Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle charging device based on voice interaction according to an embodiment of the present invention. The device shown in fig. 3 is applied to a scenario that a vehicle needs to be billed, wherein the vehicle billing device based on voice interaction includes an intelligent vehicle management system or a vehicle field management device or a vehicle management platform or a vehicle management server. The application scenario comprises an expressway entrance/exit scenario or a vehicle parking scenario and the like, wherein services provided in the vehicle parking scenario comprise one or more combinations of vehicle parking services, refueling services, charging services, beauty services and maintenance services. Furthermore, the intelligent vehicle management system may include a vehicle field management device, a vehicle management platform, a vehicle management server, and a voice dialog device, it should be noted that the voice dialog device may be an independent device, and when the vehicle charging apparatus based on voice interaction is the vehicle field management device, the voice dialog device may also be a component on the vehicle charging apparatus based on voice interaction, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the voice interaction-based vehicle billing apparatus may include:

the detection module 301 is used for detecting a fee inquiry request triggered by a target vehicle and input by a user through voice;

It can be seen that, when a voice-interaction-based vehicle charging apparatus described in fig. 3 is implemented, when a fee query request triggered by a user for a target vehicle and input by voice is detected, first target information of the target vehicle including a fee to be paid is determined, a voice prompt message is then output to prompt a person corresponding to the target vehicle to perform a payment confirmation operation on the fee to be paid, after voice feedback information of the payment confirmation of the person corresponding to the target vehicle is received, voice print recognition is performed on voice information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle, account information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle is obtained, identity authentication picture information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle is further obtained, identity authentication is performed on the identity authentication picture information, and when the identity authentication is successful, a fee deduction operation is performed on the fee information to be paid by the obtained account information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle, the method and the device can ensure that the correct account is subjected to charge deduction operation, and reduce the vehicle charging time, thereby improving the vehicle passing efficiency.

In another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:

the recognition module 305 is configured to perform voiceprint recognition on the person corresponding to the target vehicle to obtain voiceprint feature information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle before the control module 304 performs a fee deduction operation on the target vehicle according to the first voice feedback information and the fee information that the target vehicle needs to pay;

the determining module 302 is further configured to determine second target information of a person corresponding to the target vehicle according to the voiceprint feature information, where the second target information includes account information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle;

In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:

the obtaining module 306 is configured to obtain first identity authentication picture information of a person corresponding to the target vehicle before the control module 304 performs a fee deduction operation on the target vehicle through account information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle according to the first voice feedback information and the fee information that the target vehicle needs to pay;

a first verification module 307, configured to perform identity verification on the acquired first identity authentication picture information;

when the identity verification of the first identity authentication picture information is successful, the control module 304 is triggered to execute a fee deduction operation on the target vehicle through account information of a person corresponding to the target vehicle according to the first voice feedback information and the fee information required to be paid by the target vehicle.

It can be seen that, with the vehicle charging apparatus based on voice interaction described in fig. 4, when a fee query request triggered by a user and directed to a target vehicle is detected, first target information of the target vehicle, which includes a fee to be paid, is determined, then voice prompt information is output to prompt a person corresponding to the target vehicle to perform a payment confirmation operation on the fee to be paid, after voice feedback information of the payment confirmation of the person corresponding to the target vehicle is received, voice print recognition is performed on voice information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle, so as to obtain account information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle, identity authentication picture information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle is further obtained, identity authentication is performed on the identity authentication picture information, and when the identity authentication is successful, a fee deduction operation is performed on the fee information to be paid by the obtained account information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle, the method can further ensure that the correct account is subjected to fee deduction operation, and meanwhile, the time for charging the vehicle is reduced, so that the passing efficiency of the vehicle is improved.

In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:

a calculating module 308, configured to calculate a ambiguity of the first authentication picture information when the first verification module 307 fails to verify the identity of the first authentication picture information;

the judging module 309 is configured to judge whether the ambiguity of the first identity authentication picture information is greater than or equal to the determined picture ambiguity threshold;

the obtaining module 306 is further configured to obtain second identity authentication picture information of a person corresponding to the target vehicle when the determining module 309 determines that the ambiguity of the first identity authentication picture information is greater than or equal to the picture ambiguity threshold, where the second identity authentication picture information is identity authentication picture information obtained again by the person corresponding to the target vehicle;

the second verification module 310 is configured to perform identity verification on the acquired second identity authentication picture information;

when the identity verification of the second identity authentication picture information is successful, the control module 304 is triggered to execute a fee deduction operation for the target vehicle through account information of a person corresponding to the target vehicle according to the first voice feedback information and the fee information required to be paid by the target vehicle.

It can be seen that, with the vehicle charging apparatus based on voice interaction described in fig. 4, when the identity verification of the first identity authentication picture information is unsuccessful, the ambiguity of the first identity authentication picture information is calculated, whether the ambiguity of the first identity authentication picture information is greater than the ambiguity threshold is determined, when the ambiguity is greater than or equal to the ambiguity threshold, the second identity authentication picture information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle is obtained, and then the identity verification is performed through the second identity authentication picture information obtained again, so that the identity verification can be performed by obtaining the second identity authentication picture information again under the condition that the first identity authentication picture information is ambiguous, and automatic fee deduction operation is performed after the identity verification is successful, thereby improving the reliability of the identity verification.

In yet another optional embodiment, the voice dialog module 303 is further configured to, before the obtaining module 306 obtains third authentication picture information of a person corresponding to the target vehicle, output second voice prompt information, where the third authentication picture information is the first authentication picture information or the second authentication picture information, and the second voice prompt information is used to prompt the person corresponding to the target vehicle to obtain the third authentication picture information within a predetermined time period;

the manner of acquiring the third identity authentication picture information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle by the acquiring module 306 specifically is as follows:

and acquiring third identity authentication picture information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle in a preset time period.

Therefore, in the optional embodiment, before the first identity authentication picture information or the second identity authentication picture information is acquired, the second voice prompt information is output to prompt the person corresponding to the target vehicle to acquire the identity authentication picture information within a preset time period, and the success rate of acquiring the identity authentication picture information can be improved through the voice prompt information, so that the identity authentication operation can be smoothly performed.

In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the first authentication picture information is a face authentication picture information;

first validation module 307 comprises a truncate sub-module 3071, an extract sub-module 3072, and a validation sub-module 3072, wherein:

the intercepting submodule 3071 is used for intercepting an eye region picture of the face authentication picture information;

an extraction submodule 3072, configured to extract a frame picture of the eye region picture;

the verification submodule 3072 is configured to perform identity verification through the frame.

It can be seen that, by implementing the vehicle billing device based on voice interaction described in fig. 4, the frame picture of the eye region picture is extracted by capturing the eye region picture in the face authentication picture information, and the identity authentication is performed through the frame picture, so that the reliability of the identity authentication can be improved, and the identity authentication operation can be smoothly performed.

In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the account information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle includes digital currency account information;

the obtaining module 306 is further configured to obtain third target information of the digital currency account information when the third verifying module successfully verifies the identity of the third identity authentication picture information, where the third target information includes key information of the digital currency account, and the third verifying module is the first verifying module 307 or the second verifying module 310;

the method for the control module 304 to perform the fee deduction operation on the target vehicle through the account information of the person corresponding to the target vehicle according to the first voice feedback information and the fee information that the target vehicle needs to pay is specifically as follows:

the processor 502 invokes executable program code stored in the memory 501 for performing the steps of the voice interaction based vehicle billing method described in embodiment one or embodiment two.
