The connecting rod body consists of three parts, and the part connected with the piston pin is called a connecting rod small end; the part connected with the crankshaft is called a connecting rod big head, and the rod part connected with the small head and the big head is called a connecting rod body.

When the connecting rod is machined, because the size of a connecting rod blank has an error, the thickness needs to be measured before machining, the upper surface and the lower surface of the connecting rod need to be milled, holes are formed in the circle center of the connecting small head and the circle center of the large head after machining, the connecting rod needs to be placed on a tool clamp before the holes are formed, a standard connecting rod model plate which is manufactured in advance is placed on the connecting rod, lines are drawn on the surface of the connecting rod after aligning the positions, the circle center, the edge and the like of the holes are marked, and subsequent hole forming is facilitated for circular holes in the connecting small head and the large head. 2) according to the invention, the standard connecting rod model plate and the image acquisition and processing equipment are additionally arranged on the machine tool body by utilizing the position adjusting assembly and the lifting assembly, the relative positions among the camera, the standard connecting rod model plate and the tool clamp are unchanged, the workload of image processing is greatly reduced only by changing the position of the connecting rod processed each time, and the processing positions of the connecting rods after correction each time are the same, so that the tapping equipment can process a plurality of same connecting rods only by once adjustment.

The standard connecting rod model plate 3 is provided with screw holes and is connected with the storage plate 41 through the bracket 11 and screws, so that the standard connecting rod model plate 3 can be detached and replaced, and the connecting rod model plate is also suitable for processing different connecting rods.

The position adjusting assembly 5 comprises long sliding grooves 51 arranged on two side walls of the machine tool body 1, sliding plates 52 arranged in the long sliding grooves 51 in a sliding mode, and connecting rods 53 arranged on the outer side walls of the sliding plates 52 in a rotating mode and connected with the image acquisition and processing equipment 4. The lifting assembly 6 comprises a cross rod 61 and lifting through holes 62, the lifting through holes 62 are formed in the two connecting rods 53, the cross rod 61 is fixed at one end, away from the standard connecting rod model plate 3, of the containing plate 41, and two ends of the cross rod 61 are arranged in the lifting through holes 62 in the two connecting rods 53 in a sliding mode. The cross sections of the cross rod 61 and the lifting through hole 62 are rectangular, and two ends of the cross rod 61 penetrate through the lifting through hole 62 to be fixedly connected with the baffle 12.

The lower surface of the standard connecting rod model plate 3 is embedded with a plurality of pressure sensors 13, the pressure sensors 13 are connected with a central controller 44, the central controller 44 is connected with an alarm 14, when the standard connecting rod model plate 3 is attached to a connecting rod, the standard connecting rod model plate 3 can be pressed to enable the pressure sensors 13 on the lower surface to detect the stress condition, the surface milling working quality in the previous step is judged according to the stress condition, if the quality exceeds a preset threshold value, the alarm 14 gives an alarm, and the previous surface milling station is returned for re-processing.
