When the rice polishing device is used, rice is put into the polishing box 3 through the feeding hole 31, the motor 5 is started, the motor 5 rotates to drive the second rotating shaft 62 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 32 can also rotate due to the arrangement of the driven belt wheel 34, the driving belt wheel 64 and the belt 65, the spiral disturbance plate 35 further rotates, the rice to be polished can be mixed with the polishing pills 37 to be stirred and turned over in the falling process, and the polishing is realized through the friction of the polishing pills 37 on the rice; because the polishing pellets 37 can be uniformly mixed with the rice during stirring, the polishing contact surface of the rice grains is large and uniform, the rice grains can be uniformly and efficiently polished, meanwhile, the pressure on the rice grains is small, and the generation of broken rice can be greatly reduced during the polishing process of the rice grains; the polished rice enters the separation cavity 39 through the discharge hole 38 and falls downwards along the discharge gap, and due to the arrangement of the second screen 23, broken rice and bran powder can be separated from the complete rice and discharged from the inner cylinder 21, so that the probability of influencing the rice polishing effect due to the bran powder during the subsequent rice circular polishing is reduced, meanwhile, the number of the broken rice in the finished wash-free rice is reduced, and the overall quality is improved; the separated rice enters the bottom of the spiral elevator 6 through the separating cylinder 2 and the blanking channel 13, then falls into the polishing box 3 again through the communicating pipe 61 after being lifted by the spiral auger 63, so that the circular polishing of the rice is realized, and the polishing quality is ensured; the rice is not polished when being placed in the separating cylinder 2 and the spiral elevator 6, so that the rice in the part has enough travel to realize cooling, the phenomenon of 'waist explosion' caused by overhigh temperature of the rice is avoided, and the generation of broken rice is further reduced; through the arrangement of the cold air channel 11, the first screen 12 and the air blower 14, on one hand, the bran powder and the broken rice in the blanking channel 13 can be more sufficiently separated through air blowing, the quality of the rice is ensured, on the other hand, the rice passing through the blanking channel 13 can be sufficiently cooled, the broken rice is further reduced, in addition, the flowability of the rice in the blanking channel 13 can be improved through air blowing, and the problem of rice blockage in the blanking channel 13 is avoided; through the arrangement of the through holes 36, on one hand, rice grains falling through the through holes 36 can impact rice grains falling along the spiral disturbance plate 35, so that the separation of bran powder on the surfaces of the rice grains is accelerated, and the subsequent polishing effect is improved; on the other hand, the formation of air flow in the polishing box 3 is facilitated, and the cooling effect on the rice is improved; through the arrangement of the throat 331 and the inclined holes 332, negative pressure can be generated at the throat 331 when high-speed airflow in the air passing channel 33 passes through the throat 331, so that bran powder floating on the upper part of the polishing box 3 is sucked into the air passing channel 33 through the inclined holes 332 and then is discharged and collected through the air passing channel 33, separation of the bran powder is realized, and polishing quality is improved; meanwhile, the upper part of the polishing box 3 is under negative pressure, so that the airflow in the polishing box 3 flows from bottom to top, and then impacts the rice grains flowing downwards, thereby accelerating the separation of the bran powder and the rice grains, improving the cooling of the rice grains and reducing the generation of broken rice; through the arrangement of the guide plate 333, rice grains flowing down the communicating pipe 61 can be guided to the throat 331, so that the probability that bran powder is sucked into the air passage 33 is improved, the separation effect of the bran powder is improved, and the polishing effect of rice is improved; simultaneously, because the setting of spring 334, can make deflector 333 produce the swing when the grain of rice flows down along deflector 333, and then throw the grain of rice of smuggleing secretly the bran powder, because the inertia size of bran powder and grain of rice is different, consequently has improved the separation effect of bran powder at the in-process of throwing down.
