The temperature of the milk is automatically controlled to the optimum temperature. The two cylinder assemblies are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the main frame, and milk powder is contained in the cylinder assembly at the left side. And a set of meshed gear pair is arranged below the left barrel assembly, the gear pair consists of a gear A5 and a gear B6, and the gear A5 is connected with a speed reducer. Its teeth of a cogwheel can take milk powder out along the body frame wall surface mixing zone 101 that the gear pair got into under it when the gear pair rotates, and the water in the mixing zone 101 and milk powder contact immediately and mix, and the milk that will mix is extruded to the meshing department of gear, and this process is similar hydraulic pump's course of work, and hydraulic oil has been replaced to milk powder only. The mixing area 101 is internally provided with a water inlet hole 102, a milk outlet hole 103, a temperature sensor 12 and a heating/refrigerating device 13, and the distance between the end part of the water inlet hole and the end part of the milk outlet hole is set to be as large as possible, so that the milk can flow in the mixing area 101 in a more omnibearing manner. The fastening member 8 is screwed to the main frame 1, and has a center hole and a vent hole 801, and the vent hole 801 is mainly used for the process of passing air between the inflatable membrane 7 and the fastening member 8 when the inflatable membrane 7 is inflated and for fastening the fastening member 8 when the fastening member 8 is mounted. The center hole is provided with a convex head 701 for mounting the drumming membrane, the edge of the center hole is fixedly provided with a contact piece A9 and a contact piece B10, the contact piece A9 and the contact piece B10 are not in contact and are respectively connected with one pole of the battery, for example, the contact piece A9 is connected with the positive pole, and the contact piece B10 is connected with the negative pole. The outer circle edge of the drumming film 7 is fixed on the main frame 1 by a fastener 8, the center of the drumming film 7 is provided with a convex head 701, the head part of the drumming film is provided with a contact sheet ring C11, a contact sheet ring C11 is in a circular sheet shape and is sleeved on the convex head 701, the contact sheet ring C11, a contact sheet A9 and a contact sheet B10 are always in a separated state, when the drumming film 7 is bulged upwards, the contact sheet ring C11 is contacted with the contact sheet A9 and the contact sheet B10, and then the power supply is switched on.

Referring to fig. 1, 14, 15, and 23, further, the gas distributing valve is composed of a pipe 15, a valve core 16, and sealing rings, wherein the sealing rings are installed at two ends of the pipe 15, a hole is formed in the middle section of the pipe to accommodate the valve core 16, a non-through hole 1601 is formed in the center of the valve core 16, a notch 1602 is formed in the cylindrical surface of the valve core 16 and communicated with the bottom of the non-through hole 1601, the notch 1602 is communicated with the inner diameter 1501 of the pipe, and a straight groove 1603 facilitating operation is formed in the other end of the valve core 16. By rotating the spool 16 through the linear groove 1603, the amount of gas discharged from both ends of the tube can be controlled, and finally the amount of movement of the left and right cylinder assembly pistons 3 can be controlled. The air distributing valve is mainly used for adjusting the proportion of the powder and the water, when the required milk concentration is low, the air distributing valve of the cylinder assembly on the right side is closed a little, the air valve is small, the feeding amount of the piston is small, the feeding amount is small, the water is output little, and the milk concentration is increased equivalently.

Referring to fig. 1 and 22, further, the water-finished switch is composed of a head 17, a spring 18, a contact D19, a contact E20, a contact ring F21, an outer cover 22 and a sealing ring, wherein the head 17 is disposed in a hole of the installation hole 1013, the sealing ring is installed on the head 17, the spring 18 is disposed in an inner cavity of the head 17 and one end of the spring is pressed against the outer cover 22, the contact ring F21 is installed and fixed on the head 17, the contact D19 and the contact E20 are fixed at a position of the main frame 1 corresponding to the contact ring F21, the contact D19 and the contact E20 are not in contact and are respectively connected with one pole of the battery, for example, the contact D19 is connected with the positive pole, the contact E20 is connected with the negative pole, the contact ring F21 is always in a joint state with the contact D19 and the contact E20, the outer cover 22 is fixedly installed on the main frame 1, and two outer cover 2201 are provided on a cylindrical surface of the outer cover 22 to facilitate installation. When water is drunk up, the piston moves downwards until the piston pushes against the top head 17, the top head 17 moves downwards, the contact ring F21 is separated from the contact D19 and the contact E20, and the two stages of the battery are disconnected.

Referring to fig. 16 and 17, further, the gear cover 31 is fixed to the left side of the main frame 1 by screws for mounting a gear pair. The gear cover is provided with two shaft holes for mounting the gear shaft, and a plurality of small screw holes are arranged on the periphery of the gear cover for mounting fixing screws. The gear cover 31 functions to support the gear pair to operate stably and to prevent the leakage of milk or powdered milk.

