histiocytes of a human body, and once the human body lacks the alpha-linolenic acid, lipid metabolism disorder of the human body can be caused, so that symptoms of immunity reduction, amnesia, fatigue, hypopsia, atherosclerosis and the like can be caused. Especially infants and teenagers, if the alpha-linolenic acid is lacked, the development of intelligence and eyesight can be seriously influenced. The alpha-linolenic acid is also beneficial to preventing and treating diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, rheumatoid diseases, dermatitis, depression, schizophrenia, senile dementia and the like.

The linseed oil or the alpha-linolenic acid has the function of regulating the intestinal flora structure, can promote the proliferation of intestinal probiotics, and has an obvious recovery effect on abnormal intestinal flora structure caused by high-fat diet. Vitamins are a class of trace low molecular weight organic compounds essential to the maintenance of the body's life activities. Vitamins are diverse in kind and chemical structure, and are neither the main raw materials constituting various tissues nor the energy sources in vivo physiologically, but play an important role in the metabolism of body materials and energy. These compounds are present in natural foods and are generally not synthesized or synthesized in small amounts in vivo, and are not satisfactory. In 1996, the WHO tissue announced that 21 elements are mineral elements which are considered to be essential for constituting human tissues, participating in body metabolism and maintaining physiological functions. Minerals do not provide energy and cannot be synthesized in the body by themselves, must be provided from the outside, and play important functions in the physiological roles of human tissues. Deficiency of vitamins and minerals causes corresponding deficiency, thereby causing loss of human health.

Last dose at day 2, 15 pm: when 00 hours, the behavioral characteristics of the depression model rats are determined by adopting a mine field test, the used box opening device is made of opaque wood, the bottom surface is a square with the size of 80cm multiplied by 80cm, the square is equally divided into 20 equilateral squares, the wood wall with the height of 50cm is arranged around the square, the inner wall of the box is coated with black paint, the rats are placed in the central squares during the test, the number of the squares which the rats pass through within 3 minutes is observed to serve as a horizontal movement score, the vertical times of hind limbs (two forepaws are emptied or climb on the wall) serve as a vertical movement score, each rat is measured for 2 times, after the measurement is finished, the box opening is scrubbed by alcohol, and then the next observation is carried out.

Statistical data are statistically processed by SPSS 20.0 software, multiple comparisons between the horizontal movement score and the vertical movement score of each group of rats are tested by nonparametric rank sum, and the difference is considered to have statistical significance when P is less than 0.05.

4. And (3) test results: see table 4 for specific test results.

TABLE 4 comparison of the test results of different test samples

Test sample Horizontal movement score Vertical movement score
EXAMPLE 1 group 25.4±2.8** 6.8±2.1**
EXAMPLE 2 group 22.9±2.2** 6.2±2.5**
EXAMPLE 3 group 26.6±2.8** 7.8±2.3**
Comparative example 1 group 19.5±3.1* 5.6±1.4*
Comparative example 2 group 18.2±2.9* 5.3±1.6*
Comparative example 3 group 21.8±2.8* 6.1±2.3*
Negative control group 7.2±1.8 3.7±1.2
Blank control group 32.4±3.2 9.6±2.8

Remarking: p < 0.01; represents P < 0.05.

As can be seen from table 3, compared with the blank control group, the horizontal movement score and the vertical movement score of the negative control group are both significantly reduced, which proves that the model modeling of the depression is successful, and the movement behavior and the detection behavior of the rat are significantly weakened, compared with the negative control group, the milkshake prepared in the example 1 and the example 3 of the present invention has a significant treatment effect, the example 2 group only uses the conventional synthetic folic acid, and the comparative examples 1 to 3 groups have a reduced treatment effect due to the change of the composition of vitamin a and vitamin D or the removal of the ultraviolet irradiation process.
