Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of tire pressure monitoring, and particularly relates to a novel suspension system for tire pressure maintenance and tire pressure regulation, which is combined with an air suspension system.

Background

The tire gas can reveal gradually in the use of car, need regularly go 4s shop and correct the tire pressure. The monitoring of tire pressure is very necessary, the deviation can be caused by the inconsistency of the tire pressure of left and right tires, and accidents can be caused by high-speed running. In addition, the temperature can influence the tire pressure, and the tire is easy to burst in summer. Tire pressure affects tire stiffness and ground contact, and therefore affects ride comfort and handling stability. The current tire can not automatically adjust the tire pressure and can not adjust the safety, the comfort and the operation stability. At present, the tire pressure monitoring device mainly alarms when the tire pressure is insufficient in the market, and can be inflated only when in maintenance.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a tire pressure maintaining and adjusting system based on an air suspension system, which aims to solve the problem that the conventional tire cannot automatically adjust pressure. The tire pressure maintaining and regulating system can monitor the tire pressure in real time, and maintain the tire pressure to be stable when the tire pressure is insufficient, too high or the left and right tire pressures are unbalanced; with driving mode and regulating switch combination, the switch of different driving modes or different gears can guarantee to reach suitable tire pressure parameter and then guarantee travelling comfort and operating stability.

a tire pressure maintaining and adjusting system based on an air suspension system mainly comprises a silencer 1, a filter 2, an air pump 3, a one-way valve 4, a power supply 5, a controller 6, an exhaust valve 7, an exhaust valve switch 8, a pressure sensor 9, a wheel speed sensor 10, a switch valve I11, a switch valve II 17, a switch valve III 18, a switch valve IV 19, an air storage tank 12, an air spring I13, a tire 14, a throttle valve 15, an adjustable throttle valve 16 and an air spring II 20;

the invention does not need to install an independent air supply system, five switching valves are added on the basis of the air suspension, the compressor of the air suspension is directly utilized for inflation and deflation, when the tire pressure is inconsistent or the wheel speed has deviation, the controller can control the air pump to be opened and closed to inflate and maintain the tire pressure for the corresponding tire, and specifically, once the tire pressure monitoring sensor detects that the tire pressure is insufficient, the controller can send a command to switch on the power supply of the compressor and open the distribution valve to inflate the tire; because the tire pressure influences the tire rigidity, the tire rigidity directly influences the comfortableness, the safety and the operation stability of the whole vehicle, and the whole vehicle is ensured to have better driving performance by combining calibration and an air suspension.

As shown in fig. 1, the tire pressure maintaining and adjusting system based on the air suspension system of the present invention mainly comprises a muffler 1, a filter 2, an air pump 3, a check valve 4, a power supply 5 (not shown), a controller 6, an exhaust valve 7, an exhaust valve switch 8, a pressure sensor 9, a wheel speed sensor 10, a switch valve i 11, a switch valve ii 17, a switch valve iii 18, a switch valve iv 19, an air tank 12, an air spring i 13, a tire 14, a throttle valve 15, an adjustable throttle valve 16, and an air spring ii 20.

The power supply 5 is connected to the controller 6 and to the compressor of the air suspension, respectively. Wherein, the compressor is provided with a relay switch connected with the controller, and the controller 6 controls the on-off of the relay to determine that the battery supplies power to the compressor.

The controller 6 is in control connection with the switch valve I11, the switch valve II 17, the switch valve III 18, the switch valve IV 19 and the adjustable throttle valve 16, and can be used for opening the switch valve I11, the switch valve II 17, the switch valve III 18, the switch valve IV 19 and the adjustable throttle valve 16 when the tire pressure of the tire 14 is too high, so that the air pressure of the tire is stably reduced, and the controller 6 is electrically connected with the pressure sensor 9 and the wheel speed sensor 10 and can be used for receiving the pressure of the pressure sensor 9 and the signal of the wheel speed sensor 10; the wheel speed sensor 10 (sensor in ESP system) receives a vehicle speed signal through a CAN bus; the pressure sensor 9 receives a pressure signal via radio frequency.

