Background

At present, in the field of new energy automobile high-voltage connectors, a sheet type contact element becomes a development trend of future contact elements due to the advantages of strong current carrying capacity, high processing efficiency and the like. The existing fixing modes of the contact element comprise forced installation, insulator positioning, embedded block fixing and the like. The fixing modes have large assembling force or are difficult to assemble, difficult to disassemble and low in assembling efficiency; or the contact has insufficient holding force and is easy to loosen, thereby causing safety accidents.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a fixing component and a fixing method of a sheet type contact element.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a fixing component of a sheet type contact element is used for realizing the fixation of the sheet type contact element on a connector insulator, and the surface of the sheet type contact element is provided with a positioning part; the insulator is provided with a slot for mounting the sheet contact element and a fixing area for mounting and positioning the elastic sheet; the positioning elastic sheet is provided with a clamping structure and a taking and unloading elastic claw, the positioning elastic sheet is installed in the fixed area, the clamping structure is obliquely arranged towards the slot of the insulator and is used for being clamped into a positioning part on the sheet type contact element to lock the sheet type contact element, the taking and unloading elastic claw is obliquely arranged in the direction back away from the slot, and the taking and unloading elastic claw is pried to drive the positioning part of the clamping structure separated from the sheet type contact element so as to take out the sheet type contact element.

The positioning elastic sheet is of a symmetrical structure, the clamping structure is located in the middle of one end of the positioning elastic sheet, the number of the taking and unloading elastic claws is two, the two fixing elastic claws are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the clamping structure, two fixing elastic claws are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the middle of the other end of the positioning elastic sheet, and the fixing elastic claws have the same inclination direction as the taking and unloading elastic claws.

A fixing method of a sheet type contact element adopts the fixing component of the sheet type contact element, firstly, a positioning elastic sheet is inserted from top to bottom along a guide groove of an insulator fixing area, so that a stop surface of the positioning elastic sheet is propped against a positioning surface of the fixing area; then, inserting the sheet type contact element from bottom to top along the slot on the insulator, wherein in the inserting process, the sheet type contact element extrudes and positions the clamping structure of the elastic sheet, and when the positioning part of the sheet type contact element corresponds to the clamping structure, the clamping structure is reset and clamped into the positioning part to lock the sheet type contact element, so that the installation of the sheet type contact element is completed; when the sheet type contact element needs to be taken out, the guide groove pries the taking and unloading spring claw on the positioning elastic sheet, so that the clamping structure is separated from the positioning part of the sheet type contact element, the locking of the sheet type contact element is released, and finally the sheet type contact element is taken out from the opening part of the slot.

The technical principle and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the positioning elastic sheet is fixed in the positioning groove of the insulator by virtue of the elastic force of the self-fixing elastic claw, the positioning elastic sheet is axially positioned by the positioning surface, the clamping structure on the positioning elastic sheet can extend into the positioning part of the sheet type contact element, the mounting directions of the sheet type contact piece and the positioning elastic sheet are opposite, so that the clamping structure can lock the sheet type contact element and prevent the sheet type contact element from slipping from a slot opening, and the anti-touch finger beam at the tail end of the slot can perform axial auxiliary limiting on the sheet type contact element while playing the anti-touch finger role, so as to prevent the sheet type contact element from falling from the tail end of the slot. The installation of location shell fragment and piece formula contact member is plug-in type installation, and is convenient laborsaving, and when getting and unloading the piece formula contact member, only need with the help of the instrument sled to move the shell fragment of getting and unloading on the location shell fragment, make joint structure and location portion separation, can follow the oral area of slot and extract the piece formula contact member, consequently no matter be the installation or get and unload the piece formula contact member all very laborsaving. In addition, the clamping structure is obliquely arranged towards the direction of the slot, and can be clamped into the positioning part of the sheet type contact element, the clamping structure is pressed on the sheet type contact element by virtue of elastic force, and the sheet type contact element is pressed by virtue of the elastic force, so that the safety is further improved.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples, but the invention is not limited thereto.

