The black liquor spray gun is usually made of 310s or 2205 stainless steel, but because the black liquor spray gun works in a high-temperature hearth at 1000 ℃, the black liquor contains high-concentration alkaline corrosion components and high-concentration chloride ions, the black liquor spray gun is corroded by external high temperature and corrosive atmosphere in the furnace, the interior of the black liquor spray gun is corroded by strong alkaline corrosion of the black liquor and the high-concentration chloride ions, the stainless steel black liquor spray gun is easy to rapidly lose efficacy, particularly, the black liquor spray gun is most easily corroded, thinned, perforated and cracked and falls off within the range of 150mm of a nozzle, the service life of the black liquor spray gun is several days, a new gun needs to be replaced for a month, the black liquor spray gun needs to be replaced frequently, the boiler efficiency is influenced.
