a. filtering and purifying the qualified cow milk, goat milk, camel milk or yak milk or putting the whole milk powder solution into a mixing tank; adding a mixture of taurine colostrum basic protein, isomaltooligosaccharide, xylooligosaccharide and cotton seed oligosaccharide according to a ratio; vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K2Vitamin A, vitamin B1Vitamin B2Vitamin B6And vitamin B12Sodium hyaluronate, inulin, hydrolyzed yolk powder, ferrous lactate and zinc lactate, and stirring completely and uniformly;

b. sterilizing the raw milk instantly at ultrahigh temperature, and concentrating the raw milk in vacuum to 20-30% of the volume of the raw milk;

c. filtering the concentrated milk, and spray drying to obtain milk powder;

the spray drying is that filtered air is sucked by an air blower, heated to 140-150 ℃ by an air heater and then sent into a mixing tank, meanwhile, filtered concentrated milk is sprayed into 15-20 micron emulsion drops to be fully contacted with hot air, heat exchange and mass exchange are carried out, moisture is rapidly removed, evaporation and drying are completed instantly, prepared milk powder is settled on the lower part of a drying chamber, is continuously discharged by a powder discharging mechanism, and is subjected to powder sieving and packaging after cooling.

Example 3

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the technical solution adopted by the present invention is as follows: the mixing tank comprises a tank body 1, a hollow stirring pipe 2 is arranged in the tank body, a U-shaped hollow stirring rod 3 is arranged at the bottom of the stirring pipe, the top of the stirring pipe penetrates out of the tank body, a driving motor 4 is arranged on one side of the tank body, a driving wheel 5 is arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor, a driven wheel 6 is arranged outside the stirring pipe, and the driving wheel is in transmission connection with the driven wheel through a belt 7 and is used for driving the driven wheel to rotate; a plurality of groups of fixed scraping block groups 8 are arranged on the outer side of the stirring rod, each fixed scraping block group comprises an upper fixed scraping block 9 and a lower fixed scraping block 10 which are vertically distributed, a plurality of sampling heads 11 with different heights are arranged on the inner side of the stirring rod, the sampling heads are communicated with an inner cavity of the stirring rod, mounting cavities 12 are arranged in the upper fixed scraping block and the lower fixed scraping block respectively, a first fixed pulley 13 and a winding wheel 14 capable of automatically rewinding are arranged in the mounting cavity of the upper fixed scraping block, a second fixed pulley 15 is arranged in the mounting cavity of the lower fixed scraping block, a scraping cable 16 is arranged between the upper fixed scraping block and the lower fixed scraping block, one end of the scraping cable is wound on the winding wheel, a coil spring is arranged in the winding wheel and is used for driving the winding wheel to automatically reply; and pass through first fixed pulley and second fixed pulley in proper order, scrape the cable and keep away from the terminal outside of rolling wheel and be equipped with slip rack 17, the rack top is equipped with rather than the engaged half gear 18, and the half gear is installed on first pivot 40, second pivot 19 is still equipped with to the inside cavity of puddler, be equipped with in the second pivot and rotate wheel 20, it is equipped with rotor blade 21 on the rotation wheel, the rotation wheel passes through transmission belt 22 transmission and connects the half gear, along with sampling liquid erodees rotor blade, drives and rotates the wheel rotation, and then drives the half gear and rotate, periodically drives and scrapes the cable and move about. The middle part of the stirring pipe is provided with a spiral stirring blade 23. The top of the stirring pipe is communicated with a sampling pipe through a quick-change connector 24, an extraction pump 25 is arranged on the sampling pipe, and the tail end of the sampling pipe is connected with a sample storage tank 26; a charging hopper 27 is further arranged on one side of the top of the mixing tank, and a feeding pipe 28 is arranged at the bottom of the charging hopper.

The sampling head is provided with a one-way valve which only allows liquid to enter the stirring rod but cannot flow out; when the heating wire is not in operation, the telescopic air bag contracts in the radial direction, so that the minimum distance between the cleaning brush and the inner wall of the tank body is smaller than the minimum distance between the inner scraping piece and the inner wall of the tank body, and the minimum distance between the inner scraping piece and the inner wall of the tank body is equal to the minimum distance between the outer scraping piece and the inner wall of the tank body.

