10. A method of preparing a textile yarn smoothing agent as claimed in claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:

step S1: putting N- [2- (N-vinylbenzylamino) ethyl ] -3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane hydrochloride, cyclotetrasiloxane and allyl alcohol glycidyl ether into a reaction kettle, and adding a catalyst for catalytic reaction treatment;

step S2: fully mixing the reactants in the step S1, stirring and heating, controlling the temperature to be 120-150 ℃ and the pH value to be 6.5-8, then carrying out reaction, and stopping the reaction when the temperature of the mixed reactants is raised to 170-180 ℃ to obtain a product in the first stage;

step S3: putting hydrous magnesium silicate, organic amine and paraffin into a reaction kettle, fully mixing and stirring with the product of the first stage in the step S2 for 0.5-1.5h, adding an emulsifier and a surfactant, heating to 100-120 ℃, cooling to 40-60 ℃, fully mixing and stirring for 1-2h, and stopping reaction to obtain a product of the second stage;

step S4: and (4) keeping the temperature of the product of the second stage in the step S3 for 1-1.5h, adding an aqueous solvent into the product of the second stage, and adjusting the overall pH value to 6.5-7.5 to prepare the final product smoothing additive.

The fabric can be endowed with excellent effects of softness and smoothness, and can be suitable for finished products of various fibers; a smoothing agent for spinning on the yarn, not only make spinning yarn have good softness, it is level and smooth, even feel, can also increase spinning yarn's surface smoothness degree, improve the elasticity of fabric, effectively reduce frictional force between yarn and the machine, the convenience spinning, strengthen the tear strength of fabric, reduce the broken yarn etc. of yarn, simultaneously because after the spinning process, still need carry out processing on next step, the auxiliary agent that uses is mostly water-soluble, so still need smoothing agent to handle behind the yarn, make the yarn have excellent hydrophilicity, can bathe with most organic softener and other textile auxiliary agents, be applicable to the aftertreatment of spinning.

The textile smoothing agent is used as an additive for textile printing and dyeing, is used for improving the quality of the textile printing and dyeing, improves the added value of the textile, and can endow the textile with excellent softening and smoothing effects. With the continuous and rapid growth of domestic economy and the stable increase of the income of residents, the further development of the internal market is pulled, the quantity of large-scale light chemical enterprises, particularly textile enterprises, is greatly increased, and the requirements on dye textile chemicals are higher and higher. With the application of highly new technologies in the fiber industry today, a large number of new textile fibers in smoothing agents, such as: superfine fiber, profiled fiber, soybean fiber, polylactic acid fiber, various composite fibers and functional fibers are developed and applied, and multi-component fiber fabrics combining the advantages of various fibers are continuously developed. In addition, after the main components can be analyzed, a certain chemical auxiliary agent is added to optimize the formula of the smoothing agent, so that the aim of improving the smoothing agent product is fulfilled.

step S1: putting N- [2- (N-vinylbenzylamino) ethyl ] -3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane hydrochloride, cyclotetrasiloxane and allyl alcohol glycidyl ether into a reaction kettle, and adding a catalyst for catalytic reaction treatment;

step S2: fully mixing the reactants in the step S1, stirring and heating, controlling the temperature to be 120-150 ℃ and the pH value to be 6.5-8, then carrying out reaction, and stopping the reaction when the temperature of the mixed reactants is raised to 170-180 ℃ to obtain a product in the first stage;

step S3: putting hydrous magnesium silicate, organic amine and paraffin into a reaction kettle, fully mixing and stirring with the product of the first stage in the step S2 for 0.5-1.5h, adding an emulsifier and a surfactant, heating to 100-120 ℃, cooling to 40-60 ℃, fully mixing and stirring for 1-2h, and stopping reaction to obtain a product of the second stage;

step S4: and (4) keeping the temperature of the product in the second stage in the step S3 for 1-1.5h, adding an aqueous solvent into the product in the second stage, and adjusting the overall pH value to 6.5-7.5 to prepare the final product smoothing additive.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the yarn smoothing agent for spinning is added with the hydrophilic surfactant in the traditional spinning smoothing agent, so that the hydrophilic performance of the yarn smoothing agent is improved, the stability among particles of the yarn smoothing agent is further improved, the yarn smoothing agent not only has a good smoothing effect, but also has high adsorbability, compatibility and easy crosslinking, and textile fiber yarns can have excellent smoothness.

