(4) and compounding a second release layer on the outer side of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

2. The double-sided tape production process according to claim 1, characterized in that the production process comprises the steps of:

(1) preparing a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of the substrate layer,

(2) a first release layer is compounded on the outer side of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer,

(3) preparing a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the other side of the substrate layer,

(4) compounding a second release layer on the outer side of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to obtain the double-sided adhesive tape,

(5) curing the double-sided adhesive tape obtained in the step (4);

the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are cured in a curing process.

The double-sided tape production process according to claim 1, wherein the double-sided tape comprises a substrate layer, a foaming layer, a polyurethane layer, a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a first release layer, a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a third release layer, wherein the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is positioned on one side of the substrate layer, the foaming layer is positioned on the other side of the substrate layer, the polyurethane layer is arranged on the outer side of the foaming layer, and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is arranged on the outer side of the polyurethane layer; the first release layer is positioned on the outer side of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the third release layer is positioned on the outer side of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; the production process comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the side of the substrate layer opposite to the polyurethane layer,

(2) a first release layer is compounded on the outer side of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer,

(3) a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer is prepared on one side of the second release layer,

(4) the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the polyurethane layer are compounded together,

(5) the second release layer is peeled off, and the second release layer,

(6) and a third release layer is compounded on the outer side of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

4. The double-sided tape production process according to claim 3, characterized by comprising the steps of:

(1) preparing a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the side of the substrate layer opposite to the polyurethane layer,

(2) a first release layer is compounded on the outer side of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer,

(3) a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer is prepared on one side of the second release layer,

(4) the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the polyurethane layer are compounded together,

(5) the second release layer is peeled off, and the second release layer,

(6) compounding a third release layer on the outer side of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to obtain the double-sided adhesive tape,

(7) curing the double-sided adhesive tape obtained in the step (6);

the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are cured in a curing process.

The double-sided tape production process according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein in the production process, the composite temperature range of the first release layer compounded on the outer side of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 5 to 15 ℃, the composite pressure range is 0.05 to 0.5mpa, the composite temperature range of the second release layer compounded on the outer side of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 5 to 15 ℃, and the composite pressure range is 0.05 to 0.5 mpa.

6. The double-sided tape production process according to claim 3 or 4, wherein in the production process, the compounding temperature range of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the polyurethane layer is 30-80 ℃, and the compounding pressure range is 0.3-0.5 mpa.

Production equipment of a double-sided tape is characterized by comprising a first unreeling device, a first coating device, a first oven, a second unreeling device, a first compounding device, a second coating device, a second oven, a third unreeling device, a second compounding device, a reeling device and a curing device; unwinding the substrate layer by a first unwinding device, coating the substrate layer with the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid by a first coating device, and forming a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer by a first oven; the first release layer is unreeled by the second unreeling device, and the first release layer and the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer are compounded together at the first compounding device; then, coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid on the other side of the base material layer through a second coating device, and forming a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer through a second oven; the second release layer is unreeled by a third unreeling device, and the second release layer and the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer are compounded together at a second compounding device to obtain a double-sided adhesive tape; the double-sided adhesive tape is cured in a curing device.

Background

The prior television edge sealing adhesive tape relates to the following patents: patent No. 201710807531.5 (publication No. 107502216a, published: 2017, 12, month, 22), an easy-to-rework foam double-layer adhesive tape for television set assembly; patent No. 201821069228 (publication No. 208636617U, published: 2019, 03, 22), a liquid crystal module structure without a frame; patent No. 201610519025.1 (publication No. 106047234A, published: 2016, 10, 26), adhesive, foam tape specially used for ultra-narrow frame LCD TV, and its preparation method; patent No. 201821069228.6 (publication No. 208636617U, published: 2019, 03, 22), a liquid crystal module structure without a frame; patent No. 201821456686.5 (publication No. 208607460U, publication No. 2019, 03, 15), structure of borderless liquid crystal television module, all the disclosures of the above related television edge sealing tapes are product structures, the process is only carried over by simple characters, no detailed description and explanation are provided, and meanwhile, the description relates to a two-step method, namely, after one surface is coated, the other surface is re-unreeled and coated to finally obtain a finished product.

Patent No. 201911191448.5 (publication No. 110694851a, published: 2020, 01/17/10), a double-side coating mechanism of a coater, which applies both sides of a substrate with round rolls at the same position by a method similar to curtain coating, is directed to thin coating, and the process tension is not easy to control, and cannot be used for high-end coated products; patent No. 201911089731.7 (publication No. 110724466A, publication No. 2020: 01/24/2020), a process for preparing a double-sided adhesive tape of tissue paper, mainly introduces a structure, and has no excessive description on the process because the production process is only carried by one stroke; patent No. 201911054265.9 (publication No. 110665784A, publication No. 2020, 01/10) relates to a double-sided coating process and equipment for metal coils, and relates to a printing process.

