A quick adjustment device for a pull cart core rod is shown in a combined figure 1 and comprises a core rod 10 and a tail frame 5, wherein the tail frame 5 is used for fixing the core rod 10 and can finish quick adjustment and replacement of the core rod 10.

The tail frame 5 is vertically arranged upwards, the bottom surface of the tail frame is welded on a U-shaped lathe bed 1 of the horizontal type trolley, the lathe bed 1 is fixed on the ground through a plurality of supporting columns 12, and the lathe bed 1 is connected with the supporting columns 12 in a welding mode.

A tension spring 9 is obliquely arranged between the core bar 10 and the lathe bed 1, and the tension spring 9 is used for realizing the axial positioning of the core bar 10. The core bar 10 is sleeved with a tension spring fixing sleeve 7, and the tension spring fixing sleeve 7 is fixedly connected with the core bar 10 through a plurality of fixing screws 8 which are arranged in a penetrating manner. One end of a tension spring 9 is pressed on the tension spring fixing sleeve 7 through a fixing screw 8, and the other end of the tension spring 9 is fixedly connected with a part, corresponding to a core rod 10 at the front end of the tension spring fixing sleeve 7, on the lathe bed 1. Under normal conditions, the tension spring 13 is always in a tensioned state, and under the action of the pre-tensioning force of the tension spring 13, the nut 2 can be ensured to abut against the port of the external thread pipe 3, so that the axial positioning of the core rod 10 is realized.

When the core head 11 needs to be adjusted forward for a certain distance in use, the left big nut 4 is firstly screwed out for a certain distance, then the right big nut 6 is screwed until the left big nut 4 is tightly attached to the side surface of the tailstock 5, and the adjustment of the distance of the core head 11 is finished. On the contrary, when the core print 11 needs to be adjusted backward for a certain distance, the right big nut 6 is firstly screwed backward for a certain distance, then the left big nut 4 is screwed until the right big nut 6 is tightly attached to the side surface of the tailstock 5, and the adjustment of the distance of the core print 11 is finished.

When the core bar 10 with different outer diameters needs to be replaced, the tension spring 9 is taken down from the fixing screw 8, the left big nut 4 or the right big nut 6 is unscrewed, and the whole core bar 10 together with the external thread pipe 3 is pulled out from the U-shaped groove 13 and the groove opening of the inclined groove 14. When the core bar 10 having the same outer diameter is replaced, the nut 2 at the rear end of the core bar 10 is unscrewed, and the core bar 10 is drawn out from the external threaded pipe 3, and then the core bar 10 is replaced with a suitable one.
