The turnover formwork refers to that the formwork is turned over along with the different pouring positions of the reinforced concrete, at present, common wood formworks, metal formworks, PVC formworks and the like belong to turnover formworks, factory formworks mainly refer to assembly line type formworks for producing reinforced concrete members in factories, the formworks are not turned over, the reinforced concrete members are turned over, the non-dismantling formworks mainly can be formed in one step after pouring is finished, and the non-dismantling formworks such as non-dismantling formworks and heat preservation integrated formworks are not needed.

The development of a steel template system is mature, but the functions of quickly positioning and leveling the steel template have defects, so that the manual leveling is repeatedly performed during the installation of the steel template system, the assembling efficiency and the site construction efficiency of the template are reduced, and the characteristics of quick assembly of the steel template and less site operation amount cannot be exerted.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a column base horizontal adjusting device aiming at a free-standing metal column template aiming at the defects of the prior art. The invention specifically adopts the following technical scheme.

In order to make the purpose and technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. Wherein the upper template 5 comprises the following components: a column corner standard template 2, a column packing standard template 3 and a node standard template 4. The column base template 1 is arranged at the bottom of the steel column template system and supports the steel column template system, and comprises four column base templates 1, and the four column base templates 1 are connected end to form a rectangle. And the leveling device 6 is arranged on the column base template 1 and is used for leveling the column base template 1.

In a specific implementation manner, the column base template 1 has a trapezoidal cross section. The column shoe formwork 1 comprises an installation plate which is arranged at the top of the column shoe formwork 1, and the upper formwork 5 is installed on the installation plate. The column base template 1 comprises a supporting base which is arranged at the bottom of the column base template 1 and can also comprise a column base reinforcing structure. The top end of the column foot reinforcing structure is connected with the bottom surface of the mounting plate, and the bottom end of the column foot reinforcing structure is connected with the top surface of the supporting base.

The column base of the steel column template column is redesigned, the site construction process is simplified through the independent column base design and the quick leveling device 6, the quick leveling of the steel column template is realized, the construction progress is accelerated, and the quick assembly of the steel column template is realized.

When the column formwork is installed, the column base is firstly positioned, and the leveling device 6 is used for quickly leveling the column base to determine the position of the column base. Wherein, the leveling device 6 comprises a leveling bolt which is arranged at the middle position of the column base template 1. In particular, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, leveling bolts are respectively provided at the middle positions of the four column shoe formworks 1.

Under one implementation mode, the leveling bolt comprises a supporting table arranged at the bottom of the leveling bolt and a threaded column arranged at the top of the supporting table, and the threaded column is in threaded connection with a threaded hole arranged at the bottom end of the supporting base.

After the installation and positioning of the column base are completed, the steel structure of the upper template 5 shown in fig. 5 is installed, and the positioning and installation accuracy of the upper structure of the steel column template is ensured through the positioning of the column base, so that the rapid installation of the steel column template is realized.

Therefore, the leveling device can be used for horizontally adjusting the column base template 1 through the leveling device 6, quickly leveling the whole steel column template device, ensuring that all levels of steel column templates can be quickly assembled and positioned, and improving the on-site construction efficiency.