The existing double-sided adhesive tape is prepared by a two-step process, needs to be reeled and then reeled again, has high production cost, needs to be cured twice, and wastes energy.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a double-sided tape production process and production equipment thereof, aiming at solving the problems that the existing double-sided tape is prepared by adopting a two-step process, and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer needs to be prepared by re-unreeling after a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed and reeled. In the double-sided tape production process, the substrate layer is rolled after being unreeled once to form the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not required to be unreeled again after being rolled after the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed, and only one-time curing is required. According to the production equipment provided by the invention, the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is prepared by unreeling again after the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not required to be formed and is obtained after one-time rolling.

The invention provides a double-sided adhesive tape process, which comprises coating equipment, a base material trend route and a television edge sealing adhesive tape production process based on the coating equipment and the base material trend route. Mainly aims at improving the two-step method adopted by double-sided adhesive tapes in the market, improving the conventional process and completing the production of the double-sided adhesive tapes by a one-step coating method.

The double-sided tape refers to a tape in which both sides of a substrate are provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The double-sided adhesive tape with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side and the foam layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the other side is also called foam adhesive tape.

The double-sided adhesive tape for edge sealing of televisions is called a television edge sealing tape.

The invention provides a production process of a double-sided tape, wherein the double-sided tape comprises a substrate layer, a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a first release layer, a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a second release layer, wherein the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is positioned on one side of the substrate layer, and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is positioned on the other side of the substrate layer; the first release layer is located the outside of first pressure sensitive adhesive layer, the second release layer is located the outside of second pressure sensitive adhesive layer: the production process comprises the following steps;

(1) preparing a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of the substrate layer,

(2) a first release layer is compounded on the outer side of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer,

(3) preparing a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the other side of the substrate layer,

(4) and compounding a second release layer on the outer side of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

Further, the production process comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of the substrate layer,

(2) a first release layer is compounded on the outer side of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer,

(3) preparing a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the other side of the substrate layer,

(4) compounding a second release layer on the outer side of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to obtain the double-sided adhesive tape,

(5) curing the double-sided adhesive tape obtained in the step (4);

the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are cured in a curing process.

Further, in the double-sided tape production process, the double-sided tape comprises a substrate layer, a foaming layer, a polyurethane layer, a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a first release layer, a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a third release layer, wherein the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is positioned on one side of the substrate layer, the foaming layer is positioned on the other side of the substrate layer, the polyurethane layer is arranged on the outer side of the foaming layer, and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is arranged on the outer side of the polyurethane layer; the first release layer is positioned on the outer side of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the third release layer is positioned on the outer side of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; the production process comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the side of the substrate layer opposite to the polyurethane layer,

(2) a first release layer is compounded on the outer side of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer,

(3) a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer is prepared on one side of the second release layer,

(4) the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the polyurethane layer are compounded together,

(5) the second release layer is peeled off, and the second release layer,

(6) and a third release layer is compounded on the outer side of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

Further, the production process comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the side of the substrate layer opposite to the polyurethane layer,

(2) a first release layer is compounded on the outer side of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer,

(3) a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer is prepared on one side of the second release layer,

(4) the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the polyurethane layer are compounded together,

(5) the second release layer is peeled off, and the second release layer,

(6) compounding a third release layer on the outer side of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to obtain the double-sided adhesive tape,

(7) curing the double-sided adhesive tape obtained in the step (6);

the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are cured in a curing process.

Further, in the production process, the composite temperature range of the first release layer compounded on the outer side of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 5-15 ℃, the composite pressure range is 0.05-0.5mpa, the composite temperature range of the second release layer compounded on the outer side of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 5-15 ℃, and the composite pressure range is 0.05-0.5 mpa. Compounding at the aforementioned temperatures is also referred to as cold compounding.

Furthermore, in the production process, the compounding temperature range of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the polyurethane layer is 30-80 ℃, and the compounding pressure range is 0.3-0.5 mpa.

