1. The die-casting process of the cover plate with the controllable inner temperature is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of cover plate machining, and particularly relates to a cover plate die-casting process with controllable internal temperature.

Background

With the development of economy and the improvement of social living standard, automobiles become common transportation tools for people to go out, wherein the automobile cover plate is an important component in three-in-one electric driving; the three-in-one electric drive simplifies external wiring among parts, and achieves the aims of light weight and cost saving on the whole; in order to adapt to a novel electric drive device, the cover plate is required to ensure the rigidity of the cover plate while meeting the requirement of light weight so as to achieve the function of protecting external wiring between internal parts. There is therefore a need for a solution to the above problems.

The above description is included in the technical recognition scope of the inventors, and does not necessarily constitute the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a cover plate die-casting temperature control process for ensuring the die-casting efficiency of a cover plate, ensuring the quality of the cover plate, and controlling the die-casting forming temperature of the cover plate.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a cover plate die-casting process with controllable internal temperature, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

1) and (3) detecting an aluminum block: carrying out mechanical and chemical detection on the aluminum block to generate a self-detection report, a chemical analysis report and a mechanical performance report;

2) melting an aluminum ingot: according to the detection report of the aluminum block, putting the aluminum block into a high-temperature oven, and adjusting the proper temperature to melt the aluminum block into aluminum liquid;

3) die casting production: pouring aluminum liquid into the die for die-casting to obtain a cover plate blank, and simultaneously controlling the temperature of the die by cooling liquid in the die-casting process to ensure that the temperature of the aluminum liquid is 650 ℃ and the temperature of the die is 180 +/-20 ℃;

4) detecting a cover pressing plate: detecting the surface of the cover plate blank by a flaw detector, a hardness tester, a microscope and the like to obtain a cover plate blank detection report;

5) cleaning a cover plate and performing shot blasting: carrying out surface treatment on the detected cover plate blank through an electric tool, a manual tool and a shot blasting machine according to the cover plate blank detection report to obtain a rough machining cover plate;

6) cleaning: cleaning the surface of the rough-machined cover plate by using a medium-pressure ultrasonic cleaner to obtain a finish-machined cover plate;

7) and (3) air tightness detection: and carrying out air tightness detection on the finish machining cover plate through an air tightness detection machine to obtain the cover plate.

In one example, in step 2), the temperature of the high-temperature oven can be controlled to be 580 ℃ -720 ℃ according to the detection report.

In one example, in step 3), the die-cast production comprises the steps of:

firstly, die assembly: buckling the movable mold frame and the fixed mold frame with each other to form an inner mold;

For the cover plate manufactured by the embodiment, the gravity of the part reaches 0.211KG, and the integral deformation of the cover plate is +/-0.5 mm.
