The guide optical cable is used as a connecting part of the OPGW or ADSS optical cable line side and a transformer substation communication machine room, and bears the transmission of important information such as a dispatching data network and relay protection. The position of a guide cable sleeve of a framework in a transformer substation is a common fault point, mainly because a unified, effective and standard protective pipe waterproof plugging measure and a process mode do not exist at present. At present, national grid company adopts the clay to carry out the shutoff mostly, after operating in the open air several years, stifled mud often can the crack after air-drying, drenching, insolateing, drops, causes the great hidden danger of operation of guide optical cable, in order completely cut off effectively and avoid rainwater, moisture, salt fog, dust, debris and rodent etc. to get into the guide optical cable and protect the pipe, cause the guide optical cable trouble to lead to the unable normal conveying of power communication service, must consider reasonable shutoff method and measure.

Thus, when the optical cable is guided into the machine room, it is connected to the machine room through the guide tube in an L-shaped underground installation manner. One part of the guide pipe is buried in an underground backfill ditch, and the overground part of the guide pipe is arranged on a transformer substation framework column. At present, a guide pipe mainly adopts a steel pipe, but the guide pipe has the problems of large-area corrosion, rusting and the like along with the influence of severe environments such as external rainwater, moisture, salt mist, acid rain and the like, and has huge potential safety hazard on the protection of an optical cable. At present, the method of repairing the old steel pipe is mainly adopted to avoid the risks; however, if these problems are to be solved fundamentally, the steel guide pipe must be replaced.

However, the difficulty of replacing the steel guide tube is very great, and the main reason is that the optical cable needs to be taken out from the rusted old steel tube and then put into the new tube, which usually needs to interrupt the service of the optical cable.

Wherein, cutting the steel tube to take out the optical cable is a major difficulty. Because some pipe diameters in the steel pipe are only 30mm, and the diameter of the optical cable is about 15mm, the optical cable is easily cut to cause optical cable damage during grooving, and the optical cable communication service is interrupted. Therefore, it is very important to develop a method for cutting open the steel tube to replace the guide tube without interrupting the optical cable communication service.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides an apparatus for modifying an optical cable guide tube and an optical cable guide tube modifying method, which do not require to disconnect the optical cable pause service during the modifying operation, and have the advantages of low modifying difficulty and low cost.

The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

the device comprises a cutting machine and a tube body, wherein the tube body penetrates through the interior of the tube body and guides an optical cable, one end of the cutting machine is provided with a blade, the device also comprises a substrate, a guide part and a positioning part, one side of the substrate is abutted against the outer wall of the tube body, the substrate can move along the extension direction of the tube body or rotate around the tube body, a window is formed in the substrate, and the window is communicated with the two sides of the substrate; the guide part is arranged on the end face of the base plate abutting against the tube body side, abuts against the outer wall of the tube body and can move synchronously with the base plate, and can selectively move relative to the base plate and adjust the distance between the part of the guide part abutting against the outer wall of the tube body and the window; the positioning portion is arranged on the end face of the base plate far away from the tube body side, the cutting machine is arranged on the positioning portion, the blade penetrates through the window and cuts the tube body, and the positioning portion can selectively move relative to the base plate and adjust the area of the blade, which penetrates through the window and is located on the base plate and abuts against the steel tube side.

On the basis of the above technical means, preferably, the blade cuts the tube body along the tube body extending direction, the guide portion moves relative to the substrate along a direction perpendicular to the tube body extending direction, and the positioning portion moves relative to the substrate along a direction perpendicular to the substrate end face.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for modifying an optical cable guide tube, which modifies the optical cable guide tube by using the device for modifying an optical cable guide tube, and comprises the following steps,

firstly, excavating earthwork, and excavating the part of the steel pipe body to be replaced, which is laid underground;

removing end plugs at two ends of the tube body, and determining the cutting position and the cutting depth of a blade of the device for reconstructing the optical cable guide tube according to the tube diameter of the tube body;

moving the cutting machine, cutting a first cutting groove on the tube body by using a blade along the extension direction of the tube body, rotating the tube body, cutting a second cutting groove on the tube body by using the blade along the direction parallel to the first cutting groove, forming a space between the first cutting groove and the second cutting groove, pulling out the optical cable from the space, and taking down the steel tube body;

and fourthly, penetrating the optical cable into a new replacement pipe, arranging end plugs at two ends of the replacement pipe, and burying the part for underground laying in the replacement pipe by using earthwork.

On the basis of the technical scheme, preferably, in the second step, the cutting position of the blade for cutting the pipe body is determined by adjusting the distance between the part of the guide part, which abuts against the outer wall of the pipe body, and the window; the cutting depth of the blade for cutting the tube body is determined by adjusting the area of the blade which penetrates through the window and is positioned on the side of the base plate abutting against the tube body.

