Background

As an energy storage device of a vehicle, an oil tank plays an important role in guaranteeing the driving range of the vehicle. Because the oil tank is fixed on the vehicle, the liquid level in the oil tank is inevitably changed when the vehicle is accelerated and turned sharply, and particularly, when the oil level is low, the oil liquid can shake violently in the oil tank.

In order to avoid the phenomenon of suction of the oil pump, a downward recess is generally arranged at a local position of the bottom of the existing oil tank, so that an oil pool is formed at the bottom of the oil tank, and an oil suction port of the oil pump is arranged in the oil pool.

Although the oil tank with the concave bottom can avoid pumping air to a certain extent, the oil tank is formed by a local concave mode at the bottom of the oil tank, so that the shape of the bottom of the oil tank is irregular, the oil tank is difficult to arrange and install, the space at the position where the bottom of the oil tank is not concave is wasted, and the space utilization rate of the oil tank is not high.

In order to achieve the purpose, the vehicle oil tank provided by the invention comprises an oil tank body and an oil pump, wherein a bottom plate of the oil tank body is a flat plate, a baffle is further arranged on the bottom plate, the baffle and the bottom plate jointly enclose an oil pool positioned in the oil tank body, the height of the oil pool is not lower than the warning oil level of the oil tank body, an oil passing hole for communicating the oil pool and the oil tank body is further formed in the baffle, and an oil suction port of the oil pump is arranged in the oil pool.

Preferably, the oil passing hole is a U-shaped hole formed in the bottom of the baffle plate, and an opening end of the U-shaped hole abuts against the bottom plate.

Preferably, the oil passing holes include a plurality of oil passing holes, and the plurality of oil passing holes are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the oil pool.

As will be understood by referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, when the vehicle is in a stationary state or the vehicle runs smoothly, the fuel in the fuel tank body 1 flows into the fuel pool 2 through the oil passing hole 21, the liquid level in the fuel pool 2 is in accordance with the liquid level in the fuel tank body 1 and is in a substantially horizontal state, and at this time, the fuel is at the position of the static fuel level a of the fuel tank, and the fuel pump can smoothly suck the fuel; in the process that the vehicle is in sharp turn or the speed changes emergently, the fuel in the fuel tank body 1 can collide with the side wall under the action of inertia, so that a fuel tank dynamic fuel liquid level B is formed, the fuel in the oil pool 2 can collide with the baffle under the action of inertia, so that an oil pool dynamic fuel liquid level C is formed, the fuel flowing out of the oil pool 2 from the oil passing hole 21 is very limited at the moment, the fuel in the oil pool 2 is basically blocked in the oil pool 2, so that the whole liquid level change of the oil pool 2 is ensured to be small, and the oil pump can be ensured to absorb oil smoothly.

The bottom plate 11 of the oil tank body 1 is of a flat plate structure, so that the space of the whole oil tank body 1 is fully utilized, and the volume of the oil tank body 1 can be enlarged as much as possible; meanwhile, the shape of the oil tank body 1 with the flat bottom plate 11 is more regular, and arrangement and installation of the oil tank are facilitated.

In order to ensure that fuel in the fuel tank body 1 can smoothly enter the fuel pool 2, the oil passing hole 21 should be disposed as close to the bottom of the fuel tank body 1 as possible, the shape of the oil passing hole 21 is not limited, and the oil passing hole may be a circular hole, a semicircular hole or a hole with other shapes.