On the other hand, the invention provides production equipment of a double-sided adhesive tape, which comprises a first unreeling device, a first coating device, a first oven, a second unreeling device, a first compounding device, a second coating device, a second oven, a third unreeling device, a second compounding device, a reeling device and a curing device; unwinding the substrate layer by a first unwinding device, coating the substrate layer with the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid by a first coating device, and forming a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer by a first oven; the first release layer is unreeled by the second unreeling device, and the first release layer and the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer are compounded together at the first compounding device; then, coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid on the other side of the base material layer through a second coating device, and forming a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer through a second oven; the second release layer is unreeled by a third unreeling device, and the second release layer and the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer are compounded together at a second compounding device to obtain a double-sided adhesive tape; the double-sided adhesive tape is cured in a curing device.

Further, the first coating device (4) comprises a first glue groove (3), a first coating liquid (5), a wire rod (6), a support roller (7) and a rubber belt roller (8).

Further, the second coating device (12) includes a second glue tank (13), a second coating liquid (14), and a second coating roller (15).

Further, the third coating device (18) comprises a third coating liquid (19), a third coating roller (20) and a third glue groove (21).

Further, the production equipment also comprises a guide rail system (29) which comprises a coating operation guide rail (29-1), a semi-finished product off-line guide rail (29-2) and a semi-finished product on-line guide rail (29-3).

The coating operation guide rail (29-1) is two parallel guide rails between the first winding device and the first unwinding device, the guide rails are made of steel grooves, and the two parallel lines similar to rails are embedded below the horizon. The size of the rolling wheel is matched with that of the rolling wheel of the coil rack vehicle, so that the rolling wheel can be clamped on a rail. An enough operating distance needs to be ensured between the first winding device and the first unwinding device.

The semi-finished product off-line guide (29-2) consists of two parallel rails, the distance between the two rails being the same as the distance between the two rows of rollers of the coil rack car. The semi-finished product on-line guide rail (29-3) is also of the same structure. During operation, when the coiled materials are off-line from the first rolling device (11), the two rows of movable rollers of the coiled material rack vehicle are clamped into the steel groove, and slight external force is given to the rollers of the coiled material rack vehicle to slide forwards by means of the coating operation guide rail (29-1) and the semi-finished product off-line guide rail (29-2) to reach a curing room area, and the operation is stopped. And (3) placing and curing the coiled material, sliding through a semi-finished product feeding guide rail (29-3), a coating operation guide rail (29-1) and a roller of a coiled material rack vehicle after curing is finished, conveying the coiled material to the first unreeling device 1, and then performing coating operation.

The invention provides a production process route of a double-sided adhesive tape, which is based on the existing coating equipment and process and combines the characteristics of two coating modes, particularly provides the double-sided adhesive tape with a foam layer, wherein the double-sided adhesive tape needs two-step coating in the market, and particularly aims at the double-sided adhesive tape with the foam layer.

The invention also aims at the semi-finished product coating equipment of the foam adhesive tape, a guide rail system is additionally arranged, after a polyurethane layer is coated and formed on the foaming layer, the semi-finished product A is rolled by the first rolling device (11) and then slides into the curing room through the guide rail system (29), and when the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer needs to be prepared, the semi-finished product A slides out from the curing room through the guide rail system (29) and directly enters the first rolling device (1).

Detailed Description

For a better understanding of the present invention, its structure, and the functional features and advantages attained by its structure, reference is made to the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:

as shown in fig. 1-1 in combination with fig. 1-2, fig. 3, fig. 4-1, fig. 4-2, fig. 5, fig. 6-1, fig. 6-2, fig. 6-3, fig. 6-4, fig. 6-5, fig. 6-6.

As shown in fig. 1-1, a raw material (100-1 is a PET film, and 100-2 is a foamed layer) is unwound by a first unwinding device 1, glued by a first coating device 4, and then fed into a first oven 9, dried and cooled by a first compounding device 10 (without pressing), and then wound into a semi-finished product a at a first winding device 11, and then fed into a curing room through a semi-finished product feeding guide rail 29-2 of a guide rail system 29.

The first coating device 4 is used for coating a wire rod, raw materials are coated with glue through a rubber-covered roll 8, redundant glue is scraped from the wire rod 6, and the next procedure is carried out after the glue is uniformly coated.

The first coating liquid 5 is a polyurethane coating liquid and is used for forming a polyurethane layer 100-3 of the television edge sealing adhesive tape so as to ensure that the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface is smoother, the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface can be integrally destroyed when the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is disassembled and reassembled, and the obstruction to water vapor invasion during heat preservation and high humidity test is ensured.

