when the waste asphalt crushed aggregates are melted in the heating barrel 20, the air pump 36 is started, the purification box 30 is pumped by the air pumping pipe 35, negative pressure is generated in the air suction pipe 31, and the air suction cover 32 generates suction force due to the negative pressure, so that odor gas generated when the waste asphalt crushed aggregates are melted can enter the air suction cover 32 under the action of the suction force, and the odor gas flows into the purification box 30 along the air suction pipe 31, and can sequentially pass through the filter screen 34 and the activated carbon plate 33, so that the odor gas can be filtered and adsorbed, and the odor gas can be purified, and after the waste asphalt in the heating barrel 20 is heated and melted, the electric push rod 9 is started, so that the electric push rod 9 retracts, the protection cover 10 is driven to vertically move upwards, and the protection cover 10 drives the stirring motor 11 to vertically move upwards, the stirring shaft 12 is driven by the stirring motor 11 to move vertically upwards and move out of the heating barrel 20, so that the stirring shaft 12 can move to the upper part of the heating barrel 20 conveniently;

last start No. two electric putter 13, make No. two electric putter 13 take place to extend the motion, and utilize connecting plate 15 to drive protection casing 17 and take place horizontal migration, make solid fixed ring 19 inside heating barrel 20 take place the level and move to the right, make heating barrel 20 can follow the below of (mixing) shaft 12 and remove, thereby be convenient for adjust heating barrel 20's position in the horizontal direction, when heating barrel 20 level moves to the assigned position to the right, turn on rotating electrical machines 18, make rotating electrical machines 18's output shaft take place to rotate, and drive solid fixed ring 19 and take place to rotate, and solid fixed ring 19 can drive heating barrel 20 and take place to rotate, be convenient for pour out the inside good pitch material that melts of heating barrel 20, thereby unloading for heating barrel 20 has brought the facility.
