MVLDPE was selected from Dow chemical, model 5220G;

LDPE is selected from China petrochemical group Michname petrochemical Co., Ltd., model 1850A;

polydimethylsiloxane was selected from Shanghai arrow chemical (Suzhou) Inc., model JY-810;

ammonium polyphosphate was purchased from keplerian biotechnology limited, shandong, with a degree of polymerization of 2000.

Example 1

A base film is prepared from the following raw materials:

6.5kgEVA、1.2kgPOE、1.15kgMVLDPE、1.15kgLDPE。

and 3a, putting the semi-finished product into a double-screw extruder, blending, melting and extruding at the rotating speed of 40r/min, sequentially and respectively carrying out extrusion and tape casting at the five-zone temperatures of 150 ℃, 160 ℃, 170 ℃, 180 ℃ and 180 ℃ in sequence, wherein the tape casting temperature is 140 ℃, and cooling and shaping to obtain the base film.

A method for preparing an EVA storage basket, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, includes the following steps:

step 2b, winding the base film into a cylinder, fixing two close side edges of the base film through a sewing belt 3, and manufacturing a storage basket body 1;

and 3b, fixing the edge of one end of the storage basket body 1 with the edge of the storage basket bottom 2 through a sewing belt 3, and respectively bonding two lifting belts 4 to two opposite sides of the outer side wall of the storage basket body 1 to obtain the EVA storage basket.

Examples 2 to 17 are different from example 1 in the raw material of the base film, and the details are shown in tables 1 and 2.

Performance test

Determination of tensile Properties of plastics according to GB/T1040.3-2006 part 3: test conditions for films and sheets the tensile strength of the prepared base films of the different examples and comparative examples was determined and the test data are shown in table 4.

The flexural modulus of the base films prepared in the different examples and comparative examples was determined according to GB/T9341-2008 "determination of the flexural Properties of plastics", the test data being shown in Table 4.

The tear strength of the base films prepared in the different examples and comparative examples was determined according to GB/T16578.1-2008 "determination of tear resistance of Plastic films and sheets", the test data being shown in Table 4.

Notched impact strength was determined for the base films prepared in the different examples and comparative examples according to GB/T1843-2008 "test for determination of Plastic Izod impact Strength", the test data being shown in Table 4.

The mildew-proof effect of the base films prepared in different examples and comparative examples is tested according to GB/T24128-2018 evaluation on the mildew-proof effect of the plastic mildew-proof agent, and the test results are shown in Table 4.

The flame retardant effect of the base films of the different examples and comparative examples was tested according to UL94, the results of which are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from table 4, in combination with example 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5, the base film prepared by the method has good tensile strength, flexural modulus, tear strength and impact resistance, so that the storage basket prepared from the base film has good strength and toughness, a firm structure, bending resistance and good external force resistance, the storage basket has high durability, and the use experience of the storage basket can be improved; and shows that the EVA, the POE, the MVLDPE and the LDPE cooperate with each other in a limited range, thereby improving the performance of the base film.

By combining example 5 with examples 1-4, the base film can be made to have more balanced tensile strength, flexural modulus, tear strength and impact resistance by adjusting the ratio of the EVA, POE, MVLDPE and LDPE within the defined ranges.

By combining the embodiment 5 and the embodiments 6 to 11, the tensile strength, the flexural modulus, the tear strength and the impact resistance of the base film are not greatly influenced by only adding the slipping agent oleamide and the erucamide, the tensile strength and the impact strength can be improved to a certain extent by only adding the calcium carbonate, the total proportion of the oleamide and the erucamide and the proportion of the oleamide and the erucamide are controlled, and the total proportion of the calcium carbonate is controlled, so that the effect of improving the tear strength can be additionally obtained, the capability of the base film for resisting external force is further improved, the durability of the storage basket is improved, the good flexural modulus of the base film is maintained, and the bending resistance is improved.

By combining example 11 with examples 12 to 13, the impact strength of the base film was further enhanced by adding polydimethylsiloxane, thereby improving the toughness of the storage basket.

By combining the embodiment 5 with the embodiments 14-15, the sodium isoascorbate and the zinc pyrithione are added as the mildew preventive, so that the growth of the mildew on the basement membrane can be inhibited, and the mildew-proof and antibacterial performance of the containing basket can be improved.

By combining the embodiment 5 with the embodiments 16-17, ammonium polyphosphate is added as a flame retardant, so that the flame retardant effect of the base film is better.