Referring to fig. 18, 19 and 20, the control switch box 14 is fixed to the right side of the main frame 1, and has a touch switch 1401 and a temperature controller 1402 installed therein, and a plurality of small screw holes are formed around the control switch box for installing fixing screws, and a middle wire hole 1403 is formed for installing wires.

When the automatic milk preparing and sucking assembly is carried out, (1) a gear pair is arranged at the left side of the main frame 1, and then a gear cover 31 is arranged; (2) when the drumming membrane pair is assembled, the contact piece A9 and the contact piece B10 are firstly installed in the fastener 8 and fixed, and the two contact pieces can not be contacted. And then the head of the convex head 802 passes through the central hole of the fastener 8 by plastic deformation, then the contact sheet ring C11 is sleeved and fixed in the same way, after the drumming membrane pair is assembled, the assembly is arranged in the main frame 1, and the fastener 8 is screwed until the edge of the excircle of the drumming membrane 7 is fixed tightly. And finally, the lower cover 30 is sleeved on the main frame 1, the lower cover 30 is sleeved in the threaded hole by means of plastic deformation and can be quickly taken down, and the function of the lower cover is to prevent an external force from accidentally touching the drumming membrane pair. (3) The temperature sensor 12 and the heating/refrigerating equipment 13 are arranged in the corresponding mounting hole (4), the contact D19 and the contact E20 are fixed on the main frame 1 and are connected with electric leads, then a sealing ring is arranged in a sealing groove of the top head 21, then a contact ring F21 is sleeved in the top head 17 to be fixed in an interference fit manner, a spring 18 is arranged in an inner cavity of the top head 17, then an outer cover 22 is arranged, and finally the whole is arranged in a mounting hole 1013 of the main frame; then, the water outlet hole interface 1041 is connected with a water inlet hole interface 1021 and a hose A27, the milk outlet hole interface 1031 is connected with a hose B28, the other end of the hose B28 is provided with the hose connector 32, then the hose connector 32 is used for installing the nipple 25, and after the nipple 25 is connected, the nipple 25 is installed in the installation area at the lowest part of the right side of the main frame 1; (5) the speed reducer 23 is arranged in the installation area on the right side of the main frame 1, a transmission shaft of the speed reducer penetrates through a shaft hole to be connected with a gear in a gear pair, and the shaft hole sealing measure is not detailed; (6) the air pump 24 is arranged and fixed, and an air nozzle of the air pump is connected with an air passage interface 1051 hose C29; (7) connecting all the wires, and then installing the control switch box 14 on the right side of the main frame for fixing; (8) rubber rings are installed in sealing grooves at both ends of the pipe 15, and then the valve core 16 is installed in a hole in the middle section of the pipe 15 to form an air valve, and then is installed in an installation hole 109 at the upper end of the air passage 105 to be fixed. (9) The piston 3 is arranged in the cylinder 2, then the lifting rod 4 penetrates through the piston 3 and the cylinder 2, the sealing ring is not detailed any more, after the cylinder assembly is arranged, the cylinder assembly is directly arranged in the main frame 1, the holding hand 107 of the main frame 1 can fix the cylinder assembly by means of elastic deformation, and the cylinder assembly is arranged in the main frame 1 by paying attention to the fact that the side hole of the cylinder assembly faces the pipe opening of the gas distributing valve. (10) The battery is placed in the battery compartment 106 and the battery cover 26 is attached, and the placement of the battery is conventional and will not be described in detail herein. When the milk sucker needs to be cleaned, the right barrel assembly is filled with water, milk powder in the left barrel assembly is emptied, then the air distributing valve is operated to enable the air pump 24 to only inflate the right barrel assembly, the protruding head 701 of the inflatable membrane is pressed, clean water directly enters the mixing area and then exits the nipple, cleaning operation is completed, various using methods and functions can be automatically operated as required, and the description is not repeated.

Example 2

Referring to fig. 25, 26 and 27, a square tubular milk sucking structure is shown, and the biggest difference between the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 1 is that the cartridge assembly is square and has no gear cover. Embodiment 2 has an advantage over embodiment 1 in that there is no need to provide a gear cover, and the gear can be loaded down from the receiving area on the gear cover, and the structure without the gear cover reduces the problems of installation and leakage caused by the gear cover. The square cylinder assembly is disadvantageous in that it is inferior in sealability, mounting operation of the packing, and movement of the piston.

Embodiment 1 can also be made in a gearless cover state, provided that the size of the gear pair is small enough to ensure that the gear pair can be loaded from the receiving area of the drum, which will not be described herein.
