Background

The foundation ring is an important part for connecting the flange of the foundation ring of the wind turbine with the foundation. In the existing fan, the wall thickness of the flange of a plurality of foundation rings is smaller than that of the cylinder body of the foundation ring, so that the wall thickness becomes a weak link of the foundation ring. In order to improve the whole bearing capacity of the foundation ring, one method is to cut off the weak area of the old flange and then weld a new reinforced flange.

Currently, cutting off an old foundation ring and welding a new foundation ring can be completed by adopting a welding trolley; however, when cutting and welding, the situation of splashing of high-temperature slag easily occurs, and especially when the cutting torch or the welding torch for cutting and welding the basic ring is in field work, the cutting torch or the welding torch is more sensitive to the influence of environmental factors.

Detailed Description

Before working, the position of the cutting and welding device 6 in the sleeve block 4 in the vertical direction is adjusted, so that the welding end of the cutting and welding device 6 corresponds to the position of the surface of the basic ring flange 5 needing welding or cutting; then giving an electric signal to the driving trolley 1 to enable the driving wheel 2 to drive the driving trolley 1 to move along the basic ring flange 5, in the moving process, cutting torch or welding processing is carried out by the cutting and welding device 6, in the cutting torch or welding processing process, the cutting and welding device 6 can be protected to a certain extent through the protective cover 7 to prevent the influence of external wind, rain, snow, dust and other environmental factors, sparks and slag splashing in the cutting torch or welding process can also be prevented, and the sliding rod 11 is arranged on the protective cover 7 to enable the sliding rod 11 to drive the push shovel 13 to move in the protective cover 7 in a manner of being attached to the lower surface, so that slag splashing in the cutting torch or welding process can be concentrated to the position of the slag discharge plate 14, and then the slag discharge plate 14 is pulled out, so that the concentrated slag falls and is collected from the protective cover 7; when cutting the torch, the slag isolating and collecting box 16 can collect the slag when cutting the torch and prevent the slag from falling into the basic ring flange 3 to damage the equipment in the basic ring flange 3; but also the slag separation and collection box 16 limits the running path of the drive carriage 1 to ensure that the drive carriage 1 can move along the base ring flange 3 without deviation.

In the fourth embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, based on a further improvement of the third embodiment, an adjusting threaded sleeve 19 is arranged above the sleeve block 4, a clamping groove 20 is formed above the outer surface of the sleeve block 4, the lower end of the adjusting threaded sleeve 19 is movably connected in the clamping groove 20, threads are arranged on the inner surface of the adjusting threaded sleeve 19, and the cutting and welding device 6 and the heating flame gun adjusting rod both penetrate through the adjusting threaded sleeve 19 and are connected with the adjusting threaded sleeve 19 through the threads. The upper surface of the protective cover 7 is movably connected with a movable door 24 through a hinge. In the fifth embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, based on the further improvement of the first embodiment, the slag isolating and collecting box 16 has a hollow metal structure, the upper surface of the slag isolating and collecting box 16 is provided with a water inlet 21, the lower part of the side surface of the slag isolating and collecting box 16 is provided with a water outlet 22, and both the water inlet 21 and the water outlet 22 are communicated with the hollow part inside the slag isolating and collecting box 16; the upper surface of the slag isolating and collecting tank 16 is also provided with an air outlet net 23, and the hollow part of the slag isolating and collecting tank 16 is communicated with the outside through the air outlet net 23. By filling water into the hollow part of the slag isolating and collecting box 16, after high-temperature slag generated in the cutting torch process falls into the slag isolating and collecting box 16, the high temperature of the high-temperature slag is transferred to the water in the hollow part through the surface of the slag isolating and collecting box 16; therefore, the damage of high-temperature melting and the like to the surface of the slag isolating and collecting box 16 caused by high-temperature slag can be prevented, and the service life of the slag isolating and collecting box 16 is further ensured; the vapor generated by the evaporation of the water in the hollow part can be discharged through the gas outlet net 23 when in use, thereby not only ensuring the dissipation of the heat in the slag isolating and collecting box 16, but also preventing the over-high air pressure of the hollow part of the slag isolating and collecting box 16; after use, the water is discharged through the water inlet 21; and the position where the welding slag isolating and collecting box 16 contacts with the inner surface of the basic ring flange 3 is fixedly provided with a curved surface slide block 26, and the damage caused by friction between the welding slag isolating and collecting box 16 and the basic ring flange 3 can be prevented through the curved surface structure of the curved surface slide block 26.
