The driving branched chains 39 comprise a linkage gear 391, a transmission chain 392 and a driving motor 393, the linkage gear 391 is fixedly sleeved on the rotating rod 38, the two linkage branched chains are connected through the transmission chain 392, one end of one rotating rod 38 is connected with the output end of the driving motor 393 through a coupler, and the driving motor 393 is fixedly installed in the installation plate 1 through a motor base; during specific work, the driving motor 393 is started, the driving motor 393 drives the linkage gear 391 on one rotating rod 38, and the two linkage gears 391 are connected through the transmission chain 392, so that the two rotating rods 38 rotate synchronously, and the moving block 311 drives the painting roller 310 to move in the moving groove 37.

The mounting block 33 is internally provided with a mounting groove, a heating plate 33a is mounted in the mounting groove, the heating plate 33a is mounted in the mounting block 33, heat generated by the heating plate 33a is transferred to the printing plate 32 through the mounting block 33, so that the printing plate 32 is provided with a certain temperature, ink on the printing plate 32 is prevented from being solidified, and the ink is solidified in a pattern groove on the printing plate 32, so that the printing is unclear.

The coating roller 310 is a hollow roller, ink is filled in the hollow interior of the coating roller 310, a sponge ring 310b is sleeved on the outer surface of the coating roller 310, liquid outlet holes 310c are uniformly formed in the coating roller 310 along the circumferential direction of the surface of the coating roller 310, and the liquid outlet holes 310c are communicated with the interior of the coating roller 310; the applying roller 310 is provided with a hollow roller to facilitate putting ink into the interior of the applying roller 310 so that the applying roller 310 can store a certain amount of ink, and then the ink flows onto the sponge ring 310b through the liquid outlet hole 310c to immerse the sponge ring 310b with the ink, and when the moving block 311 moves the applying roller 310, the applying roller 310 contacts the printing plate 32 through the sponge ring 310b to transfer the ink on the sponge ring 310b to the printing plate 32.

The air drying mechanism 4 comprises an air box 41, an air blower 42 and an air exhaust hole 43, the right side of the tensioning branched chain 22 on the right side of the mounting plate 1 is provided with the air box 41, the left side of the tensioning branched chain 22 on the left lower side of the mounting plate 1 is provided with the air box 41, the air box 41 is of a hollow shell structure, the end face, facing the tensioning branched chain 22, of the air box 41 is provided with an arc-shaped face, the air exhaust hole 43 is uniformly formed in the arc-shaped face, and the end face, far away from the tensioning branched chain 22, of the air box; during specific work, the air blower 42 is started, external air is gathered to the air box 41 through the air blower 42, and then the air exhaust hole 43 of the arc-shaped face of the air box 41 blows the environment-friendly woven bag, so that the printing ink on the environment-friendly woven bag is dried.

The winding motor 25, the driving motor 393 and the lifting motor 364 are all stepping motors, so that the lifting branched chain 36, the driving branched chain 39 and the conveying winding mechanism 2 are installed to run at a certain frequency, good matching among the mechanisms is ensured, and the printing of the environment-friendly woven bag is realized.