When the embodiment is implemented, the driving wheel is driven to rotate by the driving motor, so that the driven wheel is driven to rotate, and finally the stirring pipe is driven to rotate, so that the scraping cable is driven to rotate, and the milk, the goat milk, the camel milk, the yak milk or other liquid with high viscosity adhered to the mixing tank is further scraped; the liquid in the mixing tank is pumped into a sample storage tank through a stirring pipe and a stirring rod by a liquid pump to finish sampling; along with liquid downward flow in the puddler, drive and rotate the rotating vane on the wheel and rotate, along with sampling liquid erodees rotating vane, drive and rotate the wheel and rotate, and then drive the semi-gear and rotate to be equipped with the wind spring in the cooperation wind-up wheel, the wind spring is used for driving the wind-up wheel and replies automatically, realizes periodically driving and scrapes cable up-and-down motion, makes and scrapes the cable and clear away the material effect better.

Example 4

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the cable scraper includes the reinforcing rope 29, the reinforcing rope is last to distribute the fixed scraper group 30 of multiunit evenly, fixed scraper group is fixed cover 41 by the outer doctor-bar 31 cover of a plurality of arcs and single orientation and is constituteed, fixed cover is on the surface of reinforcing rope, and the cover is equipped with the section for crisscross scraper 32 on the reinforcing rope between two adjacent fixed scraper groups, the scraper includes four interior scrapers 33, the width of interior scraper is by the one end that is close to the reinforcing rope to the other end convergence gradually.

When this embodiment is implemented, along with scraping cable periodic drive activity from top to bottom, through the outer scraper and the interior scraper of the fixed scraper group of cooperation, scrape the material of adhesion on the compounding jar fast.

Example 5

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, be fixed with flexible gasbag 34 between the adjacent two interior scrapers, flexible gasbag's the outside is fixed with fixed arc piece 35, the fixed arc piece outside is fixed with flexible cleaning brush 36, be equipped with insulating layer 37 in the reinforcing rope, be equipped with heater strip 38 in the insulating layer, the portable power source 39 at the puddler top is installed through the wire intercommunication at the both ends of heater strip, and the heater strip adds and makes flexible gasbag radial expansion, and then makes the inner wall of the cleaning brush contact jar body, and the unable inner wall that contacts jar body of interior doctor-bar this moment to make flexible gasbag axial expansion simultaneously, make the thick liquid between flexible gasbag and the interior scrapers extrude to outer doctor-bar. The wire can also be provided with an electromagnetic switch or a control unit for controlling the work of the heating wire, and the mode of starting the electromagnetic switch can adopt an electromagnetic wave remote control mode.

When the embodiment is implemented, the heating wire is added to enable the telescopic air bag to expand radially, so that the cleaning brush is in contact with the inner wall of the tank body, materials which are not scraped on the inner wall of the tank body are further erased, the cleaning brush is driven to move up and down periodically along with the scraping cable, the erasing area is further extended, and dead angles are reduced; and the inner wall of the tank body can not be contacted by the inner scraping blade at the moment, and simultaneously, the telescopic air bag is axially expanded, so that viscous liquid between the telescopic air bag and the inner scraping piece is extruded to the outer scraping piece, the outer scraping piece is conveniently scraped, and the heating wire simultaneously transfers heat to the outer scraping piece and the inner scraping piece, so that the adhesion is dissolved in milk, goat milk, camel milk and yak milk on the inner wall of the mixing tank, the temperature difference inside and outside the mixing tank is consistent, and the cleaning effect is further improved. When the heating wire does not work, the telescopic air bag radially contracts, so that the minimum distance between the cleaning brush and the inner wall of the tank body is smaller than the minimum distance between the inner scraping piece and the inner wall of the tank body, and the minimum distance between the inner scraping piece and the inner wall of the tank body is equal to the minimum distance between the outer scraping piece and the inner wall of the tank body.
