1. A sheath stripping device, comprising:

the sheath twisting machine comprises a sheath twisting machine, a stripping sliding table, a fixing device and a fixing device, wherein the stripping sliding table is arranged on a sliding rail of the sheath twisting machine and can slide along the sliding rail;

Background

When the existing sheath winding machine winds the sheath on the rubber hose assembly, the rubber hose assembly is in a rotating state, and the sheath is not effectively stroked by a stroking device in the winding process, so that the sheath is stirred into a messy mass in the winding process, and the winding effect is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a sheath stroking device which is used for solving the problems in the prior art.

To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a sheath stroking device, comprising:

the sheath twisting machine comprises a sheath twisting machine, a stripping sliding table, a fixing device and a fixing device, wherein the stripping sliding table is arranged on a sliding rail of the sheath twisting machine and can slide along the sliding rail;

the portal frame is arranged on the smooth-poking sliding table and spans the gap between the sliding rails;

the adjusting seat is arranged on the portal frame, and a yielding space is arranged in the adjusting seat;

the horizontal concession block is arranged in the concession space;

the deflector rod mounting block is fixed on the horizontal yielding block;

one end of the shifting rod is inserted into the shifting rod mounting block, and the other end of the shifting rod stretches across the gap between the sliding rails and extends to one side of the portal frame, which is far away from the horizontal yielding block; the deflector rod is used for winding the sheath;

and one end of the extension spring is fixed on the shifting rod mounting block, the other end of the extension spring is connected with one end of the shifting rod inserted into the shifting rod mounting block, and the extension spring has a preset tension force so that the shifting rod automatically retreats along the pulling direction of the sheath to the shifting sliding table when the sheath with the set length is wound and the shifting sliding table returns to the initial position, and the shifting rod automatically resets after the shifting rod completely retreats from the sheath.

Optionally, the length of the dial rod is greater than the width of the gantry.

Optionally, the length of the horizontal yielding block is smaller than the length of the yielding space, and the width of the horizontal yielding block is smaller than the width of the yielding space.

As described above, the sheath stroking device of the present invention has the following advantageous effects:

the sheath poking device can be used for a sheath winding machine, can poke a sheath in the process of sheath winding of the rubber hose assembly, can freely adapt to the condition that the sheath is twisted into a messy group in the process of rotation of the rubber hose assembly and the process of winding of the sheath, and avoids the stirring of the sheath into the messy group, thereby ensuring the effect of sheath winding.

Different from the exiting of a traditional sheath winding machine which needs to be stopped and manually participates in the shifting rod, the sheath poking device in the automatic sheath poking device can automatically return to the initial position after the sheath 3 is wound according to the set length, the shifting rod 16 can be skillfully and automatically exited along the pulling direction of the shifting rod when the shifting rod 16 is exited through the extension spring 17 at the bottom of the sheath poking device 1, and the shifting rod 16 can be automatically reset through the tension of the extension spring 17 after the shifting rod is completely exited from the sheath 3. In addition, the function of the extension spring 17 also enables the shift lever 16 to automatically adapt to the state of the sheath 3 to a certain extent, so that the sheath 3 is not damaged by pulling the sheath 3 hard when the sheath 3 is wound.

Specifically, the length of the shift lever 16 may be greater than the width of the gantry 12. Of course, in other examples, the length of the shift lever 16 may be equal to or slightly less than the width of the gantry 12.

Aiming at rubber tubes with different pipe diameters, the driving lever 16 is adapted by adjusting the upper position and the lower position of the driving lever 16 on the upright post, so that the driving lever 16 can be wound with the rubber tube in a state as smooth as possible with the sheath.
