s5: performing secondary enzymolysis on the sterilized fruit juice, mixing pectinase, amylase and the sterilized fruit juice together for enzymolysis, and obtaining the fruit juice after the reaction is finished;

s6: performing active carbon adsorption on the fruit juice subjected to enzymolysis, and sucking out impurities in the fruit juice subjected to enzymolysis to obtain the fruit juice with sucked-out impurities;

s7: ultrafiltering the juice with impurities to remove large molecules such as bacteria and colloid from the juice with impurities to obtain clean juice;

s8: carrying out adsorption decoloration on clean fruit juice, and obtaining decolored fruit juice after the treatment is finished;

s9: vacuum steam concentrating the decolorized fruit juice to obtain concentrated fruit juice;

s10: and (4) performing post-treatment sterilization on the concentrated fruit juice, and performing sterilization treatment on the concentrated fruit juice by adopting a pasteurization method to obtain a concentrated fruit juice finished product.
