1. A bilge water system of a methanol pump module, comprising:

the sewage well (1) is communicated with the bottom of the methanol pump cabin to collect bilge water in the methanol pump cabin;

6. Bilge water system of a methanol pump capsule according to claim 5, characterized in that a check valve (8) is further arranged in the branch line (52), the first drive member (6) and the check valve (8) being distributed in sequence in the suction direction of the discharge line (5).

Bilge water system of a methanol pump capsule according to claim 6, characterized in that a second shut-off valve (7) is further provided in the branch line (52), the second shut-off valve (7) and the check valve (8) being provided on both sides of the first drive member (6) in the suction direction of the bleed line (5).

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of ship construction, and particularly relates to a bilge water system of a methanol pump cabin and a dual-fuel driven ship.

Background

In order to reduce the pollution of the ship and realize energy conservation and consumption reduction, the ship usually adopts a fuel oil and methanol dual-fuel driving mode to provide power so as to flexibly solve the problem of fuel supply of the ship.

Aiming at relevant regulations and construction requirements of arrangement of methanol fuel, bilge water containing methanol may exist when a methanol pump cabin in a methanol power system leaks, and in order to ensure safe storage and use of the bilge water containing methanol, an independent bilge water system needs to be constructed so as to discharge the bilge water into a safe position when the methanol pump cabin leaks and the like, thereby avoiding dangerous situations such as explosion and the like and protecting safe operation of a ship.

At present, an independent bilge water system not only occupies the space inside a ship, but also reduces the utilization rate of the space inside the ship. Also, the construction cost and the construction period of the ship are increased.

Therefore, a bilge water system of a methanol pump tank and a dual fuel driven ship are required to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the present invention is to provide a bilge water system of a methanol pump tank to simplify a bilge water system structure, improve an internal space utilization rate of a ship, and at the same time, reduce a construction cost of the ship, and shorten a construction period of the ship.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a dual-fuel driven ship to simplify the arrangement of a bilge water system, improve the utilization rate of the internal space of the ship, and simultaneously, reduce the construction cost of the ship and shorten the construction period of the ship.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a bilge water system of a methanol pump capsule, comprising:

the sewage well is communicated with the bottom of the methanol pump cabin to collect bilge water in the methanol pump cabin;

the oil collecting tank discharge pipeline comprises an oil collecting tank, a discharge pipeline, a first driving piece and an oil residue cabin, an inlet of the discharge pipeline can be selectively communicated with the sewage well or the oil collecting tank, and an outlet of the discharge pipeline is communicated with the oil residue cabin; the first driving member is arranged in the discharge pipeline and is configured to be capable of sucking oil in the oil collecting tank or bilge water in the sewage well into the oil residue cabin.

In order to make the technical problems solved, the technical solutions adopted and the technical effects achieved by the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention are further described below by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the elements associated with the present invention are shown in the drawings.

The embodiment discloses a dual-fuel driven ship, and the dual-fuel driven ship uses fuel oil and methanol as power fuel, and compared with the traditional fuel oil powered ship, a methanol power system is added, so that the energy conservation and consumption reduction of the ship are realized, and the fuel supply of the ship is flexibly solved.

Specifically, the dual-fuel driven ship of the present embodiment is a finished oil tanker, and of course, the dual-fuel driven ship may also be other cargo vessels such as a chemical tanker. The dual-fuel driven ship is provided with a plurality of cargo holds for containing the product oil, the ship is provided with a gas station, and the product oil is injected into the cargo holds through the gas station. In the process of injecting the product oil, leakage or overflow of the product oil is likely to occur. For this purpose, a sump drain line is installed at the filling station of the vessel, which sump drain line comprises the sump 4, the drain line 5, the first drive element 6 and the slag bin 9. The first driving member 6 is disposed in the discharge pipeline 5 and provides suction power to the discharge pipeline 5, so that the product oil in the oil collecting tank 4 can enter the oil residue tank 9 through the discharge pipeline 5 to be stored, and the product oil is prevented from overflowing to other positions of the ship.

In a dual-fuel driven ship, bilge water containing methanol may exist when a methanol pump cabin in a methanol power system leaks, and in order to ensure safe storage and use of the bilge water containing methanol, an independent bilge water system needs to be built so as to discharge the bilge water into a safe position when the methanol pump cabin leaks and the like, so that dangerous situations such as explosion and the like are avoided, and the safe operation of the ship is protected. Because the independent bilge water system is built, the space in the ship is occupied, and the utilization rate of the space in the ship is reduced. Also, the construction cost and the construction period of the ship are increased.

In order to solve the above problems, the present implementation also discloses a dual-fuel driven ship, which includes a bilge water system of a methanol pump tank, so as to integrate the bilge water system of the methanol pump tank and an oil sump drain pipeline together, thereby realizing the optimized arrangement of equipment and pipelines.

As shown in fig. 1, the bilge water system of the methanol pump cabin comprises a bilge well 1 and the oil collecting tank discharge pipeline, wherein the bilge well 1 is communicated with the bottom of the methanol pump cabin, and the inlet of the bilge well 1 is positioned at the lowest point of the methanol pump cabin to collect bilge water in the methanol pump cabin. The inlet of the discharge pipeline 5 can be selectively communicated with the sewage well 1 or the oil collecting tank 4, and the outlet of the discharge pipeline 5 is communicated with the oil residue cabin 9. The first driving member 6 is disposed in the drainage pipeline 5 and provides suction power to the drainage pipeline 5, so that the drainage pipeline 5 can suck the oil or bilge water in the oil sump 4 into the oil residue chamber 9.

