1. A straight pipe double-end flange welding installation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

a. auxiliary die for manufacturing welding

Designing a welding auxiliary die according to the size of the straight pipe double-end flange, wherein the welding auxiliary die comprises a base and a universal wheel support, the base is a square steel plate, and a section of bottom plate steel pipe is vertically welded in the center of the upper surface of the square steel plate; the universal wheel support comprises an inclined pipe, a universal wheel shaft and a universal wheel jacking, wherein the diameter of the inclined pipe is smaller than that of the bottom plate steel pipe and is fixedly welded with the bottom plate steel pipe, so that one end of the inclined pipe is inserted into the bottom plate steel pipe, and the other end of the inclined pipe extends out of the upper opening of the bottom plate steel pipe; the universal wheel support and the universal wheel jacking are riveted together through a universal wheel shaft made of round steel, the universal wheel jacking and a die blind plate are connected together through welding, the middle part of the universal wheel shaft is fixedly welded with a horizontal annular plate at the upper opening of a steel pipe of a bottom plate, and the die blind plate and a flange have the same diameter and the corresponding number of bolt holes;

b. mounting and fixing the flange on a die blind plate through bolts;

c. fixing a straight pipe on a flange by spot welding, and then manually rotating the straight pipe to perform full-circumference full-welding on the straight pipe;

d. and after the flange at one end is welded, removing the bolt for connecting and fixing, fixing the other flange and the straight pipe again, and performing rotary full welding on the flange at the other end.

Background

In the field of installation and construction of coking pipelines and related pipeline installation engineering, flange connection in a plurality of pipelines is very common, and the problem that how to improve the welding efficiency of a straight pipe double-end flange is always troubling construction is difficult. In traditional construction, straight tube double-end flange welding often need be in welding process in the middle of the disconnected rotation welding piece, or people rotate around a welding piece whole body and weld, and operation intensity is big, and efficiency is lower.

The known welding of straight pipe double-ended flanges therefore suffers from the inconveniences and problems described above.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a straight pipe double-end flange welding installation method which is rapid, efficient and convenient to manufacture.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical solution of the invention is as follows:

a straight pipe double-end flange welding installation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

a. auxiliary die for manufacturing welding

Designing a welding auxiliary die according to the size of the straight pipe double-end flange, wherein the welding auxiliary die comprises a base and a universal wheel support, the base is a square steel plate, and a section of bottom plate steel pipe is vertically welded in the center of the upper surface of the square steel plate; the universal wheel support comprises an inclined pipe, a universal wheel shaft and a universal wheel jacking, wherein the diameter of the inclined pipe is smaller than that of the bottom plate steel pipe and is fixedly welded with the bottom plate steel pipe, so that one end of the inclined pipe is inserted into the bottom plate steel pipe, and the other end of the inclined pipe extends out of the upper opening of the bottom plate steel pipe; the universal wheel support and the universal wheel jacking are riveted together through a universal wheel shaft made of round steel, the universal wheel jacking and a die blind plate are connected together through welding, the middle part of the universal wheel shaft is fixedly welded with a horizontal annular plate at the upper opening of a steel pipe of a bottom plate, and the die blind plate and a flange have the same diameter and the corresponding number of bolt holes;

b. mounting and fixing the flange on a die blind plate through bolts;

c. fixing a straight pipe on a flange by spot welding, and then manually rotating the straight pipe to perform full-circumference full-welding on the straight pipe;

d. and after the flange at one end is welded, removing the bolt for connecting and fixing, fixing the other flange and the straight pipe again, and performing rotary full welding on the flange at the other end.

The straight pipe double-end flange welding installation method can be further realized by adopting the following technical measures.

In the method, the inclination of the inclined pipe and the bottom plate steel pipe is more than or equal to 45 °.

In the method, the distance between the horizontal annular plate at the upper opening of the bottom plate steel pipe and the lower surface of the die blind plate is 5 mm.

After the technical scheme is adopted, the straight pipe double-end flange welding and mounting method has the following advantages:

Example 1

The invention discloses a welding installation method of a straight pipe double-end flange, which comprises the following steps:

a. auxiliary die for manufacturing welding

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a welding auxiliary mold according to an embodiment of the invention. Designing a welding auxiliary die according to the size of the straight pipe double-end flange, wherein the welding auxiliary die comprises a base and a universal wheel support, the base is a square steel plate 1, and a section of bottom plate steel pipe 2 is vertically welded in the center of the upper surface of the square steel plate; the universal wheel support comprises an inclined pipe 3, a universal wheel shaft 4 and a universal wheel jacking 5, wherein the diameter of the inclined pipe is smaller than that of the bottom plate steel pipe and is fixedly welded with the bottom plate steel pipe, so that one end of the inclined pipe is inserted into the bottom plate steel pipe, and the other end of the inclined pipe extends out of the upper opening of the bottom plate steel pipe; the universal wheel support and the universal wheel jacking are riveted together through a universal wheel shaft made of round steel, the universal wheel jacking is connected with a die blind plate 6 through welding, the middle part of the universal wheel shaft is fixedly welded with a horizontal annular plate at the upper opening of a bottom plate steel pipe, and the die blind plate and a No. 1 flange have the same diameter and the corresponding number of bolt holes; the inclination of the inclined pipe and the bottom plate steel pipe is 45 degrees. And the distance between the horizontal annular plate at the upper opening of the steel pipe of the bottom plate and the lower surface of the die blind plate is 5 mm.

b. Mounting and fixing a 1 st flange 7 on a die blind plate 6 through bolts; fig. 2 is a schematic view of a use state of the welding auxiliary mold according to the embodiment of the invention.

c. Fixing a straight pipe on the 1 st flange 7 by spot welding, and then manually rotating the straight pipe 8 to perform full-circumference full-welding on the straight pipe;

d. and after the 1 st flange 7 at one end is welded, the bolt connection is removed and fixed, the 2 nd flange 9 and the straight pipe are fixed again, and the 2 nd flange 9 at the other end is subjected to full-length welding in a rotating manner.

The straight pipe double-end flange welding installation method has the advantages that the installation and welding speed of the straight pipe double-end flange is obviously improved, the operation efficiency is higher, the labor is saved, the repeated reworking treatment is avoided, the adverse effect on the next procedure is avoided, the construction quality is higher, and the engineering quality is ensured.
