1. A sheet palletization plant, characterized in that it has:

The sheet stacking apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the positioning mechanism further comprises a positioning rotating shaft and a positioning swing arm, the positioning rotating shaft is rotatably mounted on the frame, a first end of the positioning swing arm is fixedly connected with the positioning rotating shaft, a second end of the positioning swing arm is fixedly connected with the positioning strip, and the positioning mechanism further comprises a driving mechanism for driving the positioning swing arm.

3. The sheet stacker apparatus of claim 2 wherein said suction frame is slidably mounted on said frame; the frame is provided with a movable guide rail, and the suction frame is slidably mounted on the movable guide rail.

The sheet material stacking apparatus as recited in claim 3, further comprising a moving driving mechanism, wherein the moving driving mechanism comprises a servo motor and a screw rod, the servo motor is mounted on the frame, and the screw rod is connected with a rotating shaft of the servo motor; and the sucker frame is provided with a nut in threaded fit with the screw rod.

5. The sheet stacker apparatus of claim 4 wherein said frame is provided with a series of transport shafts; the jacking mechanism is provided with a series of conveying belts, and the conveying shafts and the conveying belts are alternately arranged.

The sheet stacking apparatus of claim 5, wherein the lifting frame is driven to lift by a lifting cylinder mounted on the frame; the driving mechanism of the positioning swing arm is a swing cylinder, the swing cylinder is rotatably mounted on the rack, and a piston rod of the swing cylinder is hinged to the positioning swing arm.

7. The sheet stacker apparatus of claim 6 wherein the end of each of the conveyor and the jacking mechanism is provided with a set of locating mechanisms.

The sheet stacking apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein each of the two ends of the main rotating shaft is provided with a main rotating arm, and the second ends of the two main rotating arms are connected to the two ends of the auxiliary rotating shaft; the main rotating arm is driven by a main motor; the auxiliary rotating shaft is driven by an auxiliary motor; the main motor is installed on the suction rack, and the auxiliary motor is installed on the second end of the main rotating arm.

Background

In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that the prior art has at least the following problems:

when the plates are conveyed to the stacking mechanism on the conveying line, the plates cannot be accurately positioned without the positioning mechanism, so that the plates cannot be accurately stacked through the stacking mechanism, and the problem of uneven stacking is caused. Plate upset sucking disc mechanism only has a pivot, can not change the angle, does not adapt to different angles and puts getting of plate and put the demand, can't realize that the high accuracy snatchs and places.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the plate stacking equipment which can adapt to different use environments, can be used for grabbing and placing plates with high precision, is neat in stacking and can improve the plate loading efficiency.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a sheet palletization plant having:

the film feeding mechanism and the film sucking mechanism are arranged on the frame;

the sheet feeding mechanism is provided with a conveying mechanism, a jacking mechanism and a positioning mechanism;

the conveying mechanism is provided with a conveying shaft and a conveying roller, the conveying shaft is rotatably arranged on the rack, and the conveying roller is arranged on the conveying shaft;

the lifting mechanism is provided with a lifting frame and a conveying belt, and the lifting frame is movably arranged on the rack; the lifting mechanism is arranged in the conveying mechanism and can ascend or descend relative to the conveying mechanism;

the positioning mechanism is arranged on the side edge of the conveying mechanism; the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning strip movably arranged on the rack;

the sheet suction mechanism has:

the sucking machine frame is arranged on the machine frame;

the main rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the suction rack;

the first end of the main rotating arm is fixedly connected with the main rotating shaft;

the auxiliary rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the second end of the main rotating arm;

the suction disc frame is fixedly connected with the auxiliary rotating shaft;

and the vacuum chuck is arranged on the chuck frame.

The positioning mechanism further comprises a positioning rotating shaft and a positioning swing arm, the positioning rotating shaft is rotatably installed on the rack, the first end of the positioning swing arm is fixedly connected with the positioning rotating shaft, the second end of the positioning swing arm is fixedly connected with the positioning strip, and the positioning mechanism further comprises a driving mechanism for driving the positioning swing arm.

The sucking machine frame is arranged on the machine frame in a sliding mode; the frame is provided with a movable guide rail, and the suction frame is slidably mounted on the movable guide rail.

The device is characterized by also comprising a movement driving mechanism, wherein the movement driving mechanism comprises a servo motor and a screw rod, the servo motor is arranged on the rack, and the screw rod is connected with a rotating shaft of the servo motor; and the sucker frame is provided with a nut in threaded fit with the screw rod.

A series of conveying shafts are arranged on the frame; the jacking mechanism is provided with a series of conveying belts, and the conveying shafts and the conveying belts are alternately arranged.

The lifting frame is driven to lift through a lifting cylinder, and the lifting cylinder is installed on the rack; the driving mechanism of the positioning swing arm is a swing cylinder, the swing cylinder is rotatably mounted on the rack, and a piston rod of the swing cylinder is hinged to the positioning swing arm.

And the tail ends of the conveying mechanism and the jacking mechanism are respectively provided with a group of positioning mechanisms.