In this embodiment, methanol can be used as a fuel and also as a chemical cargo. Therefore, the bilge water containing methanol can be drained through the sump drain line. When the discharge pipeline 5 is communicated with the oil collecting tank 4, the oil in the oil collecting tank 4 enters the oil residue cabin 9 through the discharge pipeline 5 to be stored. When the discharge pipeline 5 is communicated with the sewage well 1, bilge water in the sewage well 1 enters the oil residue cabin 9 through the discharge pipeline 5 for storage. Through communicating bilge well 1 with discharge pipe way 5 for one set of discharge pipe way 5 of methanol pump cabin and oil trap 4 sharing has reduced the use amount of equipment and pipeline, realizes the optimal arrangement of equipment and pipeline, has reduced the inner space who occupies boats and ships, has improved the space utilization of boats and ships. Meanwhile, the use amount of equipment and pipelines is reduced, so that the construction cost of the ship is reduced, and the construction period of the ship is shortened.

According to the ship driven by double fuels, the bilge water system of the methanol pump cabin reduces the usage amount of equipment and pipelines, reduces the internal space occupied by the ship, and improves the space utilization rate of the ship. Meanwhile, the use amount of equipment and pipelines is reduced, so that the construction cost of the ship is reduced, and the construction period of the ship is shortened.

It is to be noted that the discharge line 5 cannot communicate with both the sump well 1 and the sump 4, in order to avoid mixing of bilge water with the product oil. For this purpose, as shown in fig. 1, an isolation device 3 is installed between the sump 1 and the discharge line 5, the isolation device 3 being used to disconnect or connect the sump 1 or the discharge line 5. In particular, the isolation device 3 of the present embodiment may be an isolation joint or an isolation pipe, the bilge well 1 being in communication with the discharge line 5 when the isolation device 3 is opened. When the isolation device 3 is closed, the bilge well 1 is disconnected from the discharge line 5.

A first stop valve 2 is further installed between the sewage well 1 and the discharge pipeline 5, and the first stop valve 2 and the isolation device 3 are opened or closed synchronously. Through isolating device 3 and first stop valve 2 can realize the dual break-make between bilge well 1 and discharge line 5, ensure the reliable break-make between bilge well 1 and discharge line 5, avoid bilge water and product oil to take place to mix in discharge line 5, improved discharge line 5's security.

Preferably, the number of the first stop valves 2 is two, and the two first stop valves 2 are arranged on two sides of the isolating device 3 along the suction direction of the discharge pipeline 5, so that the reliability of on-off between the sewage well 1 and the discharge pipeline 5 and the safety of the discharge pipeline 5 are further improved. The suction direction of the bleed line 5 is indicated by the arrow in fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 1, the discharge piping 5 includes an upstream main piping 51, a plurality of branch pipings 52, and a downstream main piping 53, the upstream main piping 51 and the downstream main piping 53 may selectively communicate through one of the branch pipings 52, and an inlet of the discharge piping 5 is located on the upstream main piping 51 so that the upstream main piping 51 may selectively communicate with the sump 1 or the sump 4. The outlet of the bleed line 5 is located on the downstream main line 53, so that the downstream main line 53 communicates with the slag bin 9. A first drive 6 is arranged on each branch 52, so that each branch 52 can suck the oil or bilge water from the sump 4 into the slag chamber 9.

Specifically, an upstream main line 51, a branch line 52 and a downstream main line 53 are arranged in this order in the suction direction of the bleed line 5. The branch pipelines 52 of this embodiment have two, and the main pipeline 51 of upper reaches communicates through one of them branch pipeline 52 with the main pipeline 53 of low reaches, and another branch pipeline 52 is as backup pipeline for discharge pipeline 5 has the redundancy design, and the fault-tolerant rate is higher, ensures that after one of them branch pipeline 52 trouble, discharge pipeline 5 still can work, has improved the reliability of the bilge water system of methanol pump cabin, thereby is favorable to improving the security of dual fuel driven boats and ships. As further shown in fig. 1, a check valve 8 is also arranged in the branch line 52, and the first driver 6 and the check valve 8 are distributed in sequence in the suction direction of the bleed line 5. By arranging the check valve 8, the back flow of the bilge water and the finished oil is avoided, and the bilge water and the finished oil can be ensured to completely enter the oil residue cabin 9.

Preferably, a second shut-off valve 7 is also provided in the branch line 52, the second shut-off valve 7 and the check valve 8 being provided on both sides of the first driver 6 in the suction direction of the bleed line 5. Preferably, the first driving member 6 of the present embodiment is an air pump, which is capable of providing negative pressure to the discharge pipe 5 to suck the bilge water in the bilge well 1 and the product oil in the oil sump 4 into the pomace chamber 9. The air pump has simple structure, convenient use and installation and lower cost. In other alternative embodiments, the first drive 6 may also be a drive such as a hydraulic pump.
