Background

The plastic bathtub is manufactured by a plastic suction process, is called as a plastic suction bathtub, and comprises the following specific production processes:

Optionally, the rotating platform includes:

the workpiece placing plate is horizontally placed;

and the driving end of the rotating motor is in transmission connection with the workpiece placing plate and is used for driving the workpiece placing plate to rotate around the vertical axis of the workpiece placing plate.

Optionally, the pressing assembly includes:

Wherein, the rotating platform 3 of the upstream conveying mechanism 2, the pressing component 4, the cutting component 5, the knife moving component 6, the downstream conveying mechanism 7 and the dust suction port of the dust suction device are all positioned in the protective cover 1; the control console 8 is positioned outside the protective cover 1; the protective hood 1 is provided with an inlet opening 101 at a position corresponding to the upstream conveyor 2 and an outlet opening 102 at a position corresponding to the downstream conveyor 7.

The workpiece placing plate is horizontally placed; the driving end of the rotating motor is in transmission connection with the part placing plate and is used for driving the part placing plate to rotate around the vertical axis of the part placing plate, and further the bathtub 10 is rotated.

The pressing component 4 is located above the rotating platform 3 and is used for fixing the bathtub 10 on the rotating platform 3 and preventing the bathtub 10 from rotating along with the rotating platform 3. Specifically, the pressing assembly 4 includes a pressing plate 401 and a pressing linear driving mechanism 402. The pressing plate 401 is located above the rotary platform 3; the driving end of the pressing linear driving mechanism 402 is connected with the pressing plate 401 and is used for driving the pressing plate 401 to move downwards so as to press the bathtub 10 and driving the pressing plate 401 to move upwards so as to release the bathtub 10.

The cutting assembly 5 is located on the side of the rotary platform 3, and specifically includes a disc blade 501 and a cutter motor 502. The driving end of the cutter motor 502 is connected with the disc blade 501 and is used for driving the disc blade 501 to rotate around the vertical axis of the disc blade 501, so that the rim charge is cut.

The cutter moving assembly 6 is connected with the cutting assembly 5 and used for driving the cutting assembly 5 to be close to the bathtub 10 so as to cut the rim charge and driving the cutting assembly 5 to be far away from the bathtub 10 after cutting. Specifically, the knife moving assembly 6 comprises a fixed bracket 601, a rotating arm 602 and a knife moving linear driving mechanism 603. When the knife moving linear driving mechanism 603 extends, the rotating arm 602 rotates towards the direction close to the bathtub 10, so that the cutting assembly 5 smoothly contacts with the rim charge; when the knife linear drive mechanism 603 is retracted, the rotating arm 602 rotates away from the bathtub 10, causing the cutting assembly 5 to disengage from the rim charge.

Optionally, each linear driving mechanism may be an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or a motor screw assembly, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.

The automatic bathtub rim charge cutting equipment provided by the embodiment has the following working process:

firstly, workshop workers monitor at a control console 8 so as to be capable of processing in time after abnormity occurs;

the bathtub 10 is conveyed to the rotary platform 3 by the upstream conveying mechanism 2 through the feeding opening 101 of the protective cover 1;

thirdly, after the workshop worker clicks on the control console 8, the pressing component 4 presses the bathtub 10 down on the rotating platform 3; it should be noted that the console 8 may further be provided with keys for emergency shutdown, and the like, which are not described in this embodiment again;

fourthly, the knife moving linear driving mechanism 603 extends out to drive the other end of the rotating arm 602 to drive the cutting assembly 5 to move to be in contact with the rim charge of the bathtub 10;

the cutting assembly 5 is started, and the disc blade 501 rotates; meanwhile, starting the dust collection equipment to collect dust in the space in the protective cover;

sixthly, the rotary platform 3 drives the bathtub 10 to rotate, and in the rotating process of the bathtub 10, the disc type blade 501 can cut a whole circle of rim charge around the bathtub 10;

seventhly, after cutting, the knife moving linear driving mechanism 603 retracts to drive the other end of the rotating arm 602 to drive the cutting assembly 5 to move to be separated from the bathtub 10;

eighthly, stopping rotating the disc type blade 501;

ninthly, moving the pressing component 4 upwards to release the bathtub 10;

sleeve 10 is transferred to downstream transport mechanism 7 for flow to downstream equipment via outlet opening 102 of enclosure 1.

The automatic resection device of bathtub rim charge that this embodiment provided has following advantage:

the whole cutting process is mechanically and fully automatically operated through the PLC of the console, the dependence on manpower is reduced, the cutting consistency is good, the cutting efficiency is high, and the risk of operation injury of workers in a workshop can be reduced;

the protective cover not only isolates the movement mechanism, but also isolates dust generated during cutting to a certain extent, so that dust collection of dust collection equipment is facilitated, and the health of workers in a workshop is guaranteed.