Two ends of the main rotating shaft are respectively provided with a main rotating arm, and the second ends of the two main rotating arms are connected with two ends of the auxiliary rotating shaft; the main rotating arm is driven by a main motor; the auxiliary rotating shaft is driven by an auxiliary motor; the main motor is installed on the suction rack, and the auxiliary motor is installed on the second end of the main rotating arm.

One of the above technical scheme has following advantage or beneficial effect, can adapt to different service environment, and the high accuracy is snatched and is placed, and the stack is clean and tidy, improves the piece efficiency of going up.

The lifting mechanism is provided with a lifting frame and a conveying belt, and the lifting frame is movably arranged on the rack; the lifting mechanism is arranged in the conveying mechanism and can ascend or descend relative to the conveying mechanism; after the positioning in the first direction is completed, the jacking mechanism jacks up the plate, the plate is separated from the conveying mechanism, the plate is conveyed in the second direction under the conveying of the jacking mechanism, and after the plate is conveyed in place in the second direction, the plate is positioned through the positioning strips in the second direction, so that the positioning requirement in the second direction is completed.

The positioning mechanism is arranged on the side edge of the conveying mechanism; the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning strip movably arranged on the frame. The positioning mechanism is a positioning strip and can be matched with the edge of the plate. The positioning strip is movably arranged, and can be lifted when being positioned and retracted when not being positioned. In the sheet material conveying process, the positioning device can accurately position, so that the stacking mechanism can stack conveniently, and the stack is neat.

The sheet suction mechanism has:

the sucking machine frame is arranged on the machine frame; the main rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the suction rack; the rotation of main rotation axis drives whole suction means swing, plays the effect of absorption and placing.

The first end of the main rotating arm is fixedly connected with the main rotating shaft; the main rotating arm swings to drive the sucking mechanism from one side to the other side.

The auxiliary rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the second end of the main rotating arm; the auxiliary rotating shaft drives the suction disc frame to rotate so as to meet the use requirements of glass at different placing angles. Through the cooperation of main rotation axis and vice rotation axis, realize that the high accuracy snatchs and places, improve the piece efficiency of going up.

The suction disc frame is fixedly connected with the auxiliary rotating shaft; and the vacuum sucker is arranged on the sucker frame and plays a role in sucking.

The working process of the sucker mechanism is as follows: first, the movement of the movable shaft, the main rotating shaft and the sub rotating shaft is controlled by a program to adjust the vacuum chuck frame to a glass sucking state. Then the electromagnetic valve controls the sucker to suck the glass, the three-axis motion is controlled to move after the vacuum degree value is qualified, and the glass is placed on the line body. And finally, closing the vacuum, controlling positive pressure air to break the vacuum, and after the glass passes through the line body, returning all the mechanisms to the initial state to wait for next circulation action.

The positioning mechanism further comprises a positioning rotating shaft and a positioning swing arm, the positioning rotating shaft is rotatably installed on the rack, a first end of the positioning swing arm is fixedly connected with the positioning rotating shaft, a second end of the positioning swing arm is fixedly connected with a positioning strip, and the positioning mechanism further comprises a driving mechanism for driving the positioning swing arm. The positioning strip is driven to move through swinging.

The suction frame is arranged on the frame in a sliding manner; the frame is provided with a movable guide rail, and the suction frame is slidably mounted on the movable guide rail. Through the movable guide rail, the suction rack is driven to move, the use requirements of different environments are met, high-precision grabbing and placing are achieved, and the film feeding efficiency is improved.

The servo motor is arranged on the rack, and the screw rod is connected with a rotating shaft of the servo motor; the sucker frame is provided with a nut which is in threaded fit with the screw rod. The suction rack is driven to move through the screw rod mechanism.

A series of conveying shafts are arranged on the frame; the jacking mechanism is provided with a series of conveying belts, and the conveying shafts and the conveying belts are alternately arranged. The jacking mechanism can jack the plate materials from the conveying mechanism and separate from the conveying mechanism, the conveying shafts and the conveying leather are alternately arranged, and the support is stable and reliable.

The lifting frame is driven to lift through a lifting cylinder, and the lifting cylinder is installed on the rack. The lifting is driven by a lifting cylinder. The driving mechanism of the positioning swing arm is a swing cylinder, the swing cylinder is rotatably installed on the rack, and a piston rod of the swing cylinder is hinged with the positioning swing arm. The positioning strip is driven to move by the swing air cylinder.

The tail ends of the conveying mechanism and the jacking mechanism are respectively provided with a group of positioning mechanisms. And completing the positioning in two directions, wherein the first direction is vertical to the second direction. In the sheet material conveying process, the positioning device can accurately position, so that the stacking mechanism can stack conveniently, and the stack is neat.

Two ends of the main rotating shaft are respectively provided with a main rotating arm, and the second ends of the two main rotating arms are connected with two ends of the auxiliary rotating shaft. The main rotating arm is driven by a main motor; the auxiliary rotating shaft is driven by an auxiliary motor; the main motor is arranged on the suction frame, and the auxiliary motor is arranged on the second end of the main rotating arm.

After adopting foretell structure, can adapt to different service environment, the high accuracy snatchs and places, and the stack is clean and tidy, improves the piece efficiency of going up.