The silencer 1 is connected with the pressure sensor 9 through a filter 2, an air pump 3, a one-way valve 4 and a throttle valve 15 through an air pipe;

the muffler 1 is connected with one end of an exhaust valve 7 through a filter 2 by an air pipe, and the other end of the exhaust valve 7 is connected with a throttle valve 15 by the air pipe;

exhaust valve 7 with link to each other through trachea exhaust valve switch 8, exhaust valve switch 8 passes through the trachea and links to each other with ooff valve I11, and ooff valve I11 passes through the trachea and links to each other with tire 14.

A wheel speed sensor 10 and a pressure sensor 9 are arranged in the tire 14, and the pressure sensor 9 is fixed on a tire air tap and used for monitoring the air pressure of the tire 14.

The air spring I13 is connected with the air storage tank 12 through an air pipe through a switch valve II 17 and a switch valve III 18;

and the air spring II 20 is connected with the pressure sensor 9 through an air pipe through a switch valve IV 19.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the switch valve I11, the switch valve II 17, the switch valve III 18 and the switch valve IV 19 are all of two-position two-way structures.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the exhaust valve 7 has a two-position two-way structure.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the exhaust valve switch 8 is a two-position three-way structure.

In one embodiment of the invention, the number of the switching valves I11 is four.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the number of the switching valves IV 19 is three. The tire pressure maintaining and regulating system based on the air suspension system can inflate the tire 14, regulate the tire pressure of the tire 14, and is comfortable to regulate and stable to operate. A compressor or an air storage tank 12 is used as an air source; the air pressure of the air storage tank 12 is preferentially used, and when the air pressure of the air storage tank 12 is lower than 1000Kpa, the air pump 3 is used for inflating; in combination with the entire vehicle driving mode, the comfort mode and sport mode correspond to low and high air pressure of the tires and manual adjustment of softer and harder states, respectively.

The invention mainly utilizes an air storage tank of an air suspension and a compression pump to maintain the tire pressure of the tire. Because the tire pressure of the tire is generally in the range of 230KPa to 270KPa, the pressure of the air storage tank 12 is generally above 1600KPa, and the pumping capacity of the air pump 3 is above 2000KPa, the air storage tank 12 and the air pump 3 can rapidly supplement air to maintain the tire pressure when the tire 14 is otherwise insufficient. When the tire pressure of the tire 14 is too high, the controller 6 opens the on-off valve and the adjustable throttle 16 to enable the air pressure of the tire 14 to be steadily reduced.

The inflation condition determination condition is satisfied:

1. the air suspension system has no fault;

2. no inflation of the air suspension;

3. the air suspension is not working;

4. the air suspension is not in lift mode;

5. the air suspension is not in load mode;

6. the door, the front cabin and the trunk are not opened;

7. ABS/ESP/TCS is not involved;

8. the tire pressure monitoring system or the wheel speed sensor sends an inflation request;

9. adjusting the driving mode of the whole vehicle;

when all the above conditions need to be met, the inflation can be carried out.

Determination of the charging conditions with the compressor or the air tank 12:

the tire 14 is inflated with the air tank 12 while the IG key mode is in the on or acc mode.

IG key is in start mode, the tire 14 is inflated with the air suspension compressor.

And (3) an inflation principle: for example, when the tire pressure on one side is insufficient, the air pump 3 or the air storage tank 12 starts to work, the corresponding switch valve is opened, and the adjustable throttle valve 16 adjusts the proper opening degree to start inflation until the air pressure reaches the set threshold value.

The air release principle is as follows: for example, when the air pressure of one wheel is too high, the on-off valve of the tire 14 is opened, the adjustable throttle valve 16 is opened to a proper opening degree, the exhaust valve 7 of the two-position three-way valve is opened, and the exhaust valve 8 of the two-position two-way valve is opened to exhaust until the tire 14 reaches the set air pressure.
