As shown in fig. 6, a sticker feeding device includes a sticker peeling mechanism 51, a two-degree-of-freedom moving mechanism 52, a sticking mechanism 53, and a lifting cylinder 54; the lifting cylinder 54 is arranged at the moving end of the two-degree-of-freedom moving mechanism 52, the pasting mechanism 53 is arranged at the telescopic end of the lifting cylinder 54, and the pasting mechanism 53 corresponds to the discharging end of the adhesive tape stripping mechanism 51; the sticking mechanism 53 comprises a vertical plate 531, a driving cylinder 532, a moving block 533, a rotating shaft 534, a sucking block 535 and a guide post 536, wherein the driving cylinder 532 is installed at the upper end of the vertical plate 531, the moving block 533 is movably connected to the vertical plate 531 through a sliding rail, and the moving block 533 is fixed with the telescopic end of the driving cylinder 532; the rotating shaft 534 is rotatably connected to the vertical plate 531, a spiral groove 5341 is formed in the side wall of the rotating shaft 534, and the groove 5341 is spirally wound around the shaft for a half turn; the guide post 536 is transversely installed in the moving block 533, the diameter of the guide post 536 is matched with the width of the groove 5341, the guide post 536 is matched on the rotating shaft 534, the suction block 535 is installed at the lower end of the rotating shaft 534, the suction block 535 is in a strip shape, the suction block 535 is matched with the size of the sticker pair, and the lower end face of the suction block 535 is provided with a suction hole.

The adhesive tape stripping mechanism 51 comprises a side plate 511, a reel 512, a winding wheel 513, a paper pressing assembly 514, an adhesive tape stripping plate 515, a stripping cylinder 516 and a material receiving assembly 517; the winding wheels 513 are arranged in a plurality, the winding wheels 513 are hinged to the side plates 511, adhesive paper on the reel 512 passes through the paper pressing assembly 514 and then is guided by the winding wheels 513 to be wound on the adhesive peeling plate 515, the end part of the adhesive peeling plate 515 is a sharp end, the adhesive peeling plate 515 is installed at the telescopic end of the peeling cylinder 516, the peeling cylinder 516 is horizontally arranged, and the adhesive paper is finally wound on the material receiving assembly 517.

The two-degree-of-freedom moving mechanism 52 comprises a first moving module 521 and a second moving module 522, the first moving module 521 and the second moving module 522 are vertically installed, one end of the second moving module 522 is installed at the moving end of the first moving module 521, and the other end of the second moving module 522 is movably connected with the rack through a sliding rail.

When the sticker feeding device works, a single piece of sticker is peeled off by the sticker peeling mechanism 51, the two-degree-of-freedom moving mechanism 52 drives the pasting mechanism 53 to move to the position above the sticker, the pasting mechanism 53 descends to suck the sticker, the sticker is moved to a designated place, and the pasting mechanism 53 rotates the sticker ninety degrees and pastes the sticker downwards.

A sticker loading device solves the problem that the direction needs to be changed when the sticker is pasted, the rotating angle can be accurately controlled by arranging a guide post 536 to drive a rotating shaft 534 to rotate, and compared with a mode that a rotating cylinder directly rotates, the sticker loading device is more accurate and has less vibration; the suction block 535 can rotate twice by driving the cylinder 532 by one stroke, so that the rotation efficiency is improved; the adhesive tape stripping mechanism 51 automatically strips the material, so as to realize the reliable separation between the sticker and the release paper.

Robot unloader 6 includes joint arm and clamping jaw subassembly, and clamping jaw subassembly installs the lower extreme at joint arm, clamping jaw subassembly and tool appearance phase-match.

A mobile phone film pasting method sequentially comprises the following steps:

s1 loading of membrane paper: the membrane paper feeding device 2 separates the membrane paper, and the membrane paper sucking and conveying device 3 sucks the membrane paper for feeding;

s2 film paper coating: the film paper absorbing and conveying device 3 is used for rolling and pasting the film paper on the mobile phone screen and folding the convex edge of the film paper;

s3 pasting adhesive tape: the jig moving device 4 turns over the mobile phone, and the sticker feeding device 5 sticks the sticker on the mobile phone;

and (S4) blanking of products: the robot blanking device 6 clamps the mobile phone for blanking.