Secondly, the yarn smoothing agent for spinning is added with allyl alcohol glycidyl ether (stabilizer) and organic amine (antioxidant) on the basis of the traditional spinning smoothing agent, so that the stability and the oxidation resistance are increased to a certain extent, a uniform and stable storage emulsion system is obtained, and the yarn smoothing agent is convenient to store for a long time.

And thirdly, the preparation method of the yarn smoothing agent for spinning adopts a high-temperature sectional processing technology, so that not only is continuous operation facilitated and the preparation efficiency of the smoothing agent improved, but also the smoothing agent obtained by the preparation method is smoother than a common smoothing agent and has good stability.

15 parts of N- [2- (N-vinylbenzylamino) ethyl ] -3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane hydrochloride;

2) fully mixing the reactants in the step (1), stirring and heating, controlling the temperature at 150 ℃ and the pH value at 8, then reacting, and stopping the reaction when the temperature of the mixed reactants is raised to 180 ℃ to obtain a product in the first stage;

3) placing 5 parts of hydrous magnesium silicate, 3 parts of phosphatidylethanolamine, 5 parts of candelilla wax, polyurethane and acrylic acid mixture into a reaction kettle, fully mixing and stirring the mixture with the product of the first stage in the step (2) for 1.5h, adding 2 parts of an emulsifier of polyol fatty acid ester and 1 part of a surfactant of fatty amide, heating to 120 ℃, cooling to 60 ℃, fully mixing and stirring for 2h, and stopping the reaction to obtain a product of the second stage;

A yarn smoothing agent for spinning comprises the following components: n- [2- (N-vinylbenzylamino) ethyl ] -3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane hydrochloride, cyclotetrasiloxane, hydrous magnesium silicate, paraffin, allyl alcohol glycidyl ether, organic amine, an emulsifier, a catalyst, a surfactant and water, wherein the components in parts by weight are as follows:

20 parts of N- [2- (N-vinylbenzylamino) ethyl ] -3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane hydrochloride;

in the embodiment, sugarcane wax and laurel wax are selected as vegetable wax in paraffin, and acrylic acid is selected as polymer wax in paraffin;

3) placing 6 parts of hydrous magnesium silicate, 5 parts of triethylene diamine and 6 parts of a mixture of sugar cane wax, bay wax and acrylic acid into a reaction kettle, fully mixing and stirring the mixture with the product of the first stage in the step (2) for 1.5h, adding 3 parts of an emulsifier of polyvinyl alcohol and 2 parts of a surfactant of a mixed solution of 25% fatty amide, 29% hydrophilic silicone oil and 45% glycerol, heating to 120 ℃, cooling to 60 ℃, fully mixing and stirring for 2h, and stopping the reaction to obtain a product of the second stage;

4) and (4) carrying out heat preservation reaction on the product of the second stage in the step (3) for 1.5h, then adding 80 parts of ultrapure water into the product of the second stage, and adjusting the overall pH value to 7.5 to prepare the final product smoothing additive.

A yarn smoothing agent for spinning comprises the following components: n- [2- (N-vinylbenzylamino) ethyl ] -3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane hydrochloride, cyclotetrasiloxane, hydrous magnesium silicate, paraffin, allyl alcohol glycidyl ether, organic amine, an emulsifier, a catalyst, a surfactant and water, wherein the components in parts by weight are as follows:

25 parts of N- [2- (N-vinylbenzylamino) ethyl ] -3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane hydrochloride;

in the embodiment, castor bean wax, jojoba wax and lacquer wax are selected as vegetable wax in paraffin, and polyurethane is selected as polymer wax in paraffin;

in the embodiment, hexamethylenediamine and ethanolamine are selected as organic amine;

3) putting 8 parts of hydrous magnesium silicate, 6 parts of hexamethylenediamine, ethanolamine mixture, 10 parts of castor bean wax, jojoba wax, lacquer wax and polyurethane mixture into a reaction kettle, fully mixing and stirring the mixture with the product of the first stage in the step (2) for 1.5 hours, adding 4 parts of emulsifier mixed by ethylene oxide and propylene oxide block copolymer and 3 parts of glycerol surfactant, heating to 120 ℃, cooling to 60 ℃, fully mixing and stirring for 2 hours, and stopping the reaction to obtain a product of the second stage;