The bar 6 is formed by a steel bar 6-1 and a continuous and regular concave-convex ring 6-2 positioned on the surface of the steel bar 6-1. The bottom of the groove between the concave ring and the convex ring 6-2 is an arc transition surface 6-3. Easy cleaning, good leveling property, difficult yarn breakage, more uniform surface of the glue layer, good uniformity of the coating surface state and good stability.

The reverse rotation direction of the wire rod 6 is opposite to the advancing route of the base material, so that the defect that the wire rod is easy to block when the wire rod is static can be avoided, the coating is more stable, static electricity generated due to too large rotating speed can be prevented, and the product quality is improved.

The coating thickness of the wire bar coating is adjusted by the solid content of the first coating liquid 5 or the sizing amount of the wire bar thickness or a combination of both.

The two guide rollers at the front and the back of the rubber belt roller 8 are set to be adjustable up and down so as to adjust the contact included angle between the rubber belt roller and the coated substrate.

The guide rollers involved in the equipment are all release rollers, so that the guide rollers can prevent the guide rollers from being stuck during the coating process.

The invention also relates to a design of a guide rail system 29, after the semi-finished product is off-line, the semi-finished product slides into a curing room through an off-line guide rail 29-2, the coating is cured according to the temperature and time required by the semi-finished product, and after the curing is finished, the semi-finished product is discharged from the curing room, passes through an on-line guide rail 29-3 of the semi-finished product and a coating operation guide rail 29-1, and is guided into a first unreeling device 1 to be subjected to double-sided gluing production of a second procedure.

According to the requirements of products and processes, the temperature of the curing room is 23-60 ℃.

As shown in fig. 1-2, a semi-finished product a (100-1 is a PET film, 100-2 is a foaming layer, and 100-3 is a polyurethane layer) passes through a first unwinding device 1, is sized by a second coating device 12, and then enters a first oven 9 for drying, a second coating liquid 14 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid, and is coated on the PET surface of the semi-finished product a to form a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 100-4, and then is cold-compounded with a release film (first release layer) 100-5 unwound by a second unwinding device 16 in a first compounding device 10 to form a semi-finished product B, and then travels to a second compounding device 23 through a guide roller route.

The second coating device 12 is composed of a second glue tank 13, a second coating liquid 14, and a second coating roller 15.

And the second coating roller 15 consists of a bottom roller and a scraper roller, and the scraper roller is in a comma type structure.

The second coating liquid 14 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid for forming the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 100-4 of the television edge sealing tape, and provides a sticking effect.

The cold compounding process at the first compounding device 10 is at a temperature of 5-15 deg.C and a pressure of 0.05-0.5 mpa.

After the semi-finished product A is coated with polyurethane, the surface of the polyurethane layer 100-3 is uneven, a direct coating process cannot be adopted, and a heat transfer process is needed, so that the release film (second release layer) 100-7 unwound from the third unwinding device 17 is coated with the third coating liquid 19 through the third coating device 18, is dried through the second oven 22 to form the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 100-6 in the television edge sealing tape, and is subjected to heat transfer with the material compounded by the first compounding device 10 in the second compounding device 23 to form the semi-finished product C.

The third coating device 18 is composed of a third glue tank 21, a third coating liquid 19, and a third coating roller 20.

And the third coating roller 20 consists of a bottom roller and a scraper roller, and the scraper roller is in a comma type structure.

The third coating liquid 19 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid for forming the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 100-6, providing an adhesive action.

The heat transfer process at the second compounding device 23 is at a temperature of 30-80 deg.C and a pressure of 0.3-0.5 mpa.

Because of the compressibility and extensibility of the foaming layer 100-2, the upper and lower base materials (the upper base material is the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 100-6 and the second release layer 100-7 after being uncoiled by the third uncoiling device and being coated with release film, and the lower base material is the semi-finished product B shown in figure 6-3) where heat transfer is performed, under the combined action of pressure and temperature, a great warping tendency is formed, at this time, the release film (second release layer) 100-7 needs to be peeled off, the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 100-6 is completely transferred to the polyurethane layer 100-3 of the semi-finished product B, and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 100-6 and the semi-finished product B are balanced, the release film (second release layer) 100-7 is rolled and recovered at the second rolling device 25 through the peeling device 24 for standby, and can be continuously used after being rolled up, and used as a next second unreeling base material (i.e. the second release layer 100-7).

After the third release layer 100-8 is unwound by the fourth unwinding device 26, it is cold-combined with the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 100-6 at the third combining device 27, and then it is wound up at the third winding device 28 to form a finished product.

The cold compounding process at the third compounding device 27 is at a temperature of 5-15 deg.C and a pressure of 0.05-0.5 mpa.

