as shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, the sixth embodiment is further illustrated, the recycling stacker 6 includes a lower connecting plate 6-1, a forming push rod 6-2, a push seat 6-3, a lower forming frame 6-4, a forming drop groove 6-5 and a forming take-out groove 6-6, the lower connecting plate 6-1 is fixedly connected to a driving extrusion seat 5-3 at the right end, the lower connecting plate 6-1 is fixedly connected to the forming push rod 6-2, the forming push rod 6-2 is slidably connected to the lower forming frame 6-4, the push seat 6-3 is fixedly connected to the inner end of the forming push rod 6-2, the lower forming frame 6-4 is fixedly connected to the extrusion fixing seat 5-5 and the threaded fixing seat 1-2, the forming drop groove 6-5 is arranged on the lower forming frame 6-4 and communicated with the extrusion flow groove 5-6, the molding take-out groove 6-6 is arranged at the side end of the lower molding frame 6-4. The working principle of the invention is as follows: the device is fixed through two thread fixing bases 1-2, a packaging carton to be recycled is placed on two conveying bearing seats 1-1, two conveying driving motors 1-6 drive a plurality of conveying rollers 1-7 to rotate, and the carton is conveyed into a central operation frame 1-3; a central double-shaft driving motor 2-1 is electrified to drive two transmission rotating shafts 2-2 to rotate, two driving fluted discs 2-5 and two central rotating shafts 2-6 are driven to rotate by two driving gears 2-3 and two transmission gears 2-4, in order to realize the rotation of the two central rotating shafts 2-6 in opposite directions, one of the two transmission gears 2-4 is meshed with one transmission gear, and the other transmission gear is meshed with the two gears, so that the two central rotating shafts 2-6 rotate reversely; the rotating central rotating shaft 2-6 drives the inner short L-shaped fixed shaft seat 3-1, the right inner stretching rod 3-2 and the lower inner stretching rod 3-3 to rotate; the central rotating shaft 2-6 rotating in the opposite direction drives the outer long L-shaped fixed shaft seat 4-1, the right long stretching rod 4-2 and the upper long stretching rod 4-3 to rotate; when the right long stretching rod 4-2 and the upper long stretching rod 4-3 are close to the right inner stretching rod 3-2 and the lower inner stretching rod 3-3, the box is rolled, stretched and extruded, the box is unfolded to be in an initial state as much as possible, the situation that the carton is stacked inside to influence the extrusion recovery effect is avoided, and the box after stretching and extrusion falls into the extrusion fixing seat 5-5 through the central groove 1-5; the two driving fluted discs 2-5 which reversely rotate oppositely drive the two driving extrusion seats 5-3 and the two lower valve baffles 5-4 to synchronously move inwards and outwards in the extrusion fixed seats 5-5 through the two hinged driving rods 5-1 and the two driving rods 5-2, and then extrude the stretched box to be concave-convex through the two concave extrusion plates 5-7; the extruded formed paper box falls into a lower forming frame 6-4 through a forming falling groove 6-5, a driving extrusion seat 5-3 driven in a reciprocating mode synchronously drives a lower connecting plate 6-1, a forming push rod 6-2 and a push seat 6-3 to move in a left-and-right reciprocating mode so as to push the formed paper box to be stacked on the lower forming frame 6-4, and the formed paper box is taken out through a forming taking-out groove 6-6, packaged, transported and recycled; the express packaging box can be quickly stretched and then extruded to be formed, and stacking and recycling are facilitated; through automatic stretching, the phenomenon of multi-layer stacking in the carton is avoided, and the carton is conveniently and completely extruded; extrude the carton to appointed unsmooth shape, conveniently pile up the shaping, be convenient for transport.