A yarn smoothing agent for spinning comprises the following components: n- [2- (N-vinylbenzylamino) ethyl ] -3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane hydrochloride, cyclotetrasiloxane, hydrous magnesium silicate, paraffin, allyl alcohol glycidyl ether, organic amine, an emulsifier, a catalyst, a surfactant and water, wherein the components in parts by weight are as follows:

22 parts of N- [2- (N-vinylbenzylamino) ethyl ] -3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane hydrochloride;

2) fully mixing the reactants in the step (1), stirring and heating, controlling the temperature at 120 ℃ and the pH value at 6.5, then reacting, and stopping the reaction when the temperature of the mixed reactants is raised to 170 ℃ to obtain a product in the first stage;

3) placing a mixture of 7 parts of hydrous magnesium silicate, 5 parts of acrylamide, 9 parts of lacquer wax, small-crown carnauba wax, douglas fir wax and epoxy resin wax into a reaction kettle, fully mixing and stirring the mixture with the product of the first stage in the step (2) for 0.5h, adding 2 parts of polyoxyethylene ether emulsifier and 3 parts of surfactant prepared by mixing 26% of fatty amide, 30% of hydrophilic silicone oil and 40% of fatty ester, heating to 100 ℃, cooling to 40 ℃, fully mixing and stirring for 1h, and stopping the reaction to obtain a product of the second stage;

4) and (4) carrying out heat preservation reaction on the product of the second stage in the step (3) for 1h, then adding 78 parts of double distilled water into the product of the second stage, and adjusting the overall pH value to 6.5 to prepare the final product smoothing additive.

Product performance testing

1. Determination of surface Friction coefficient

Respectively treating the hairiness of the same type of textile yarns by using trial samples in the first to fourth embodiments and a control group sample, adding 2 mass percent of the textile smoothing agent obtained by the preferable formula into the textile fiber finishing liquid, fully and uniformly stirring, testing the mixture in a laboratory at the room temperature of 25 +/-2 ℃, and testing the mixture by using a YG172B yarn hairiness tester:

As can be seen from table 1, the conclusions are as follows:

1) the textile smoothing agent prepared in the embodiments 1-4 can effectively reduce the friction coefficient of the hairiness surface of the textile yarn,

2) the surface stability of the textile smoothing agent prepared in the embodiments 1 to 4 after use is better than that of the smoothing agent of the control group, so that the textile smoothing agent provided by the invention can improve the surface stability of textile yarns, can obviously improve the safety during use, and is convenient for long-term use.

2. Smoothness hand measurement

Respectively treating hairiness of the same type of textile yarns by using trial samples in the first to fourth embodiments and a control group sample, adding 2 mass percent of a textile smoothing agent obtained by optimizing a formula into a textile fiber finishing liquid, fully and uniformly stirring, testing the textile smoothing agent in a laboratory at room temperature of 25 +/-2 ℃, selecting 100 professionals for touch testing, setting the testing surface to be 1-10 minutes, wherein 1 minute is the worst hand feeling, 10 minutes is the best hand feeling, and taking an average value according to a scoring result:

As can be seen from table 2, the conclusions are as follows:

compared with a control group, after the textile yarn hairiness is treated by using the smoothing agent for textile prepared in the examples 1-4, the soft smoothness is better, the natural smoothness is realized, the hand feeling softness of the textile yarn hairiness is obviously improved, and good touch feeling is brought to a user.

In summary, the following steps: the hydrophilic surfactant is added, so that the hydrophilic performance of the textile fiber is improved, the stability among particles of the textile fiber is further improved, the textile fiber has a good smoothing effect, high adsorbability, compatibility and easy crosslinking, and the textile fiber has excellent flexibility and smoothness.

The invention can effectively improve the hydrophilic performance, further improve the stability among particles, not only has good smoothing effect, but also has high adsorbability, compatibility and easy crosslinking property, can ensure that textile fiber yarns have very excellent smoothness, increases the stability and the oxidation resistance of a smoothing agent to a certain extent, obtains a uniform and stable emulsion storage system, and is convenient for long-term storage.
