The main effective component in the loranthus parasiticus is quercetin, and aiming at the extraction of the quercetin in the loranthus parasiticus, the prior data mentions that the extraction rate of extracting the quercetin by using ethanol is high, and the highest content of extracting the quercetin by using ultrasonic wave is 11.13mg/g, so that the extraction rate of extracting the quercetin in the loranthus parasiticus by using the ethanol as a solvent and using the ultrasonic wave is better.

(2) Selecting high-quality dandelion, cutting into segments, crushing, adding ethanol for soaking and filtering, and obtaining dandelion extract after ultrasonic-assisted extraction and filtration.

Wherein, the cut dandelion is put into a pulverizer to be pulverized at normal temperature and then is sieved by a 60-mesh sieve, the concentration of the used ethanol is 60 percent, and the material-liquid ratio of the dandelion powder to the ethanol is 1: 10, the extraction time is 30min, and the extraction temperature is 70 ℃.

(3) Mixing the mistletoe extract obtained in the step (1) and the dandelion extract obtained in the step (2) according to a certain proportion, and concentrating to obtain the mistletoe and dandelion clear paste. Wherein the mixing ratio of the parasitic loranthus extract to the dandelion extract is 1: 1.

(4) and refining the honey with good quality to obtain refined honey.

In the preparation process, the added honey must be refined, and the purpose of refining the honey is to destroy enzymes, remove impurities, kill microorganisms, reduce water in the honey, increase viscosity of the honey and the like, and simultaneously prevent the phenomenon of sand return.

(5) Taking sweet osmanthus according to a proportion, taking the refined honey obtained in the step (4) and the sweet osmanthus according to a proportion, adding the refined honey and the sweet osmanthus into the loranthus parasiticus and dandelion clear paste obtained in the step (3), mixing, continuing to concentrate and cool to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine. The liquid becomes thicker in the cooling process, and the paste is not dissolved after being dripped into purified water and is formed into blocks for a period of time, so that the parasitic loranthus dandelion is successfully prepared, and finally the parasitic loranthus dandelion is put into a mold and is cooled.

Wherein, the mixing ratio of the mistletoe and dandelion clear paste to the refined honey is 1: 3, the weight of the added sweet osmanthus is 3 g. The osmanthus flowers are added into the tea cream, so that the fragrance can be added, the taste of the mulberry parasitic tea and the dandelion is improved, and the tea soup made from the tea cream and the tea cream is more fragrant; the honey is added to improve the mouthfeel of the loranthus parasiticus and dandelion tea paste so that the loranthus parasiticus and dandelion tea paste is not obtrusive; and the honey only slightly adjusts the bitterness of the parasitic loranthus tea, so that the bitterness of the tea cream is not so heavy, thereby adjusting the taste of the tea cream.

Examples of the experiments

According to the prescription of Erdong ointment in Chinese pharmacopoeia, 1: 1 proportion, adding 50g of honey into every 100g of the loranthus parasiticus and dandelion clear paste for reference, and making a study on the formula proportion of the 4 groups of loranthus parasiticus and dandelion tea creams No. 1-4, wherein the weight ratio of the raw materials of the 4 groups of loranthus parasiticus and dandelion tea creams is shown in table 1.

TABLE 5 sensory evaluation and scoring table for loranthus parasiticus and dandelion tea cream

TABLE 64 parts tea soup sensory evaluation

As can be seen from table 6, the tea soup made from the number 1-4 loranthus parasiticus dandelion tea paste is black brown without any difference in color, and the number 1 loranthus parasiticus dandelion tea paste is slightly bitter compared with the other three loranthus parasiticus dandelion tea pastes because of less honey and more raw material medicines; the other three parts of the loranthus parasiticus and dandelion tea cream have moderate sweetness, and the loranthus parasiticus and dandelion tea cream has a chocolate-like taste when being eaten, and belongs to a basically acceptable taste for people. The adding amount of the No. 2 tea cream which is respectively the parasitic loranthus tea and the dandelion is relatively moderate, so that the content of the effective components of the No. 2 tea cream is relatively higher than that of the corresponding quercetin and caffeic acid of the three parts of parasitic loranthus and dandelion tea cream; the amounts of the loranthus parasiticus and dandelion tea cream nos. 3 and 4 are small because the loranthus parasiticus tea and the dandelion are respectively added, so that the effective components of the loranthus parasiticus and dandelion tea cream nos. 2 are less than the contents of quercetin and caffeic acid.

The use amount of honey is basically consistent, so the influence on the taste of the tea soup beverage brewed by the No. 1-4 loranthus parasiticus dandelion tea cream is not obvious. It can be seen from table 6 that the beverage brewed from the tea cream of the mulberry parasitic tea and the dandelion is light yellow, has moderate sour and sweet taste, bitter taste and no long aftertaste, has no layering phenomenon, has the fragrance of the osmanthus fragrans, is also mixed with the compound fragrance of the mulberry parasitic tea and the dandelion, has more hierarchical mouthfeel of the tea soup, and is more easily accepted by the public.

The above description is only exemplary of the invention, and any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and scope of the present invention should be considered within the scope of the present invention.