Referring to the attached drawings, the fixing assembly of the sheet type contact element comprises a sheet type contact element 1, a positioning elastic sheet 2 and an insulator 3, the sheet type contact element 1 is fixed through the matching assembly of the sheet type contact element 1, and the sheet type contact element 1 is more labor-saving to mount, dismount and mount by means of elasticity.

The structure of the sheet type contact element 1 is as shown in fig. 3, the sheet type contact element 1 has two parallel plate surfaces which are not in the same plane, a connecting section is arranged between the two plate surfaces, one of the plate surfaces is a front end plate surface, the other plate surface is a rear end plate surface, a positioning hole 11 is arranged on the front end plate surface, and the contact element is a sheet type, so that the whole contact element has certain elasticity.

The structure of the positioning elastic sheet 2 is as shown in fig. 4, the positioning elastic sheet 2 is integrally of an axisymmetric structure and comprises an elastic sheet main body, the elastic sheet main body can be divided into two parts, the upper plate surface of the elastic sheet main body is tilted relative to the lower plate surface, a clamping structure 21 with a larger tilting angle is arranged in the middle position of the upper part close to the upper end, a taking and discharging claw 22 is respectively arranged at two sides of the clamping structure 21, the taking and discharging claw 22 tilts downwards, so that a V-shaped structure is formed with the clamping structure 21, and the upper plate surface of the elastic sheet main body is Y-shaped; the middle position of the lower plate surface is raised, two sides of the lower plate surface extend forwards and incline downwards to form a fixed elastic claw 23, the lower edge of the lower plate surface is a stopping surface 24, and the stopping surface 24 is propped against the positioning surface 311 to axially position the positioning elastic piece 2.

The following describes a method for fixing the sheet-type contact with respect to the structure of the above fixing member, and the above structure can be further clarified.

A fixing method of a sheet type contact element comprises the following steps that firstly, a positioning elastic sheet 2 is inserted downwards from the opening part of a guide groove 313 at the upper end of an insulator 3 along the guide groove 313 from top to bottom in a state that a fixing elastic claw 23 is arranged below and a taking and unloading elastic claw 22 is arranged above until a stop surface 24 of the positioning elastic sheet 2 abuts against a positioning surface 311 of a fixing area 34, at the moment, a convex rib of the fixing area 31 abuts against the middle protruding part at the lower part of the positioning elastic sheet 2, positioning grooves 312 at two sides of the fixing area 31 tightly press the fixing elastic claws 23 at two sides of the lower part of the positioning elastic sheet 2, and the fixing of the positioning elastic sheet 2 is realized; secondly, inserting the sheet type contact element 1 into a slot from a slot opening part at the lower end of the insulator 3 from bottom to top until the front edge 12 of the contact element at the upper end of the sheet type contact element 1 abuts against the anti-touch finger beam 32 at the upper end of the insulator 3, in the process of inserting the sheet type contact element 1, extruding the upper part of the positioning elastic sheet 2 by the plate surface above the positioning hole 11 through the clamping structure 21, when the positioning hole 11 reaches the position corresponding to the clamping structure 21, losing the extrusion force of the sheet type contact element 1 by the extruded clamping structure 21, resetting under the elastic action, clamping the reset clamping structure 21 into the positioning hole 11 to lock the sheet type contact element 1, preventing the sheet type contact element 1 from falling downwards, and finishing the installation of the sheet type contact element 1; when the sheet type contact element 1 needs to be taken out, a tool is used for prying the taking and releasing claw 22 on the positioning elastic sheet 2 through the guide groove 313, so that the clamping structure 21 is separated from the positioning hole 11 of the sheet type contact element 1, the locking of the sheet type contact element 1 is released, and finally the sheet type contact element 1 is taken out from the opening part of the slot.

In the above embodiment, the sheet-type contact 1 is provided with the positioning hole 11, and the positioning hole 11 is a through hole, and the sheet-type contact 1 is locked by the positioning hole 11 and the positioning elastic sheet 2. Alternatively, the sheet-type contact element 1 may further be provided with a positioning groove, the depth of the positioning groove is smaller than the thickness of the sheet-type contact element 1, and the sheet-type contact element 1 may also be locked by the cooperation of the positioning elastic sheet 2 and the positioning groove.
