Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of feed additives, and particularly relates to a feed additive composition containing organic acid calcium and valine and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The feed additive is a small amount of nutritive or non-nutritive substance added into the feed for improving the utilization rate of the feed, ensuring or improving the quality of the feed, promoting the production of the raised animals and ensuring the health of the raised animals. The nutritional additives of the feed usually comprise amino acid additives, and the effects of the nutritional additives are mainly to improve the amino acid balance of the feed, promote the growth of animals and improve the utilization rate of the feed; protein resources are saved; improving meat quality and promoting trace element absorption; relieving stress reaction and improving disease resistance. Valine, also known as aminoisovaleric acid, is used as a nutritive substance in the food and feed industries. Organic acid salts are also common additives in feed, which are capable of providing high quality minerals to the feed.

Marigold flowers are used as ideal raw materials for industrially extracting lutein, in the production and processing processes, firstly, lactic acid bacteria are added into fresh marigold flowers for fermentation, and marigold fermentation water generated by fermentation is high-concentration organic wastewater which is brownish yellow, strong in acidity and smelly, has CODcr up to 50000-. The marigold fermentation liquor has complex components and great processing difficulty, and the problem of how to process the marigold fermentation water and reuse the water with value is one of the problems in the lutein extraction industry at present.

The inventor of the application finds that the marigold fermentation liquor contains abundant organic acids such as lactic acid and acetic acid, volatile organic acids such as acetic acid cannot be concentrated in an evaporation mode, are not easy to volatilize after being neutralized by acid and alkali to become organic acid salts, and are convenient to concentrate and recycle. The organic acid calcium salt is easy to absorb and low in acid-binding capacity, and can replace partial stone powder to be added into the feed, so that the acid-binding capacity of the feed can be effectively reduced, and the growth performance of animals can be improved.

In order to solve the problem of recycling of marigold fermentation liquor, the application provides a method for treating marigold fermentation liquor, and the composition of organic acid calcium and amino acid obtained after treatment by the method can be used as a feed additive and has an obvious growth promoting effect on cultured animals.

Example 7 evaluation of growth promoting Effect

Experimental animals and experimental design: the experimental animals are 324 white feather broilers with the age of 1 day, the experiment adopts single-factor design, the experimental animals are divided into 9 treatment groups in total, each treatment group has 6 repetitions, and each repetition has 6 chickens. Treatment 1 was the basal diet group, and the other 6(8) treatment groups were the products of example 1, example 2, and example 3, comparative example 1, comparative example 2, comparative example 3, comparative example 4, and comparative example 5, respectively, to which 0.5g/kg (based on the total content of calcium lactate, calcium acetate, and valine) was added to the basal diet.

And (3) experimental diet: the daily ration of the tested chicken is prepared by taking corn soybean meal type daily ration as basic daily ration according to the nutrition requirements of broiler chicken breeding standard (NY/T33-2004) of agricultural industry standard of the people's republic of China, and the specific formula is shown in Table 1.

Table 1 basic ration composition (%)

Feeding management: all the experimental broilers are raised in cages, 6 chickens are raised in each cage, 6 processed chickens are evenly distributed in the laboratory, and the chickens are evenly distributed in the upper, middle and lower layers. The breeding management refers to a positive white feather broiler breeding management manual.

Measurement indexes are as follows: daily feed intake, daily gain, and calculating the feed-weight ratio (daily feed intake/daily gain).

And (3) test results:

TABLE 2 Effect of different additive combinations in the daily ration on the growth performance of broiler (unit: g)

Item Average daily food intake Average daily gain Material to weight ratio
Basal diet group 87.32 52.92 1.65
EXAMPLE 1 group 88.54 59.42 1.49
EXAMPLE 2 group 87.97 58.65 1.50
EXAMPLE 3 group 88.01 59.47 1.48
Comparative example 1 group 87.56 55.77 1.57
Comparative example 2 group 87.45 54.66 1.60
Comparative example 3 group 87.86 53.57 1.64
