With the wider application range of the natural ester insulating oil transformer, the sleeve is used as an important component in the transformer, and once the transformer (oil immersed reactor) is damaged greatly by a fault, a large-range power failure accident is easily caused. The sleeve is a place with very concentrated field intensity, the daily operation and maintenance are difficult, the conventional test is usually carried out on the sleeve only under the condition of power failure and off-line, the detection period is long, once the insulation defect occurs during the operation, the advance diagnosis and prevention can not be realized, and the major accident is directly caused.
