1. A door curtain swager comprising:

a chassis (1);

the guide roller (2), the said guide roller (2) is connected to the chassis (1) rotatably;

the first mounting rack (3), the first mounting rack (3) is arranged on the underframe (1); and

the material roller (7), the material roller (7) is rotationally connected to the bottom frame (1);

it is characterized by comprising:

a conveying mechanism (8), the conveying mechanism (8) comprising:

a first motor (86), the first motor (86) being welded to the chassis (1);

the guide roller (81) is rotatably connected to the first mounting frame (3) through a rotating shaft (82); and

the feeding device comprises a driving gear (85) and a transmission gear (83), wherein the driving gear (85) is arranged at the output end of a first motor (86), the transmission gear (83) is arranged on a material guide roller (81), and the driving gear (85) is in transmission connection with the transmission gear (83) through a chain (84); and

the first pressing mechanism (4) is located on the first mounting frame (3) and used for pressing the door curtain body (9) and the edge wrapping cloth.

The door curtain pressing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the first pressing mechanism (4) comprises a first pressing roller (42), and the first pressing roller (42) is rotatably connected to the first mounting frame (3) and used for matching the guide roller (81) with the door curtain body (9) to press the door curtain and the edge covering cloth.

3. A door curtain press as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the first press roll (42) is made of rubber material.

5. A door curtain press as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the first press roll (42) is spaced from the guide roll (81) by 0.05cm to 0.5 cm.

6. A door curtain press as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a second nip roller (51), said second nip roller (51) being movably and rotatably connected to the base frame (1).

7. The door curtain swager of claim 6, further comprising:

a second mounting bracket (6), the second mounting bracket (6) being arranged on the chassis (1);

a second swaging mechanism (5), the second swaging mechanism (5) comprising:

the second motor (55), the said second motor (55) is welded on chassis (1);

the cam (56), the said cam (56) is connected to chassis (1) rotatably, and is driven by the second electrical machinery (55) to rotate;

the guide sleeve (53), the said guide sleeve (53) is set up on the chassis (1);

the transmission rod (58) penetrates through the guide sleeve (53) and is connected inside the guide sleeve (53) in a sliding mode;

the guide ball (54) is arranged at one end, close to the cam (56), of the transmission rod (58), and the guide ball (54) is in reciprocating contact with the working face of the cam (56);

the guide ball (54) is tightly connected with the guide sleeve (53) through the return spring (57); and

the pressing plate (52), the pressing plate (52) is fixedly arranged at one end of the transmission rod (58) far away from the cam (56).

The door curtain means a curtain hung on a doorway and used for ventilation, mosquito prevention and the like.

Among the prior art door curtain need bordure the operation at the in-process of processing, need press the material operation after borduring, but traditional conveyer can only carry the material, can't accomplish the operation of borduring and pressing the material, and efficiency is lower, to sum up, this application now provides a door curtain press and solves the above-mentioned problem that appears.

In view of the above, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a door curtain pressing machine, which includes a bottom frame, a guide roller, a first mounting frame, and a material roller, wherein the guide roller is rotatably connected to the bottom frame, the first mounting frame is disposed on the bottom frame, and the material roller is rotatably connected to the bottom frame; the feeding mechanism comprises a conveying mechanism and a first pressing mechanism, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises a first motor, a guide roller, a driving gear and a transmission gear, the first motor is welded on a bottom frame, the guide roller is rotatably connected to a first mounting frame through a rotating shaft, the driving gear is arranged at the output end of the first motor, the transmission gear is arranged on the guide roller, and the driving gear is in transmission connection with the transmission gear through a chain; the first material pressing mechanism is located on the first mounting frame and used for pressing the door curtain body and the edge wrapping cloth.

Preferably, the first pressing mechanism comprises a first pressing roller, and the first pressing roller is rotatably connected to the first mounting frame and used for being matched with the guide roller door curtain body to be leveled with the edge wrapping cloth.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a door curtain pressing machine includes a bottom frame 1, a guide roller 2, a first mounting frame 3 and a material roller 7, wherein the guide roller 2 is rotatably connected to the bottom frame 1, the first mounting frame 3 is arranged on the bottom frame 1, and the material roller 7 is rotatably connected to the bottom frame 1; the automatic feeding device comprises a conveying mechanism 8 and a first pressing mechanism 4, wherein the conveying mechanism 8 comprises a first motor 86, a material guide roller 81, a driving gear 85 and a transmission gear 83, the first motor 86 is welded on the bottom frame 1, the material guide roller 81 is rotatably connected to a first mounting frame 3 through a rotating shaft 82, the driving gear 85 is arranged at the output end of the first motor 86, the transmission gear 83 is arranged on the material guide roller 81, and the driving gear 85 is in transmission connection with the transmission gear 83 through a chain 84; the first material pressing mechanism 4 is located on the first mounting frame 3 and used for pressing the door curtain body 9 and the edge covering cloth.

As an improvement of the above scheme, the first nip mechanism 4 includes a first nip roller 42, and the first nip roller 42 is rotatably connected to the first mounting frame 3 and is used for cooperating with the guide roller 81, the door curtain body 9 and the edge covering cloth to nip.

The working process is as follows: before using, the staff rotates little screw 412 through handle 414 earlier, little screw 412 and big screw 416 separation, rotates big screw 416 through turning hand 411, and big screw 416 rotates and drives the driving block 417 and reciprocate, and when driving block 417 drove first nip roll 42 to suitable position, stop to rotate turning hand 411 to turning handle 414, handle 414 drove little screw 412 and rotates through nut 415, and little screw 412 contacts with big screw 416 to spacing big screw 416, and then spacing first nip roll 42.

The door curtain on the material roller 7 penetrates through the material guide roller 81 and the first material pressing roller 42, the first motor 86 operates, the output end of the first motor 86 rotates to drive the material guide roller 81 to rotate, the material roller 7 rotates to complete material discharging of the door curtain, the material guide roller 81 completes conveying of the door curtain, and the first material pressing roller 42 and the material guide roller 81 are matched to exert force on the door curtain to press the door curtain.

In the above step, the second motor 55 is operated, the output end of the second motor 55 rotates to drive the cam 56 to rotate, the cam 56 cooperates with the guide ball 54 to apply a force to the transmission rod 58, cooperates with the return spring 57 to drive the transmission rod 58 to move up and down inside the guide sleeve 53, and drives the pressing plate 52 to move up and down, and cooperates with the second nip roller 51 to perform secondary nip on the door curtain body 9 and the edge covering cloth.
