the circumferential side surfaces of one group of the rotating rollers 19 are rotatably connected with a charging barrel 21; the surface of each group of limiting columns 32 is in sliding fit with the charging barrel 21 at the corresponding position; the limiting column 32 limits the charging barrel 21; the peripheral side surfaces of the charging barrels 21 are fixedly connected with baffle plates 22 matched with the driving plate 14; the baffle 22 is matched with the driving plate 14 to ensure that the charging barrel 21 continuously rotates; the inner walls of the charging barrels 21 are fixedly connected with a plurality of second stirring rollers 23; the inner walls of one group of the charging barrels 21 are in threaded connection with a blanking door 24.

As further shown in fig. 1, a group of universal wheels 25 distributed in a circumferential array is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the base 1; the two limiting rods 6 are respectively positioned on two sides of the threaded screw rod 5 and are symmetrically distributed.

As further shown in fig. 7, a group of heating rods 26 distributed in a circumferential array is fixedly connected inside the blanching cylinder 9; a group of placing grooves which are distributed in a circumferential array and matched with the heating rod 26 are formed in the blanching barrel 9; the heating rod 26 continuously heats the water in the cartridge 21 to ensure that the blanching process is performed normally.

As further shown in fig. 2, a water inlet pipe 27 is fixedly communicated with the peripheral side surface of the blanching cylinder 9; the peripheral side surface of the blanching barrel 9 is fixedly communicated with a drain valve 28; two through holes matched with the water inlet pipe 27 and the drain valve 28 are formed in the peripheral side face of the blanching barrel 9.

As further shown in fig. 4, 7, 8 and 9, a feeding door 29 is hinged to one surface of the barrel 21; the raw materials are added into the barrel 21 through a feed gate 29; a plurality of water through holes 30 are formed in the peripheral side surface of the charging barrel 21; high-temperature water enters the charging barrel 21 through the water through hole 30 to blanch the raw materials; a rotating button 31 is fixedly connected to one surface of the blanking door 24; the blanking door 24 can be taken down by rotating the rotating button 31; the inner wall of the charging barrel 21 is provided with a sliding groove matched with the limiting column 32; an annular sliding block is fixedly connected to one surface of the rotating ring 10; a limiting groove matched with the annular sliding block is formed in one surface of the blanching barrel 9.

As further shown in fig. 6, 7 and 9, a group of large teeth which are distributed in a circumferential array and matched with the toothed ring 13 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the blanching cylinder 9; a group of small teeth which are distributed in a circumferential array and matched with the driven gear 18 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the moving seat 15; the inner wall of the charging barrel 21 is provided with a thread groove matched with the blanking door 24; the peripheral side surface of the blanking door 24 is provided with a thread part.

Further, a production and processing method of the climacteric health-care product comprises the following steps:

SS001, early preparation, namely moving the device to a preset working area, starting a linear motor 4, driving a threaded screw rod 5 to rotate by the linear motor 4, driving a sliding seat 7 to move by the threaded screw rod 5, driving a moving seat 15 to move upwards by the sliding seat 7, and lifting a charging barrel 21 to be separated from a blanching barrel 9;

SS002, preparing before blanching, opening a feeding door 29, putting raw materials into a feeding cylinder 21, closing the feeding door 29, then starting a linear motor 4, driving a threaded screw rod 5 to rotate by the linear motor 4, driving a sliding seat 7 to move downwards by the threaded screw rod 5, driving a moving seat 15 to move into a blanching cylinder 9 by the sliding seat 7, and enabling a charging barrel 21 to penetrate through a toothed ring 13 until the moving seat 15 is tightly attached to the blanching cylinder 9;

SS003, blanching, namely introducing high-temperature water into the blanching barrel 9 through a water inlet pipe 27, starting a heating rod 26, continuously heating the high-temperature water by the heating rod 26, and allowing the high-temperature water to enter the charging barrel 21 through a water through hole 30; then, the driving motor 16 is started, the driving motor 16 drives the driving gear seat 17 to rotate, the driving gear seat 17 drives the driven gear 18 to rotate, and the driven gear 18 is meshed with the moving seat 15, so that the driven gear 18 rotates while revolving, the driven gear 18 drives the rotating roller 19 to rotate, and the rotating roller 19 drives the first stirring roller 20 to stir the raw materials in the charging barrel 21; the charging barrel 21 drives the toothed ring 13 to revolve, under the meshing action of the toothed ring 13 and the blanching barrel 9, the toothed ring 13 rotates while revolving, the toothed ring 13 rotates to drive the driving plate 14 to rotate, the driving plate 14 is in contact with the limiting plate in the rotating process, the driving plate 14 drives the limiting plate to move, so that the limiting plate drives the charging barrel 21 to rotate, the charging barrel 21 drives the second stirring roller 23 to rotate, and the first stirring roller 20 and the second stirring roller 23 are enabled to stir raw materials simultaneously;

SS004, finishing blanching, and after reaching a preset blanching time, firstly, turning off the driving motor 16, then starting the linear motor 4, driving the threaded screw rod 5 to rotate by the linear motor 4, driving the sliding seat 7 to move by the threaded screw rod 5, driving the moving seat 15 to move upwards by the sliding seat 7, slowly lifting the charging barrel 21 to be separated from the blanching barrel 9, standing for a period of time, and reducing the water content in the charging barrel 21;

SS005, taking out the raw material, preparing a container, moving the container to be right below the charging barrel 21, then rotating the rotary knob 31, taking down the discharging door 24, dropping the raw material into the container, resetting the discharging door 24, repeating the above operations, and taking out the raw material in the residual charging barrel 21;

SS006, performing blanching post-treatment, and if necessary, continuing blanching the raw material, namely operating according to the flow; if no more raw materials are to be blanched, the heating rod 26 is closed and the high-temperature water is discharged through the drain valve 28.
