At present, with the development of the processing industry and the industrial internet of things, the industrial processing field is gradually standardized. Pipelines, as industrial base materials, the deburring of pipe cuts is becoming increasingly important; the requirements on the processing precision and the notch integrity of the pipeline are also continuously improved. Meanwhile, in order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost, the requirement of automatic burr cleaning of the pipeline with high intelligence is also continuously increased.

The pipeline burr cleaning machine in the current market has certain defects when in use; for example, when a pipeline deburring machine cleans burrs at a cut of a pipeline, the pipeline deburring machine needs to position the pipeline and then perform deburring because a pipeline deburring cutter head is difficult to move according to the motion of the pipeline; and, pipeline burr descaling machine can cause the slight skew of pipeline when the burr of clearance pipeline incision department, and the pipeline after the burr clearance probably can not reach the industrial requirement.

Therefore, in the prior art, when the burrs at the cut part of the pipeline are cleaned, the pipeline cannot be precisely positioned by the limiter, the pipeline cannot be cleaned in a standardized manner by the burr cleaning tool bit, the pipeline cleaning efficiency is low, the quality of the finished pipeline product is not easy to control, and the like; therefore, a more reasonable technical scheme needs to be provided to solve the problems in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a pipeline concentric limiter and pipeline cleaning equipment, which are used for solving the technical problems that in the prior art, when burrs at a pipeline cut part are cleaned, the pipeline cannot be precisely positioned by the limiter, a burr cleaning tool bit cannot clean the pipeline in a standardized manner, the pipeline cleaning efficiency is low, and the quality of a finished pipeline product is not easy to control.
