Background

The filter is a device for filtering waves, the waves are a very wide physical concept, and in the field of electronic technology, the waves are narrowly limited to refer to a process for describing fluctuation of values of various physical quantities along with time, and the process is converted into a time function of voltage or current through the action of various sensors, so that the time waveform of the various physical quantities or a signal is called;

however, in the design process of the traditional filter, some products are special in application and need to be welded on a PCB and integrated circuits on the PCB to work together, the input and output of the conventional filter are in a joint form, and the input and output form is fixed, so that the conventional filter cannot be directly switched to the PCB, and an external cable module and an independent filter fixing support plate are needed to be connected with the PCB under the condition of ensuring 50 Ω matching, so that the conventional filter is not easy to control.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problem that an external cable module and a single fixed filter supporting plate can be connected with a PCB under the condition of ensuring 50 omega matching and are not easy to control in the prior art, and provides a filter input and output structure capable of being directly connected with the PCB.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a filter input and output structure capable of being directly connected with a PCB (printed circuit board), which has the following beneficial effects:

1. the structure changes the input and output connector of the conventional filter into a 50 omega microstrip line mode which is suitable for a PCB, solves the defect that the conventional filter can not be directly connected with a PCB integrated circuit when in input and output, and is easy to control the product index compared with the conventional structure;

2. the structure changes the input and output joint form of the conventional filter into a structure that a 50 omega metal sheet matched with the cavity groove is directly welded on the first resonance column in the cavity, and the metal sheet is directly welded to replace the input and output joint of the conventional filter, so that the processing cost and the batch cost are low, the stability and the consistency are high, and the operability is high.
