The working principle is as follows: when the invention is used, hardware needing surface film coating is placed in the inner cavity of the discharging box 27, one hardware is placed on the transmission roller 31, the bottom of the pressing roller 53 is attached to the top of the hardware, a film wound on the film roller 44 is pulled to the surface of the hardware through the material groove 60, the film passes through the pressing roller 53 and is adhered to the right side of the hardware, the motor 33 is started through an external power supply, the motor 33 drives the rotating rod 34 to rotate, the rotating rod 34 drives the adjacent chain wheels 35 to rotate, the chain wheels 35 drive the adjacent chain wheels 35 to rotate through the chains 36, the transmission between the chains 36 and the chain wheels 35 drives the transmission rollers 31 to simultaneously rotate, so as to transmit the hardware, meanwhile, the hardware can better perform film coating operation under the pressing of the pressing roller 53, the film-coated hardware moves to the top of the movable plate 11 under the transmission of the transmission rollers 31, and simultaneously drives the electric cutter 30 to cut off the film, the movable plate 11 is pressed by the bottom block 12 to move the movable plate 10 downwards under the action of the gravity of the hardware, the movable plate 10 compresses the first spring 6 through the first sliding block 8, when the movable plate 11 moves to be in contact with the stop block 9, the movable connection between the bottom block 12 and the movable plate 11 tilts, the first torsion spring 13 is compressed at the moment, the hardware on the movable plate 11 enters the material collecting box 4 through the fixed groove 57 on the right side, the first torsion spring 13 recovers at the moment, the material collecting box 4 is driven to move downwards under the weight of the hardware, the material collecting box 4 drives the cross rod 19 to move and simultaneously drives the thin rod 43 to move, the cross rod 19 drives the supporting rod 20 to move, the supporting rod 20 drives the disc 21 to rotate, the disc 21 compresses the second torsion spring 22 and simultaneously drives the movable rod 23 to move, the movable rod 23 drives the connecting rod 24 to move, the connecting rod 24 drives the push rod 25 to move, the push rod 25 drives the push block 26 to move, the hardware which is not subjected to film covering operation is pushed to the transmission roller 31 to be transmitted through the movement of the push block 26, the film covering operation is carried out, in the process, the second torsion spring 22 returns to the original position and drives the supporting rod 20 to move, meanwhile, the thin rod 43 drives the thick pipe 42 to move, the thick pipe 42 drives the pull rod 37 to move, the pull rod 37 drives the top plate 29 to move, the top plate 29 drives the top block 49 to move, the top block 49 drives the pressing roller 53 to move through the barrel body 50, the fifth spring 51 and the bottom rod 52, as the pressing roller 53 is contacted with new hardware, the pressing roller cannot move downwards, the pressing roller 53 can move towards two sides due to the movable connection of the pressing roller 53 and the top block 49, a better leveling effect is caused to the hardware through the movement of the pressing roller 53, the film covering effect is better, the number of the hardware in the inner cavity of the material collecting box 4 is increased continuously, the weight is also increased continuously, so that the height of the top plate 29 is reduced continuously, in the process, the pressing roller 53 moves towards two sides under the action of force, so that the adjacent transverse block 54 moves, the transverse block 54 drives the adjacent mounting rod 55 to move, the mounting rod 55 drives the ejector rod 48 to move, the ejector rod 48 compresses the fourth spring 47 under the action of the baffle 46, when the hardware in the inner cavity of the aggregate box 4 reaches a certain amount, the side block 38 moves to a proper position, the side block moves to the front side of the fixed box 3 through the elastic return of the third spring 39, the aggregate box 4 is conveyed out of the fixed box 3 through the movement of the side block 38, meanwhile, the third slide block 58 is separated from the third sliding groove 59, the coated hardware is taken down through a worker, in the process, the fourth spring 47 and the fifth spring 51 drive the pressing roller 53 to return to the original position through the fourth spring 47 and the fifth spring 51 which are not compressed any more, the second spring 16 drives the top plate 29 to restore the original position, the aggregate box 4 is installed in the inner cavity of the fixed box 3 again to continue working, and the film coating operation on the hardware can be realized by repeating the steps.