The first coating device 4, the second coating device 12, and the third coating device 18 according to the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the blade coating and the wire bar coating may be replaced by a single-step process, that is, three blade coating, three wire bar coating, or two coating methods may be used.

The coating thickness of the blade coating is adjusted by the solid content of the coating liquid and the gap between the backup roll and the doctor roll.

The drying equipment involved is two, the first oven (9) is below and the second oven (22) is above. 3-10 sections of heating sections can be set according to the actual production requirement.

The process route from the first compound device 10 to the second compound device 23 is low, and the process can also be carried out between the underground, but the dust prevention is required.

Example 1

A production process 1 of a television edge sealing tape comprises the steps of unreeling raw materials, gluing the raw materials through a wire rod 6, enabling the thickness of a glue layer to be 40 mu m, enabling the solid content of a coating liquid to be 50%, forming a polyurethane layer 100-3, enabling a cooling roller to be 10 ℃, winding the polyurethane layer, enabling the polyurethane layer to enter a curing room at 60 ℃ for curing for 4 days, enabling the polyurethane layer to serve as a first unreel after the polyurethane layer is taken out of the curing room, directly coating a first pressure sensitive glue layer 100-4, enabling the thickness of the coating to be 150 mu m and the solid content to be 30%, enabling the cold compounding temperature of a first compounding device 10 to be 10 ℃, enabling the compounding pressure to be 0.02mpa, enabling a release film (referring to a second release layer 100-7) to be coated for the second time, enabling the thickness of the coating to be 150 mu m and the solid content to be 30%, forming the second pressure sensitive glue layer 100-6, enabling the second compounding device to enter a heat transfer process, enabling the compounding pressure of the second compounding device 23 to be 0.4mpa and the compounding temperature to be 50 ℃, and stripping the release film (referring to be 100-7), the cold compounding process at the third compounding device 27 is to wind the finished product at a compounding temperature of 15 ℃ and a compounding pressure of 0.1 mpa.

Example 2

A production process 2 of a television edge sealing adhesive tape comprises the steps of as shown in a figure 1-1, unwinding raw materials, gluing by a wire rod 6, enabling the thickness of an adhesive layer to be 50 micrometers, enabling the solid content of a coating liquid to be 40%, forming a polyurethane layer 100-3, enabling the temperature of a first compounding device 10 (without pressing) to be 15 ℃, after winding, enabling the polyurethane layer to enter a 50 ℃ curing room for curing for 7 days, enabling the polyurethane layer to serve as a first unwinding roll after leaving the curing room, as shown in a figure 1-2, directly coating a first pressure sensitive adhesive layer 100-4, enabling the thickness of the coating layer to be 150 micrometers, enabling the solid content to be 30%, enabling the cold compounding temperature of the first compounding device 10 to be 10 ℃, enabling the compounding pressure to be 0.05mpa, enabling a release film (referring to a second release layer 100-7) to be coated, enabling the thickness of the coating layer to be 150 micrometers, enabling the solid content to be 30%, forming a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer 100-6, enabling the heat transfer process, enabling the compounding pressure of a second compounding device 23 to be 0.4mpa, the compounding temperature is 50 ℃, after the release film (referring to the second release layer 100-7) is peeled, the cold compounding process at the third compounding device 27 is to wind the finished product with the compounding temperature of 15 ℃ and the compounding pressure of 0.1 mpa.

Example 3

A production process 3 of a television edge sealing adhesive tape comprises the steps of as shown in figure 1-1, unwinding raw materials, gluing by a wire rod 6, wherein the thickness of an adhesive layer is 50 micrometers, the solid content of a coating liquid is 40%, forming a polyurethane layer 100-3, the temperature of a first compounding device 10 (without lamination) is 15 ℃, winding, then entering a curing room at 23 ℃, curing for 14 days, taking out of the curing room, directly coating a first pressure sensitive adhesive layer 100-4, the thickness of the coating layer is 150 micrometers, the solid content is 30%, the cold compounding temperature of the first compounding device 10 is 15 ℃, the compounding pressure is 0.1mpa, coating a release film (referring to a second release layer 100-7), the thickness of the coating layer is 150 micrometers, the solid content is 30%, forming a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer 100-6, entering a heat transfer process, the compounding pressure of the second compounding device 23 is 0.4mpa, the compounding temperature is 60 ℃, after the release film (referring to the second release layer 100-7) is peeled, the cold compounding process at the third compounding device 27 is 15 ℃ and the compounding pressure is 0.1mpa, and the finished product is rolled.
