When the extruder is used, the front semicircular ring 9 and the rear semicircular ring 10 are respectively placed into the charging barrel 2 through the two groups of taking and placing openings 12 after the extruder is used, the two groups of sealing pressing plates 11 are respectively pushed through the two groups of hydraulic cylinders 8, so that the front semicircular ring 9 and the rear semicircular ring 10 are butted to form the cleaning ring 13, the limiting grooves 17 at the outer sides of the front semicircular ring 9 and the rear semicircular ring 10 are respectively in sliding fit with the two groups of limiting convex strips 18, the forward rotation of the screw rod 3 is matched with the screw rod 3 through the inner spiral sheet 14, so that the cleaning ring 13 moves towards the direction of the discharging opening 5 in the charging barrel 2, the residual materials at the outer side of the screw rod 3 are cleaned through the first rubber scraper 15, the materials on the inner side wall of the charging barrel 2 are cleaned through the second rubber scraper 16, the materials in the charging barrel 2 are pushed towards the direction of the discharging opening 5 and are led out from the discharging opening 5, then the cleaning ring 13 reversely rotates through the screw rod 3, so that the cleaning ring 13 returns to the taking and placing openings 12, the cleaning machine can clean for multiple times in a reciprocating manner, so that the residual materials on the surface of the screw rod 3 in the charging barrel 2 can be cleaned conveniently after use, the operation is simple and convenient, the use reliability is improved, and the service life of the equipment is ensured; during normal use, the front semicircular ring 9 and the rear semicircular ring 10 are taken out from the taking and placing opening 12, and the taking and placing opening 12 is sealed through the sealing pressing plate 11, so that normal operation is guaranteed.
