5) before the pre-buried wire pipe is installed, a rubber pad is adopted, building glue is coated on the two sides of the pre-buried wire pipe, the pre-buried wire pipe is attached to the bottom of an installed groove, and the wire pipe is bonded to the rubber pad;

6) after the upper and lower end interfaces of the wire pipe are installed, adhering the rubber gasket with the same double-surface coated building glue as that in the step 6 on the exposed surface of the wire pipe;

7) bonding and fixing a metal pressing sheet on the outer side of the rubber pad bonded in the step 7, wherein the length of the metal pressing sheet is the width of a notch plus 100mm, each side of the metal pressing sheet is overlapped with a wall body by 50mm, and the metal pressing sheet is bonded to the wall surface by adopting a cement matrix cementing material;

9) and after the wire grooves are filled, adhering alkali-resistant gridding cloth on the surface, overlapping each side of the gridding cloth with the wall body by 100mm, scraping anti-crack mortar, and finishing the installation of the wall body pre-buried pipeline on the basis that the thickness of the anti-crack mortar does not leak the gridding cloth.

The construction method has the beneficial effects that:

the grooving speed is high, the groove bottom and the groove surface are smooth, and the wire tube is convenient to fix; the method has the advantages that the line pipes are stably arranged, and the construction efficiency is integrally improved.

The grooving depth of the drill 3 is controlled by adjusting the position of the groove depth adjusting bolt 8 on the bar bolt adjusting hole 54.

As an embodiment of the side support plate 42 of the present invention, the side support plate 42 is specifically shaped as shown in fig. 2, and the right-angled side of the right-angled trapezoid is used as its vertical side and is fixedly connected to the connecting plate. The host anchor bolt hole 44 is provided in the hypotenuse edge of the right trapezoid.

And (4) pre-selecting, paying off and positioning on the wall to give a central positioning line of the wire slot 7. The guide rail is arranged on a wall body, grooving and positioning are well carried out, the runner pulley is placed on the guide rail, the drill bit is pressed to the initial position of the wire groove 7, and the drill bit is pressed to the lowest position under the control of the groove depth positioning bolt, namely the depth of the wire groove 7 is required. 9) After the wire grooves are filled, adhering alkali-resistant gridding cloth 14 on the surface, overlapping each side of the gridding cloth 14 with the wall body 6 by 100mm, scraping anti-crack mortar, and finishing the installation of the wall body pre-buried pipeline on the premise that the thickness of the anti-crack mortar does not leak the gridding cloth.

The grooving tool has the advantages that the straightness of the grooving is guaranteed through the arrangement of the guide rail, the grooving depth is controlled through the structure of the adjusting hole, the operation is simple, the starting point, the movement and the drilling depth of the drill bit are effectively controlled, the grooving work of the pre-buried wire groove can be quickly completed through the tool, the tool is easy to manufacture, the automation degree is high, the grooving speed is high, and the grooving impression quality is good.