On the basis of the technical scheme, preferably, in the third step, the cutting-resistant cable tube further comprises a protective tube for preventing cutting, before the tube body is cut, the protective tube is firstly sleeved outside the optical cable in the tube body of the section to be cut, and the protective tube and the inner wall of the tube body are arranged at intervals.

On the basis of the above technical solution, preferably, in step three, the width of the space between the first cutting groove and the second cutting groove is greater than the diameter of the optical cable.

On the basis of the above technical solution, preferably, in step four, the replacement pipe includes a plurality of pipe units connected end to end in sequence.

Further preferably, the pipe unit comprises a first half pipe and a second half pipe, and the edges of the first half pipe and the second half pipe along the extending direction are buckled with each other and enclose the pipe unit.

Preferably, in the fourth step, when the replacement tube is installed, the outer surface of the guiding optical cable is cleaned, the guiding optical cable is arranged in the first half tube, the second half tube is fastened on the first half tube, so that the guiding optical cable is inserted into the tube units, the tube units are sequentially connected end to form the replacement tube, the adjacent tube units are fastened and fixed through the stainless steel hose clamp, and the sealing glue is coated at each connecting gap for sealing.

Still further preferably, in the fourth step, when the replacement pipe is installed, the pipe units are arranged in the order from the portion of the replacement pipe laid underground to the portion of the replacement pipe laid above ground.

Compared with the prior art, the device for modifying the optical cable guide tube and the method for modifying the optical cable guide tube have the following beneficial effects that:

(1) the transformation method can cut the steel pipe and take out the optical cable efficiently under the condition of not damaging the optical cable, thereby realizing the purposes of not interrupting the optical cable service and transforming the optical cable guide pipe.

(2) The transformation device can adjust the cutting position and the cutting depth according to the pipe diameter of the steel pipe, thereby avoiding the damage of the optical cable caused by cutting the steel pipe, and being suitable for the transformation of guide pipes with various sizes.

(3) The replacement pipe adopted in the transformation method is formed by connecting a plurality of pipe units end to end, is convenient to replace when one pipe unit is damaged, and can be assembled in different quantities according to the field requirement of the guide pipe, so that the length of the underground part or the overground part is changed, and the underground part and the overground part which are connected can be turned.

(4) The replacing pipe adopted in the transformation method adopts a structure that the two half pipes are buckled, and the replacing pipe is sleeved outside the optical cable under the condition of not disconnecting the optical cable, and meanwhile, the two half pipes with different thicknesses can be adopted to be matched according to the diameter of the optical cable.

Step one, because the pipe body 2 is a steel pipe in the traditional mode and is connected to a machine room in an L-shaped underground laying mode, the underground part of the pipe body 2 is arranged in a backfill trench and is filled with earth, and the overground part is arranged on a framework column of a transformer substation; therefore, when the steel pipe is modified, the earthwork needs to be excavated first, so that the part of the steel pipe body 2 to be replaced, which is laid underground, is exposed.

Step two, in order to achieve the purposes of preventing water, dust, organisms and the like, the pipe body 2 is provided with end part plugging mechanisms such as a half sealing device and the like at two ends of the pipe body 2; therefore, before the modification, it is necessary to remove the end plugs at the two ends of the tube body 2, and determine the cutting position and the cutting depth of the blade 11 of the device for modifying the optical cable guide tube according to the tube diameter of the tube body 2.

Specifically, the cutting position of the blade 11 for cutting the pipe body 2 is determined by adjusting the distance between the part of the guide part 4, which is abutted against the outer wall of the pipe body 2, and the window 301; the cutting depth of the blade 11 cutting the tube body 2 is determined by adjusting the size of the area of the blade 11 passing through the window 301 and located on the side of the substrate 3 abutting against the tube body 2.

Wherein the first cut groove 201 and the second cut groove 202 are preferably spaced apart by a width greater than the diameter of the cable so that the cable can be removed.

And fourthly, penetrating the optical cable into a new replacement pipe 6, arranging end plugs at two ends of the replacement pipe 6 so as to finish the replacement of the pipe body 2, and then filling the part for underground laying in the replacement pipe 6 with earth, namely finishing the reconstruction of the guide pipe.

On the basis, the guide tube is modified in the fourth step, and when the replacement tube 6 is arranged on the optical cable, as shown in fig. 1, with reference to fig. 4, the outer surface of the guide optical cable is cleaned, then the guide optical cable is arranged in the first half tube 611, and the second half tube 612 is fastened on the first half tube 611, so that the guide optical cable is inserted into the tube unit 61, then the tube units 61 are sequentially connected end to form the replacement tube 6, the adjacent tube units 61 are tightly clamped and fixed by the stainless steel hose clamp, and the connection gaps are sealed by coating sealant.

Further, since the guide pipe includes an above-ground laying portion and an below-ground laying portion, in order to fit the size of the backfill trench, it is preferable that in step four, when installing the replacement pipe 6, the pipe units 61 are arranged in order from the portion where the replacement pipe 6 is located below-ground laying to the portion where the replacement pipe 6 is located above-ground laying.
