in one embodiment of the invention, the storage box 6 after the scalding treatment and the agricultural products in the storage box are blown by the blowing device so as to blow off the residual water on the storage box 6, and the falling water is collected by the collecting cover 13, so that the waste of water resources is avoided, and the air drying of the agricultural products after the scalding treatment can be accelerated.

EXAMPLE five

Compared with the first embodiment, the efficient scalding equipment for agricultural product processing further comprises a fastening piece B; the fastener B is in threaded fit connection with the rotating shaft 24, and a plurality of balls B are uniformly arranged on the end face of the fastener B;

the end face of the fastener A8 facing the cover plate 9 is uniformly provided with a plurality of balls A.

In one embodiment of the present invention, in the state that the cover plate 9 is installed with the rotating shaft 24 in a matching manner, the end face of the cover plate 9 presses the plurality of balls B on the fastener B, and the cover plate 9 is located between the fastener A8 and the fastener B; the cover plate 9 is made of light materials;
