In the present embodiment, the pipe 11 is used for transporting oil and gas, the drainage structure 12 is used for monitoring and draining the water phase, so as to prevent the water phase from remaining in the pipe 11, and the protection structure 13 is used for reducing the water phase remaining in the pipe 11.

In the present embodiment, the metal plating layer 133 is used to improve corrosion resistance inside the pipe 11, the hydrophobic coating layer 134 is used to reduce the residual of the water phase in the high pressure oil pipeline 1, the reinforcing rib 135 is used to improve the structural strength of the pipe 11, thereby reducing deformation of the pipe 11, the matching groove 136 is used to improve the convenience of processing the high pressure oil pipeline 1, the detector 121 is used to detect the oil-water level in the pipe 11 for the drainage structure 12, that is, the detector 121 is the oil-water detector 121, and the drain valve 122 is used to drain the water phase accumulated at the bottom of the pipe 11.

The invention also provides a preparation device of the high-pressure oil pipeline, which comprises two supporting rollers 21, a driving roller 22, an adjusting bracket 23, a supporting seat 24 and a clamp 25, wherein the two supporting rollers 21 are arranged at the lower side of the high-pressure oil pipeline 1, the driving roller 22 is arranged at the lower side of the adjusting bracket 23 and is abutted against the upper side of the high-pressure oil pipeline 1, the clamp 25 is arranged at the upper side of the supporting seat 24 and is matched with the high-pressure oil pipeline 1, and the adjusting bracket 23 is arranged at the upper side of the supporting seat 24;

each support roller 21 comprises a rotating roller body 211, a support shell 212 and a support 213, the support 213 is arranged on the upper side of the support seat 24, the rotating roller body 211 is rotatably connected with the support 213, the support shell 212 is sleeved on the outer side of the rotating roller body 211, and the support shell 212 is matched with the high-pressure oil pipeline 1;

the supporting shell 212 is provided with a plurality of connecting bulges 214 and a plurality of rubber rings 215, the rubber rings 215 are sleeved on the outer sides of the connecting bulges 214 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the connecting bulges 214 are arranged along the length extending direction of the supporting shell 212, and the connecting bulges 214 are matched with the outer side of the high-pressure oil pipeline 1;

the clamp 25 comprises a fixed arm 251, a clamp seat 252 and an active arm 253, wherein the fixed arm 251 is matched with the active arm 253 and is arranged on one side of the clamp seat 252, and the active arm 253 is arranged on the other side of the clamp seat 252 and is rotatably connected with the clamp seat 252;

the driving arm 253 comprises an air cylinder 257 and a clamping claw 258, the air cylinder 257 is connected with the clamping claw 258 and the clamping seat 252, and the clamping claw 258 is matched with the fixing arm 251 and is arranged on one side of the fixing arm 251;

the fixing arm 251 comprises a connecting rod 254 and a fixing claw 255 provided with a limiting strip 256, the fixing claw 255 is matched with the clamping claw 258 through the connecting rod 254, the connecting rod 254 is respectively and rotatably connected with the fixing claw 255 and the clamping claw 258, the limiting strip 256 is arranged on the inner side of the fixing claw 255, and the limiting strip 256 is matched with the high-pressure oil pipeline 1.
